Hi there
I'm having the same problem. I'm using Netbeans 5.0 with the mobility pack. My version of JDK is 1.5.0_02.
I include the jxme-cdc.jar file to the project but when I try to run the application I get:
Error preverifying class net.jxta.id.ID
java/lang/NoClassDefFoundError: java/io/Serializable
Have you figured out how to resolve this???

You could turn on debugging for your EJB's. Add the following tag to your OC4J start options:
    -Dejb.debug=true.
Please also check the following logs:
    - $OH\application-deployments\<appName>\OC4J_Namedefault_island_1\application.log
    - the opmn logs for your OC4J instance
Furthermore you can add some Sys.out statements to your code to see where the problem lies.
    Hope this helps.

  • Email application using dreamweaver MX and ASP...Is this possible?

    Hello
I would like to create a web application that would allow
users to create and send emails a bit like Outlook but a bespoke
    version.
There are a few things that this email application should do
    such as:
    1) Allow you to enter name, address, email address and job
    category for each contact.
    2) filter email list based on that above criteria eg. list
all the contacts that have a job category of Manager. One contact
may have one or more job category so the list would need to remove
    any duplicates.
    3) The email should get sent to everyone on the filtered list
so it would need to be able to send to multiple email addresses
    4) The user should be able to send attachments.
I hope this makes sense. It would be great if I could do all
    this in Dreamweaver.
Any help would be much appreciated on how I could develop
such a application and also if there any tutorials that I could
follow which allow me to do something similar.
    Thanks

Hopefully this will set you in the right direction.
    1. Create a user table. You will need to do this mentally
    before actually
creating the database. What will the table contain? After you
    have this
spec'd out, you can create it. You should create your entire
    database
before creating it in whatever software you'r eusing (mySQL,
    Access, SQL)
    2. Design your jobs table. This will contain all info you
    need to store
    about the job.
    3. Create a form that uses lists to build your "email". This
    should be a
form that says, select Name, Adress or job category. This
    will feed into
your SQL statement(or DW recordset), which will bring up all
    your contacts
where your Name field in your user table (or Address, or Job
    Category or all
three). You can tweak this until you get it just how you like
    it.
    4. Lastly you should have a very simple form (you don't
    mention what server
language you're using) that will build an email based upon
    the contacts you
    have selected and email them.
You will need to get the database up and structure setup
    before I could help
you more with it. Do you feel comfortable doing that?

Have you tried to call ojdeploy directly instead of using the ojdeploy task?
I remember that the ant task has had some bugs. You can use the exec task and execute ojdeploy directly. Then you don't even need to include the path elements as you use the jdev project which includes all the information.
    ojdeploy.executable=path_to_your_jdev_installation/jdev/bin/ojdeploy.exe
        <target name="ojdeploy" description="execute ojdeploy">
                <exec executable="${ojdeploy.executable}" dir="."

    Hi,
Need to use a scrollable resultset and depending on the need to have a stateful connection or a stateless connection you may need to query the table for every request(for stateless connection) and use the same result set for(stateful connection). and depending on the no of records in a page and the page no do some simple arithmetic and move the resultset. Hope this helps.

You can transfer projects into Flash Builder to add functionality like this. Be aware that with Flash Catalyst CS5 and Flash Builder 4, this is a one-way trip. Here is a tutorial by Tanya Heins that explains how:

The best MP3 player I ever found for flash uses xspf

This player will go through a playlist you determine, or can jump

in the first case where is the controller of the MVC2 architecture?
in the second case how can i retrieve the values of the managed bean?
    thank you for answering

You should use a persistence framework like Hibernate or EJB 3.
