Bug in CR-200 Car App?
My workplace is located in Cambridge, UK. However, the weather portion of the CR-200 Car App insists that I'm located in Cambridge, ON, Canada.
Curiously, the Weather & Calendar app for the DT-910 stand gets it right.
I suspect that the Car App is finding the nearest city to my location, getting "Cambridge" and then finding weather based on the city name, rather than the actual coordinates.
Rather annoying, particularly since W&C gets it right.
Is there a better channel than these forums to report app bugs?
I have found two other annoying bugs with this app. If I replace the second choice from the default music app to, say, the Waze app, it will not be saved. So the next time I open the CR-200 car app, Waze is gone. The second bug is in the phone speed list (the third default choice), I can add people to that list, but when I try to add a company, like my favorite pizzeria and kebab place they will never be stored in the list.

If I start the CR-200 car app it launches whit here drive+, Nokia music and quick call.
I then click settings and changes Nokia music to Spotify. Click back and Spotify have replaced Nokia music.
But if I close the app and "scan" the NFC tag again spotify is gone, and an + is there instead. If I then go in to settings it says that Spotify is the chosen program, and if I then click back Spotify is there again.
I have tried to reboot the phone and tried many times and always the same issue????

When reading my book on iBooks, I encounter duplicate pages for many pages then it skips the pages that should be there so I am missing large parts to chapters, is this a "bug" in the book or app? How can this be fixed?
Does the same thing happen on any other books that you have in the app ? I have been billed in excess of $200 for apps from the company 'Gameloft'. I authorized the purchase of a 99 cent game for my son (Six Guns) and it just escalated from there. The purchases continued on through the night, even though no one was on-line. Thankfully I caught the charges in my morning email. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Gameloft for the last hour. They literally provide no direct support information on their website for this kind of issue.
Likely I will only be able to resolve this with my credit card company as we will fight it when the charges are posted. What an unbelieveably slimy experience this is so far. Anybody have any insight out there?

Mobile Care app/ Software update always pops up with power on
I am guessing that this is the application Verizon uses to deliver updates to the phone?
Every time I power up the phone, I get a software update screen telling me it is going to download an update, which it never actually seems to do. It's pretty irritating. Is that the normal behavior?

Thank you to the community for your responses. After some further research, I see that though there is a MasterCare application in the Market, there is also a MasterCare application that is pre-installed on the Xperia Play. My apologies for any miscommunication.
Looking at the "Info" under The Mobile Care app on the Xperia Play, it's showing it does auto launch when you are using data. It is part of the phone's software to allow Over The Air (OTA) services like OTA firmware, etc. There will be an automatic pop-up when an update is available. The pop-up will go away once the update is completed. I also show that Mobilecare does track the data on the device.
Though this app is pre-loaded, if the software on the phone has been altered and the app is removed, any updates in the future on the device will not be allowed. This is an app that does need to stay on the device in order for any updates to be performed.
I hope this information is helpful and I apologize for mistaking this application for the Android Market Mobile Care application.

If you are on your phone you should be able to scroll down, there will be Full/Mobile > tap on Full > then the input box will have that option, it'll be the 9th option from left to right.

Please could you try to perform a soft reset on your device using the code *#7780# security code 12345 by default if prompted. It is best to create a back up on nokia suite before performing the soft reset, you will not lose any data however it will reset your device settings to factory conditions.
If it is still not working, please try and remove all your profiles from your social app, restart your device and re-sync them.
Let us know how you get on and feel free to post any other questions you may have.

Creative Cloud - BUG Changing Installation Directory for Apps

Which stated the issue I am experiencing. In the preferences of the creative cloud desktop program I changed the installation directory to D drive because I have my main hard drive partitioned and the programs would take up too much space on C. Regardless of the change in preferences the applications were still installing to my C drive. I tried restarting and reinstalling and nothing seemed to work.
Finally I decided to reallocate my D partition back to C, I have yet to complete this because I am waiting for all the data on D to be transferred to an external drive so I can recombine it to C without losing data ( I don't know if this is necessary, I haven't recombined partitions in the operating system before, but just to be safe)
ANYWAY
As I am waiting for the transfer (Over 120gbs takes a while) I changed the installation directory in the Creative Cloud preferences back to C and went ahead and installed the program I was trying to prior to all this. Guess What? It installed to my D drive!!!
This isn't a serious bug for me, just incredibly annoying and causing a lot of extra work on my part just to install the program I wanted. However for someone who requires a different directory to install to and cannot rearrange their computer to accommodate this bug I could see it being more serious. Has anyone else had this issue and did you find a solution? Thanks.
P.S. Adobe you rock, I hope your other CC programs don't feel rushed for release like your installer doesADOBE WILL TRY TO DELETE YOUR LEGACY APPS!!!! Do NOT let them! They could put you out of business! Here is a tech support transcript, see for yourselves:

