Ripped off - Bought Lightroom and Creative Cloud at same time.

I signed up for Creative Cloud when it came out and bought Lightroom around the same time because Creative Cloud didnt include Lightroom. Since that it does, I feel ripped off that I bought Lightroom.
I can't return the software because its about a week and half 30 days. Adobe customer support has said that there is nothing they can do.

Can I watch videos on my iPad and browse at the same time?

I want to watch a Ted talk that I downloaded and browse the internet, but everytime I try to leave iTunes it automatically shuts off what I'm watching. Can this thing seriously not do more than one thing at once? It seems odd. Same thing happens, if I'm watching somethign on YouTube and try to browse the internet in a new window whatever is on YouTube always shuts off.

Yes, that's the way it works. Multi-tasking doesn't extend to separate windows, there is no Desktop for them to be displayed on, no file handling system to keep track of them, etc., etc.
TED has their own app, by the way .... no need to download via iTunes. Still just one thing at a time, so just sayin ....

Having problems connecting two ipads to Internet at the same time

Hi everyone, new to here, would love any advise please. We have just received a new router from talktalk, DSL3680. The previous router had broken.
We are having trouble trying to connect to the Internet with my wife's iPad and mine at the same time. Which ever pad gets on the net first blocks out the other one.
One iPad is iPad 2, the other iPad 4th generation. They have different device names, but run off the same apple Id account. Never had any trouble with old router just with the new one. Both have up to date software. Regards Wayne

Make sure iPad is using DHCP and not Static IP.

You can connect the iPad to your Mac's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases, that should copy it over to the Movies part of your library.
Depending upon what country that you are in, and whether the film studio allows it, you might also be able to re-download it on your Mac via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page.

It's just the battery sign - nothing else. I've tried to reboot by holding down both power and home key for 10+ seconds, waiting for the apple logo - but nothing happens. It's plugged into the imac at the moment. I tried to recharge it overnight using the normal charger - but no luck. It went dead during a Skype call with a friend - even though it was powered into the mains - albeit at a low battery level at the time

Ie.. At home if your in settings, wifi, connected to your home wifi....3G will not be used. As soon as you leave your house(car etc) 3G takes over until your connected to another wifi hotspot. To keep your data usage down, turn off 3G when you don't want to use it, or limit use by checking for wifi if your going to be in a location for a while.

Your iPad will use wifi first if available. If wifi is not available, it will use 3G.

Photos that were synced from your computer using iTunes can only be deleted by de-selecting them from the folder from where they were synced - and then re-syncing.
Connect the iPad to the PC and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Photos Tab on the right.
If you want to remove all of the Photos - uncheck the Sync Photos from Heading
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes

Try putting it into recovery mode.
Connect iPad to your computer via USB while it's turned on.
Open iTunes
Hold the iPad's Sleep/Wake switch (power button on the top of the iPad) down until the "power off" slider appears.
Power off the iPad completely (wait for the progress spinner to disappear).
Hold the Sleep/Wake switch AND the Home button down for a full 10 seconds.
After 10 seconds (the second time you'll see the Apple logo on the screen) release the Sleep/Wake switch while still holding the Home button.
Continue to hold the Home button for another 10 seconds until the USB connection image appears on the iPad's screen, then release the Home button.
A pop-up message will appear on iTunes saying it has detected an iPad in recovery mode, you must restore...
Click on the "Restore" button and the process will begin.
