Bought QT Pro, no download link!

Annoyed. Bought QT Pro from Apple store, received three successful purchase emails, none of which had a download link or any indication of how to get the software.
Logging into My Account, it indicates that delivery is via download, and it gives a product key, BUT NO DOWNLOAD LINK.
Any advice?
As someone who sells digital products, I can't believe how bad this system is. My emails always have a BIG FAT PRODUCT DOWNLOAD LINK as the first item.
Definitely my last Apple Store purchase.

Ah, thanks Neil. That's what I needed to hear. In all the emails I received, Apple never thought to mention this. I've only ever heard of "getting Quicktime Pro", and the receipt talks about "your download software". I can't believe they assume people know it's just part of the same software.
Anyway, thanks so much for your reply. I was going crazy over this.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, please try the steps below to get the Acrobat 9 pro for mac.
    Go to the below mentioned URL
    Download Adobe Acrobat free trial | Acrobat XI Professional
    After the trial for Acrobat 11 opens, paste the URL http://trials2.adobe.com/Applications/Acrobat/APRO/9/APRO9_Mac_WEB_WWEFG.dmg (Replace the old one with this)

  • I bought Quicktime Pro and have no clue where or how to verify it was downloaded.

    Can't find a community for this question.  Ok can't cut and paste so I bought Quicktime Pro for my PC and no where did I see a link to download.  I have no clue if I am running the Pro version that offers Video editing.   I opened Quicktime Player and went to Edit and Preferences but no dice as far as I can tell.

    Not sure if that same Application is designed for Mac Os x, Search for Applications on App Store instead of iTunes on your Macbook Pro, as Applications available on iTunes Store on a Macbook is designed to work only on iOS Device like iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch and whatever is available on App Store on Mac is designed for Mac Os x.

    You don't download QuickTime Pro directly; you download QuickTime 7 and apply the code you bought to it.

    Disable anti virus software.
    Apps such as Little Snitch, Net Nanny, and Hands Off can prevent apps from downloading including Mountain Lion as well as third party download managers.
    Keep in mind, for downloading Mountain Lion from the App Store, a high speed (broadband) internet connection is strongly recommended by Apple as noted here > iTUNES STORE - MAC APP STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    If you need to reinstall OS X or repair the the startup disk using Mountain Lion Recovery, that requires broadband access to the internet via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet connection. OS X is downloaded over the internet form Apple when OS X Recovery is used for reinstallation.
