Bug 7007980: Dots are used as value separator ...REMAINS

Hi
This problem may be caused by a crash I had on my computer which caused me to ask for help
"unable to re-install 1.5.1 after crash"
After replacing the entire "C:\Documents and Settings\guan\Application Data\SQL Developer\system1.5.1.54.40" folder SQL dev works normal again.
First I thought the problem was solved but when i try to "export data/ Insert" it still returns "."- separated Insert statements instead of "," separated ones
Example:
REM INSERTING into DATA_TYPES
Insert into DATA_TYPES (ID,NAME) values (1.'STRING');
Insert into DATA_TYPES (ID,NAME) values (2.'DATE');
Insert into DATA_TYPES (ID,NAME) values (3.'NUMBER');
Preferences/ database/ General Export Parameters is set to "," comma
I´m almost sure I didn´t have this problem on 1.5.1 before the crash
Are there more preferences to replace??
Any ideas are welcome

I think the bug I was referring to is that the NLS parameters affect the separator in 'Export as CSV', not in the values clause.
However, It doesn't surprise me that your bug isn't fixed, or has regressed in the latest version. The development team's QA abilities leaves a lot to be desired.
The development team seem to have vanished off the face of the earth recently, so if you have a metalink account it is worth raising an SR on metalink.
