BOM and INV item list

I need a Query for BOM items to get, Inventory item Category, Inventory Item type and approved supplier, if any, for each item in BOM. for this I wrote a query, but i am getting Duplicate item.
when I join MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B, MTL_ITEM_CATEGORIES and MTL_CATEGORIES_B i am getting duplicate items.
any body can help to eliminate duplicate.
This is my query:

    what the most convenient way to customize the Category and Category items list while creating New Model?
    This is standard:
    Now, what we want to achieve, is to customize this menu, to:
    1. Display in the Category window only f.e. two categories:
    - EA Diagrams
    - BPM Diagrams
    2. In the EA Diagrams, we want to have f.e. four copies of City Planning diagram, each of them should have different elements available, f.e. in the first copy, only Architecture Areas shall be made available, in the second one Architecture Areas and Business Functions, in the third on f.e. only Business Functions shall be made available. Additionally, it should behave like a hierarchy ... meaning you can create the second diagram, only as child (related diagram) of the first diagram etc.
    I know, excluding the particular diagrams/diagram elements can be configured using the right/profile settings, but how to:
    1. Customize the standard New Model menu window
    2. Create copies of City Planning Diagrams with different set-ups
    3. Set the relationship between diagrams
    Is such a configuration change possible?

    Click on Tools => General Options=> Model Creation
    Click on Properties => at right of Default category set
    Note : Model template does not work as Category. We can't set. An enchancement request has been open to SAP
    In the following example I defined a new default (MyNewDefault.mcc). As you can see only BPMN models are available.
    To create a new category set with BPMN choice
    a) Copy default.mcc in MyNewDefault.mcc file.
        Go to Tools=>General Options=>Model Creation : Select your new category
        Go to Tools=>General Options=>Model Creation : Edit properties and remove all things you does not want keep
    or
    b) Go to Tools=>General options=>Model Creation : Edit properties and click on Save as button and specify the file name "MyNewDefault".
        Quit the window.
        Select you new category : Go to Tools=>General Options=>Model Creation : "MyNewDefault"
        Edit properties and remove all things you does not want keep.
        Save you new category
    Question #2. How to define copies/replicas of existing diagrams
         Wrote an extension
    Question #3. How to make sure, particular diagrams can be used (created) only on predefined "levels" and how to set the parent-child relationship, so that PD enforced it directly when creating a new diagram.
         Specify yours conditons in your extension attached to your model
         Example : When the user want create a child diagram :  You can display a list of Parent Diagrams to select from.
         You can set in your extension by VBScript parent-child relationship

    If I understand well your question. I suggest to take a look in
    Repository=>Administration=>Objects Permission Profile
    You can specify objects to show, mask, deactivate at model level.
    You can specifiy your own metadata.
    But I'm not sure you can mask, deactivate functions following diagram selection. It seem to specific.

  • Equipment BOM and Equipment Task List

    I have created an Equipment BOM (IB01) and Equipment TL (IA01). When creating a WO using IW31 why doesn't the TL and BOM get copied across?

    While doing maintenance for equipment (creating order in IW31), its not necessary that all the operations in task list & all the materials from BoM should be used.
    Based on the maintenance, you can select the operations from task list & you can select the components.
    In order, go to Extras => Task list selection => Reference object. It will list the task lists available for the equipment, from that you can select.
    For components, in components tab, there will be structure button. Click that, it will show you the BoM created, from that list, select required components.
    Note: Only in Production order, all the operations from Routing & all components from BoM will be copied. This is because for production order, all the operations & components are required to produce the finished product.

  • Fund managment exceeding the budgeted and committed items

    Dear All,
    In my client place we implement the fund management.  we create the department wise fund center and related committed items.
    For example for the Fund center Administration Expenses- Committed item is Advertising expenses.  When ever i made the payment to that particular expenses if i exceed the budgeted amount it will though error .
    Like this i am getting for the some of the fund center and commitment items. I am having department wise fund center and commitment items list of 50 under that for  25 fund center whenever i exceed the budget it shows the error message for the some of the fund centers it not showing any warning message. and also allowing to make entries so my fund center report is showing negative values. so please guide to solve this issue.

    in my client in Availability control limit
    they send for
    MSL  MSL001  pb selected  proceed ++ Action 1  usage % 90
    Msl   Ms002                                              Action 3 usage % 100
    it is correct or not  pl guide to solve this issue for half of  the  fund center and commitment item when exceed the budget it is through error but for the remaining fund center is is accepting.

