Build and Alter Task_2 - Applying HCM 9 - MP4

Question

Hi ALL,
its the job (3 of 3). After building and running the project HC9_ALTER4, following 3 scripts need to be run but these scripts failed:

please guide me what to do, because these are the scripts that i got in the dowloaded maintenance package (HCM 9 MP4)

I received two solutions from Peoplesoft Cutomer connection:
1) Solution to the Script: BR688701_01.dms and Script: MX688701_3.dms
Based on the log that you're attaching to the ICE. I assume that the customer didn t follow the instructions in the correct order, the instructions are attached on the Documentation for the Maintenance Pack and I'm copying the steps they should have followed
First: Execute an Alter Without Delete, this step create the field YEARCD in records, and keep the field YEAR with their data.
Second: Run the script BR688701_01.dms to copy data from the field YEAR to field YEARCD.
Third: Execute an Alter With Delete; this step drops the field YEAR from such tables.
In the pack "PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS and Campus Solutions 9.0 - Maintenance Pack 4" and inside the upd753469.zip in file upd753463_install.htm it s explained how to apply this package.
If the customer did the first alter with delete then the field YEAR will not longer exist in the record therefore the script BR688701_01.dms will error, this script updates the new YEARCD field using the previous field YEAR.
2) Solution to the Script: upd711280_02.dms SOLUTION
Maintenance Pack Change Assistant template is not correct for this MP 9 Multi language. SEQ_NBR is a key field after applying Maintenance Pack 9 for HCM 8.9.
Ignore the error from the Run Alter Task_2 step and mark that step as completed and continued the Change Assistant job. The next step was running a Datamover script to load the values from the field SEQNUM in the new field SEQ_NBR, and then Build and Alter Task once again. In that step the creation of the index will be fine and the SEQ_NBR field will be filled with right values.