And now the word is out that you are raising subscription prices after the first year? Who do you think you are? You HURT peoples ability to earn a living! Tell your customers that after FOUR months of unusability of your product, DAYS of the customer trying to fix the company problem, that your solution is give them TWO months FREE then JACK the price up for them! ADOBE CUSTOMER: The Russian cracked version of PS 2014 will have to do on another clients machine until you have a total new WORKING release. I'm tired of being your company's test pig, doing the boiler plate cleaner routines, and having the same failures. It's one thing to have broken software, but NOT acceptable to treat customers the way I have been treated, and then, be greedy on a remediation offer from you.
You say,"We value all our customers." Again, clearly NO ONE from the BOD has taught you that if you take care of the customer, then the customer will take care of adobe.

CR-200 Car Wireless Charger Issues
Hi,
I am a proud owner of the new CR-200 wireless car charger for my Lumia 920.
There are three issues I would like to highlight.
Why does the suction cup on the holder have GLUE on it?
This means I am forced to permantly leave the holder stuck to the mounting plate. It also makes it impossible to place the holder on the windscreen in different cars which is my prefered postion as opposed to the dashboard.
I thought the whole point of the holder was that you could detach it and store it out of sight. Although you can remove the holder from the mounting plate the glue residue on the suction cap means it will attract dust and fluff rendering it useless over time.
Incorrect weather location is shown on the CR-200 App
I live in UK Twickenham however the app insists on displaying weather for USA Twickenham despite having auto location enabled!
Unable to pin Company Contacts to the Quick Call list in the CR-200 App
I have a number of Company contacts in my contact list. I use the 'Company Name' field for naming them, therefore the 'First Name' and 'Surname' fields are blank.
I have discovered you are unable to pin contacts to the quick call screen if the First and Surname is blank.I can''t believe it... I've spent a year growling about the gluey suction cup on the expensive phone cradle. Luckily I have been happy to leave it in one place on the window of the car... until.... it was really hot a few weeks ago and the cradle was in the direct sunlight for a few days. The glue seems to have degraded and it started to slide down the window. Finally managed to get it detatched and the window cleaned up with some nail varnish remover, reapplied sucker, but same thing happened again. Have just read about the plastic film backing on the glue not being for disposal !!
Why couldn't they use a normal suction cup? Or at least explain in the instructions?!? I've fashioned a replacement with a cut out from a freezer bag... we'll see how it goes!! -

What software are you referring to?
singhnsk was referring to the software of the phone itself which has to be re-flashed. Since Nokia Suite isn't compatible with your phone, the option is to bring it to a Nokia Care Point. Please visit the below link to select the support website of your country for repair instructions.

Have you spoken to your local Care line? You should definitely be able to redownload free apps from the Nokia Store > My Stuff. Your Care line will be able to send your already paid for applications via a text message to your phone, so that you can redownload the apps without having to pay for it again.
If you've tried the above and it doesn't work, even after updating or reinstalling the current software, there will be something wrong with the phone. In that case I would like to advise you to visit a local Care centre where the firmware can be reinstalled. Do make a back up with Nokia Suite first as all your data will be deleted off your phone.
After the firmware has been reinstalled the phone should work like it should again. Contact your local Care line afterwards who will send the paid apps to your phone. You can restore the back up in Nokia Suite by clicking on Tools > Restore.

I found Apps that will make your phone better than the other.
Follow this step:
> go to OVI STORE on your phone
>download UC Browser then open it
> on Uc Browser click switch until you reach the UC APP CENTER

Possible bug in Photoshop CS6 with app.activeDocument.path.
JavaScript running in Photoshop CS6 under OS X 10.7.5 returns the wrong result for app.activeDocument.path when the file is located on the boot drive. The result is undefined and an error message incorrectly states that the document has not been saved yet. If the file is located on a remote volume, the correct path is returned.
To reproduce this problem, create a new file in Photoshop CS6 on a Mac. Save the file to the desktop. With the file still open, run the following script in ExtendScript Toolkit.

Running the same script with a file located on a server volume open in Photoshop correctly returns "/path/to/file.psd" instead of undefined and no error occurs.
This appears to be a bug in Photoshop CS6's JavaScript implementation. This problem did not exist in Photoshop CS3.
A similar issue prevents Photoshop CS6 from saving files to the boot drive using activeDocument.saveAs.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, have you discovered an alternate method to determine the file path or save a file on the boot drive?Don't know if this will help much but at least you can use it to check a document's filepath without throwing an error. And maybe tell if the problem is with the Photoshop DOM.
