Bpc input schedule does not show all data

Hello gurus, i have i question, a bout the following situation:  i am using SAP BPC 7forNW , and i am creating an input schedule , it has account and entity, so i  capture several values and then send data, and then appears  a message , like this "all values were sent ,zero failed."
But, at the end, only a few of the sent values are shown, several of them disappear with no pattern, and in BI7 all of them appear correctly
What can i do in order to show all  of the values that were caprtured in that input schedule?

Hi,
The easiest thing you can do is that just remove some of the data from excel cell and "Refresh and expand" the Input schedule after you send the data to see whether you get the data correctly.
Sometime refresh more than once and see you get the data.
Optimise the application as well.

    I have a report from a cube. I'm using filters to get data. I have filters by year and month, I have a chart that shows data initially from a month. My problem is when I filtered data of different years, for example:
    If I select Year 2014, Months: Jan 2014,Feb 2014, Mar 2014, May 2014, Apr 2014, Jun 2014. The information is displayed correctly.
    If I select Year 2014 and 2013, Months: Nov 2013, Dec 2013, Jan 2014,Feb 2014, Mar 2014, May 2014, Apr 2014, Jun 2014. Only displays information for year 2013 (Nov 2013, Dec 2013).
    Also I have a tablix, using the same dataset that chart, and in this tablix I have not this issue.
    ¿How can I do that chart displays the information I select in filters?

    According to your description, you have issue on filtering data in your chart. When you select more than one year (2013 and 2014) in parameter, it only return the data for months of 2013. Right?
    In this scenario, since it shows all months for both years in the month parameter, it seems no issues on cascading parameter. So it may has issue in the filter. We are not sure you add the filter on dataset or chart based on your information. If you add
    the filter on dataset, you may need to check the chart design because the same dataset is working in a tablix. Please try to put the Year into Series or add a calculate field which combine the Year and Month in your dataset then put this field in
    Category. If you add the filter on chart, please check the Operator and Values in your filter. One possibility is, when we set expression for Values, if we double click the parameter, it will return "Parameter!Year.Value(0)" by default, we need to change it
    into "Parameter!Year.Value". If it's still not working, please post some more detail information or screenshots about the dataset and filters. This may help us reproduce your issue in our local environment.

  • Analysis does not show all rows returned by SQL

    Hi.
    OBIEE 11.1.1.7.0
    I have a strange problem.  I have a simple table that should return customer number and sales.  The report will show all of the sales, but it does not show all the customer numbers.  The SQL that OBIEE creates does return all of the customer numbers.  When I remove the sales and just include the customer number, the report only shows a couple of the customer numbers (it should show several hundred).
    I guess what I'm looking for is any advice for how to debug this.  I have spent about 3 days on this problem, so I have tried to look at it from every angle (data, RPD, report).
    Any suggestions are appreciated.

    New development.  The issue has to do with a descriptor ID column.  The customer number column is a varchar field and I set the descriptor ID column to the column_ID field.  When I remove the descriptor ID setting, I received all custom numbers.

  • Search Item drop-down does not show any data for Advanced Search.

    Hi,
    I have a requirement to add a new criteria to the existing Advanced Search region of 'My Employee Information' in Manager Self Service responsibility. I substituted the AdvancedSearchVO to include the new column. Using personalization i did the below steps to show the new column in the page,
    1) Created a 'Message Styled Text' item under Table Layout region to display the result. I associated the View Instance (AdvancedSearchVO1) and View Attribute (AttrColumn).
    2) In Advanced Search Panel created a new CriteriaRow and set the 'Search Allowed' property to True.
    3) In Advanced Search Mappings i tried to create the new mapping but the Search Item drop-down does not show any of the CriteriaRow item. But Results Item shows the 'Message Styled Text' item created in step 1 above.
    Any idea what i would be missing becasue of which 'Search Item' property does not show any data?
    I am using OAF version 12.1.1.

    I faced the same situation but i still waiting for the solution.. this is my problem's thread..
    Addition of LOV Search Filter using Personalization
    But when i tried to create a new custom page with advanced table and created a new LOV column via personalization. i was able to create new search mapping.. but this is not happening in the seeded page case :(.
    I m also looking for solution...if any one can provide some inputs on it , will be highly appreciated.

  • Concatenated PDF file does not show all content.

