Buttons for popup windows

I have created a button in a "region position" that opens a popup window, this works fine. How do I do this for a button amoungst the "region's items"?
I have created a button in the regions items that runs a branch process, but this does not work. Where should I be putting the javascript?

Create a Display As Text Item and in the Source Value add:-

You will need to change the class value 't12Button' to whatever theme you are using.

In MVC, do i need a View or Page with flow logic for POPUP window

I have the below scenario using the MVC pattern.
I have a main view with 3 trays, each tray has two buttons, for example first tray has Create Order button. When I click on this button, I need a popup window to come with a tableview and a button(Create), where I select some rows and click on the button Create to create order.
But as per the MVC pattern I canu2019t call the view (popup) from another view(main view). So should I create a VIEW or PAGE WITH FLOW LOGIC for the popup? .
I need 6 popup to be called from the main view and once the function is done close the popup.
Please suggest me the flow for this scenario.

1. You can call the view in pop-up because you will be calling the controller using open.window.

Option2:
Ofcourse you can't bind the model in page becos those are 2 different things. But all you need to do is access the model to get some value. To know how to access the model from Page w/flow logic look at [this link|Passing model reference to a page in a Popup].

Multiple buttons on popup window

Hi Experts,
    Is there any possible way to add 4 buttons on webdynpro poup window.Iam already adding 2 buttons
submit(yes),reject(No)...is there any way to add two more like cancel,change...

Hi Kranthi,
If you are using standard buttons from window manager ( IF_WD_WINDOW_MANAGER) while generating popup window, we can have maximum of 3 buttons.
Other way:
You can add as many buttons you want inside the view and do not use standard buttons.
Please follow the below steps
Create a view V_POPUP and add your ui elements
create 4 buttons YES, NO, CANCEL & CHANGE inside the view and create actions for each button
Create a window W_POPUP & embed the view V_POPUP inside the window
Create an attribute GO_WINDOW ( ref to IF_WD_WINDOW ) inside view-->attributes tab
Now, call the popup window as below
CALL METHOD lo_window_manager->create_window(
    EXPORTING
      window_name       = 'W_POPUP'
      title             = 'My Popup Window with custom buttons'
      close_button      = abap_true

Need help with as3 for popup window

I am nearing the end of the semester in my Flash Animation class. I have learned very simple AS3 things, code snippets etc. I am trying to find the actionscript for coding a very simple popup window, but have not found a clue.
Here's what I want to do...I have a white box with some type on the stage. When a person clicks on the white box, I want a popup to open that is larger, that will contain the same type but larger. That box will have an x so it can be dismissed. I don't want to do this in html, only in Flash CS5. I don't want a browser window, I just want a bigger version of the smaller box. I know how to build both boxes, just don't know how to write the code. I know there will be an on-click mouse event listener, and then I am lost.
Can anyone help with the code I might use? It would be most appreciated.

One button for Firefox window on the Task Bar instead of many

I want to see just one button in the Task bar of my computer for Firefox window and not multiple, each window for each open tab. How can I do that?

There is a setting for whether to inform Windows about each individual tab or only the active tab in each separate window. Here's where you can check and adjust that:
"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Tabs panel
It's the last item: "Show tab previews in the Windows taskbar". If that is checked, you get ALL tabs in ALL windows on the Taskbar, and if it's unchecked, you only get the active tab in each window.

Easy Share Button for Browser Window

Using the adobe connect SDK ot Flash Builder, is there any way I can customize Adobe Connect to have an EASY Share button for a browser window (IE). People in my department have a hard time sharing their screen and I want to make it easier.

Is there a way using the SDK? No. However you can use the Compliance and Control settings in the Admin section of Connect to dis-allow the different types of screen sharing and then white list or black list applications that can be shared. For example, you could disallow all but Application sharing and then white list IE. Then when they share their screen they will only see the option to share an application and, if IE is running, they can select that application before starting their screen sharing.
Of course this means that nothing else can be shared other than IE until you change the screen sharing settings.
May just be easier to tell them to share their screen using desktop and whatever they are looking at, so is everyone else.

Radio button in popup window

Hi experts,
I have displayed a popup using POPUP_WITH_TABLE_DISPLAY, with two fields tvag-abgru (reason for rejection code) and tvagt-bezei (description for reason for rejection code) so as to reject the sales orders.
But now my client want the popup with selection box ( may be radio button) along with the field values in the popup.
can anybody tell me is there any option with this function module. or else how can we do this.

InputListofValue PopUp window CANCEL button event capture ?

i have explained the outline of issue below:
User enter some data on InpuLIstOfValue text field and click on the maginfied Glass, the pop opens and selects some data and click 'OK' ,it will display appropriately on below fields.
but if user enters the wrong data on InpuLIstOfValue text field and clicks on maginfier Glass,no results found on the popup window, so upon click of "CANCEL" button on popup window ,
is there any way to remove the old data on InpuLIstOfValue Filed ?
Basicaly i am looking for the capturing the CANCEL button event on the popUpwindow ,based on event status .

I can't set shortcut for „Application windows"

System Preferences → Exposé & Spaces → Exposé
I can’t set shortcut for „Application windows” — first column with Fn key is OK, but the second column with mouse button doesn’t work. If I set „secondary mouse button” for „application windows”, it doesn’t work. But if I set „secondary mouse button” to „All windows”, it works! All mouse shortcuts for „All windows” or „Show desktop” work, but no mouse shortcut for „Application windows” work . The same with „Mouse button 3” and other buttons.

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto (iPhoto.Library for iPhoto 5 and earlier) database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger or later), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 6 and 7 libraries and Tiger and Leopard. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Note: There now an Automator backup application for iPhoto 5 that will work with Tiger or Leopard.
