BI Reporting Requirement which requires Supplier Transmission date for a PO

Hi Experts,
I have BI requirement which demands the usage of field "Supplier Transmission date for a purchase order ie the date on which the PO is actally transmitted from SAP system.The IDOC relevant to PO will give the date.But is there any table which records the IDOC details relevant to a specific PO.Please let me know the table which gives the information of IDOC relevant a PO .

I have little info about this but i dont know upto what extent it will help you ..
Coming to the point i believe you to enhance the structure related to 0BBP_PO_TD_SC_1 for PO item level info
Actually This POs are generated in BBP_SC transaction in that the screen info is avilable about the IDOC from that you have drill down for exact table and field names.

Sara,
You could do this without user-exits...
Create a factory calendar with two working days. Then create a maintenance plan with a package of 1 day.
Once scheduled it should produce the required maintenance cycles.
There are two things you need to be very careful about:
1. Keep the factory calendars updated, say, 3 years into the future
2. Ensure you comprehensively test the IP30 transaction

Hi SAP gurus
I am trying to read values of DeliveryBlock and DunnCount, but couldn't locate a table that has these values.
The help feature showed that the table name is V_TQ04A. However, when I try to use the command
"select * from V_TQ04A into itab." I get a message that V_TQ04A is not defined in ABAP dictionary.
I would appreciate if some one can please let me know in which table I can see the values of these two.

BW reporting question (want to break down the data for 13 weeks)

Hi All,
I am building one report in BEx and in that report I need to calculate the data for last 13 weeks.
What I want here is to breakdown the OTD to CT2R%   and Average delta for 13 weeks. I mean I want to repeat the same calculation for 13 weeks.
How can I repeat this calculation and how can I restrict per week.
OTD to CT2R (On time delivery to Cycle time to replenish)

hi, usaully production system will be non changeable for all objects.. but as far as SAP BW is concerned we can make certain objects changeable by setting as follows..
in production go to RSA1 - Transport Connection, select Object changeability button from tool bar, here you will find a list of objects which can be made changeable in a closed system.. just click on required objects and set it to Everything Changeable..

There is a transaction ZJPVOM301, After I execute this transaction for the program, it generates a report of the sales order and gives the details like Document, Date and processing status. Now the requirement is:

Transfer programs SAPMZJPV301 and ZJPVOM327 need to be fixed so that the result of processing is stored in a spool, to be printed out at any time. Currently, if there is a problem in processing, a report is displayed at the end of the program run, but it is not saved anywhere. If the user does not save a screen shot, it is very difficult to trace problem areas in this program. Plz. kindly give me the reply as early as possible.

The default value as "None" for the report filter which is Value List type?

Hello,
I want to know is it possible to make the default value as "None" for the report filter which is Value List data type?
For example:The Project Classification Value List value type which have many value like "Supplier Rationalization" "Category Sourcing" "Contract Regegotiation" etc, and the value "Supplier Rationalization" is in the frist positon in the value list. When i use "Project Classification " as a report filter, the value "Supplier Rationalization" displayed as default value. And in the value list box in report filter of Project Classification , there is a value "None" which should be added automatically by system. So i manually filled the default value with "None" in Filter Prompt screen, but it does not work. After i display the report ,the Project Classification filter still use the ""Supplier Rationalization" as the default value.
My current ESO version is 5.1. I tried other ESO version like 5.15, if i manaully give a default value "None" in Filter Prompt screen for filter Project Classification, then the default value is "None". It works well.
Does anybody know if it's possible to do the same thing in ESO 5.1?

Hi David -
This is possible, but the technique is not too obvious...
To make "None" be the default choice for a query definition filter parameter of type value list type, you need to set the default value of the filter parameter to the following:
<internal id of value list type>:616:NULL
For example, I believe you will see that the internal id of the Project Classification value list type is 51, so the default value of the filter parameter would be:
51:616:NULL

Abap Report including sales orders and delivery data.

Hi Experts,
I Want to develop a new abap report which would contain the data for sales orders and delivery.
I want to fetch all the sales orders based on the ship date (LIKP-WADAT_IST) of the delievry.
Could anyone please let me know how to fetch teh data or is their any function module which would help me to solve my problem.

How to display "No data for yesterday" in a scheduled report on Webi

Hi All,
In Webi, I am working on scheduling reports and was asked by a user if the scheduled report on Webi can display "No data for yesterday/no orders for yesterday" when the report returns no data due to No Orders submitted or a business holiday. This sounded a good idea to me as this report only looks for previous days orders/sales and there are many instances when the report will return blank page due to no activity the day before.
Can anyone please guide me on the possibility of achieving something like this on Webi using Bex query.
Any help will be appreciated .

Hi,
You can format the blocks in the report as "Hide When Empty" or "Hide When [some formula]" and have a blank cell added behind these blocks with a text "No Data for Yesterday"
Need to set the relative position and ordering for this accordingly.

There is no standard report available to display the expiry dates for frame work orders.You can get the details from table EKKO and field is KDATE or U have to go for development.

I need to develop one report in which i need FG stock for a particular customer on a particular date. For ex on 5/11/11 what was the FG stock against xyz customer.
Is there any logic available for this requirement. can you please tell me which tables i should look for?

Is it Make to Order stock? If it is not, then you may not find the details. If it is MTO, then use t.code MB5B. Using this, you can find stock on particular date.

I have a requirement to get the flag deletion date for a customer on a sales organization level in a report, maintained in XD03/VD03 -
Have written the below code.
The problem with this is that the date is not fetched sometimes for a particular sales org.