  • Mass Download documents related to BOM and/or BOM items

    Is anyone aware of a mass download functionality of all the documents realted to a BOM - i.e all documents items of a BOM and documents attached to BOM items(part numbers).

    Yes, that is exactly it. The requirement is for mass downloading all the original drawings linked to all the components of a BOM to a local drive or to an ftp site.
    One possible way , i thought of, could be to use a program DMS_RELOCATE_CONTENT which as I understand relocates all the originals realated to a list of DIRs to another location. Of course, this means that we need compile a list of components related to a BOM using CS12 or similar program and get a list of parts that has drawing attached to it. Subsequently, use this list to compile DMS_RELOCATE_CONTENT. Not sure, if this is a correct way or if there is any other simple way of achieving this.

    I have a general question about MO / Multi-Organization Access Control (MOAC). For which Oracle Applications products is MO / MOAC supported? Is this supported for applications Inventory (INV), Bills of Material (BOM) and Engineering (ENG)?

    The reason I'm asking this is to verify if I need to do anything in terms of MO/MOAC (e.g. calling MO_GLOBAL.init ...) when using the following APIs:
    EGO_ITEM_PUB.PROCESS_ITEM, BOM_BO_PUB.PROCESS_BOM, ENG_ECO_PUB.PROCESS_ECO and BOM_RTG_PUB.PROCESS_RTG
    In the "FAQ - Multiple Organizations (Multi-Org)", in question "5. What E-Business Suite products are directly using the Multi-Org feature?" none of the products INV, BOM, ECO and RTG is listed...
    Moreover, I can't find any tables with suffix '_ALL' for these products...
    So is it correct to conclude that I don't need to do anything for multi-org support (e.g. calling MO_GLOBAL.init ...) when using the above mentioned APIs?

  • PGI for both main and sub items (Sales BOM)

    Hello SD friends,
    I'm trying to map some BOM scenario.
    Only main item should be relevant for princing.
    Here's what I've done :
    1. Create sales BOM via CS01
    2. Maintain item category group ERLA for main item and NORM for sub item MM01
    3. Maintain item category TAQ for main item and TAE for sub item VOV4
    When I wanna do PGI, system creates material document only for main item.
    Which means that PGI has not been done for sub items.
    Is there any way to make PGI possible for both main and sub items ??

    Can you clear, that why you want to issue both Main item/Sub Item, where your pricing is @ main item level.
    in Main item level Pricing, Main item itself includes components. Once you issue the main item. from Inventory this main item wil be reduced.
    Eg:  In Case of Main Item- Computer (Assume Components - Monitor , Keyboard , CPU & Mouse)
    Price for Computer - $1200.   Component prices individually- $300 , $100, $700, $100 - These prices applicable only when you sell as BOM at Subitem level Pricing Or Seperately )-
    In SO: - Order Computer (System explodes Components to verify,which are the subitems consists in Main Item)
      DEL:-  Components will be copied in Delivery , but not for dispatch (Sch Line Cat:CT has these controls)
    Inv: Only Main item will be displayed for print.
    NOTE:  for your requirement, you can change the Schline Category from CT - CN- which is relevant for delivery with movement type i601 -in SO. Then you can dispatch components & these components will not copied into Invoice ,as they are not relevant for billing.
    If you want CN has to determined automatically, maintain Schline Category determination accordingly.

  • Grouping customers and view customer open items list - Group wise

    Hi.
    I have some requirement from my client.
    He says that he want to view customer open items list group wise.
    In FBL5N we can give the selection of multiple customers. But he wants to group the specific customers and then view the open items for this group.
    For example: Client has 10 customers and out of these customers he wants to select and group 5 customers. And then he want to view open items list for this group.
    Can anyone help me how to group these specific customers in the total customers list. Also request you to provide me the option to view open items for this group of customers.