    When I concatenate 2 single page pdf file into one pdf file, the concatenated page does not show all the content. It misses the last line on the 2nd page.
    However the thumbnails view shows the missing line correctly.
    Also, if I view the concatenated pdf into another pdf view, it shows the content correctly.

    Upon further research in the merged pdf file, it appears the merged pdf file has 2 references to the same field "UFE_ISSUE_DATE".
    If I edit the pdf file in the text editor and change one of the field name to "UFE_ISSUE_DATE_TEST", then the pdf gets rendered correctly with date value shown correctly!
    So, we decided to use 2 different field names in each of the individual pdf for this field only.
    But, what causes confusion is that we do have several other fields with same field name in each of the individual pdf file, but upon merge they appear correctly. Searching for such field name in the merged pdf file via text editor, I can see only 1 reference. Not sure, why this particular field "UFE_ISSUE_DATE" has 2 references in the merged pdf file.
    Any one has any thoughts?

    Why Bex report does not show loaded data at once after loading is finished but after some time?
    Could be the reason of it:
    a) huge amount of data in infocube.
    b) there are no deleting/creating indexes before/after loading, because it takes too much time
    c) anothe reason?

    Hi Tigr,
    A and B both can be the reasons behind, but normally in case of B option the results on report output can be wrong like duplicates sort of showing you double figures.
    C - it can be resource issue, so please look into all and double check with basis if thats the case.

  • Drop Down In List From Lookup Does Not show all items in mobile view

    I have list called "incident".
    I have a list called "locations"
    The "incident" list looks up a value from the "location" list as a dropdown.
    The location list contains 25 building names.
    When I try to fill out the "incident" list in mobile view
    the "location" drop down only shows 16 items. I checked the "locations" mobile view limit and set it to 99 to make sure all would show up.
    The desktop view for the "incident" list shows all 25 buildings from the "locations" list.
    Any advice on how to get those extra 7 locations to show up?

    Still don't have an answer. I'm now looking to use a radio button or something to use as a work-around. If I use a lookup and tell it to allow multiple selections (shows as checkbox) it does not show all values in the mobile view.
    If I input each item and choose choice, it only shows up as dropdown. I need radio buttons. If I choose lookup and allow multiple selections, it does not show all the options.
    I need some help on this.

  • Invoice recipient drop-down does not show all company codes

    Hi SRM Gurus,
    The user has three company codes assigned as attributes in the Org structure.
    When creating a shopping cart, the company code drop-down shows the three company codes and the user is able to select one of them.
    However, when creating an invoice, the user is able to see only one of the company codes in the drop-down (the last one in the list of three company codes in the org structure), therefore, does not have the option of changing the comp code. This is an issue - am not able to find any  OSS notes to resolve the issue.
    Any help is highly appreciated and will be suitably rewarded.

    You are trying to find a loophole to circumvent a basic rule that prohibits the transfer of purchased content from one Apple ID to another.
    Content tied to an Apple ID are bound to that Apple ID forever. You can not merge or trade accounts. Well, not (officially) anyway...

    My contact list does not show all my contacts.  If I keypad a number not shown in the contacts it does know who that contact is.  What can I do to show all contacts?  I have 352 contacts in the phone.

    Do you have different Groups for contacts?  For example, perhaps you have some contacts stored on the device, some associated with a Yahoo account, and others associated with an Exchange account.  If you have multiple groups like this, tap the "Groups" button at the top-left corner in Contacts and see if you're looking at only a subset of your contacts.  There is an option to view "All Contacts", which summarizes them all for you.

    DMStool displays the DMS metrics of the system dynamically. DMS will not have the DMS metrics for the component, if the component is NOT up and running. In your first case, there was no OC4J JVM up and running. Therefore, there was no metric related to OC4J including JVM. To verify this, you could issue the following command:
    dmstool -t opmn_process
    dmstool would list DMS metrics of the processes started by OPMN. You would see there is no JVM process started.
    In your second case, OC4J finally started. So you saw the metrics for OC4J JVMs.
    DMS obtains process information from OPMN. It takes some time for OC4Js to start up and register themselves with OPMN. This is why you noticed the delay.

    Create a new account, name it "test" and see how your labels work in that User acct in list view? (That will tell if your problem is systemwide or limited to your User acct.) This account is just for test, do nothing further with it.
    Open System Preferences >> Accounts >> "+" make it an admin account.
    Let us know and we'll troubleshoot this further.