    Hi Padmavathi,
    It is possible. use Worklist for Customers.
    Go to OB55 and define a Worklist for Customers, and mention the list of Customers that you want to see under that Worklist.
    After this, when you to to FBL5N, you will get an option to select Worklist to run the list of open items.. and it would show open items of all customers that you have defined in your worklist.
    Also note that you will have to go to FB00, tab Line Items, and tick Worklists available. This is at User Level, so only that user will be able to see the worklist in his FBL5N transaction code.

    Hi,
    I have a production BOM. In Delivery document how to print the Parent and Child items Item Code and Qty.At the time
    of add a delivery document Inventory stock redused only in Parent Item not child item because child item stock already reduced in issue for production.

    If you need to print both the BOM Parent and Child items, you have to create your own report. BOM is only for production if it is not Sales type.

    I have requirement in Sp Designer 2010,Get List item URL and insert in another list as one column value.When open another list and click on same item  column entry url will show the parent item information.
    Here i have create work flow and insert item URL in another list but cant find appropriate item url information.I can easily make  item url link through String builder in mail body with using current id and predefine link,but
    when try to insert the same type of item link in another list where i cant find string builder for create custom url link,only get valur of Path,URL,Absolute URL and Relative server URL,all these links or not provide me exact
    item link dispaly information.
    So I opened SharePoint Designer and start creating the workflow associated to the list.
    As there is some Field from source related to current item URL I start using it
    Encoded Absolute URL – this one should be the one to use
    Server Relative URL
    URL Path
    Unfortunately, none of these options were providing the correct link. Indeed, these options are providing an incorrect path:
    Encoded Absolute URL
    http://wfe1/Lists/bpf/1_.000
    Server Relative URL
    /Lists/bpf/1_.000
    URL Path
    /Lists/bpf/1_.000
    As you can see, the item URL is composed by an ID while it should be http://wfe1/Lists/bpf/dispform.aspx?id=1

    Unfortunately, [%Current Item:URL%] doesn't seem to be available from a "Site Workflow" associated to a List.   I'm finding less advantages to doing a "Site Workflow" when I don't necessarily need to.  One problem is the workflow is initiating
    twice.   I'm thinking I should have just created the workflow as a a "List Workflow."  
    I am going to try "Association Columns" -- that may work.  Anyone have other suggestions?

    Not sure what you mean by "booted" from it.
    If the Mac OS is installed on the external drive, then it's possible to start up from it, just as you do from your internal drive. Please open the Startup Disk preference pane in System Preferences, and verify that your internal drive is selected as the startup disk.
    Assuming that's the case, then it may be that your TM settings have been corrupted. Turn off TM, then move or delete the file /Library/Preferences/com.apple.TimeMachine.plist. Turn TM back on, recreate your settings, and try again.

    I am trying to hard sync my i phone to my MAC before I purchase a new phone. My MAC however has a pop up that says I already have 5 computers associated with this ID. So I went into i tunes store and had a list of 4 items, I deauthorized 2, my i pod & i pad, which left 2 items on the list. However I am still getting the same pop up saying I have 5 devices. Any ideas how to correct this?

    Go to one of the other computers and use the Deauthorize Computer function. If you don't have physical or network access to any of them, use the Deauthorize All command documented in the article you asked this question from, and if that's not an option, the link to contact the iTunes Store staff at the bottom of it.

    What's solution is the safe way. Because of when I used "Content and Structure" and then copy/or/move to New POST, All of Enterprise Keywords, Categories and All comments are lost.

    I have a custom item renderer with a background image for each item in a list. the thing is I'm trying to have a different background for the first and last items (curved respectively) and I'm not sure how to do that.

    If you are scrolling, will you change which ones have the different
    background?
    If not, look at ButtonBar.  It is based on ListBase and assigns different
    skins to the first and last renderer.
