Buying Appliances from BB has been the worst experience EVER

Bought three applances from two different stores, a dishwasher from the King of Prussia, PA and the two others from Plymouth Meeting PA.
So in order...
1. Organize the same delivery date of May 30, about a week after I purchased it.
2. Get a call the day before saying to be available between 3-5pm. Great.
3. Get a call at about 12:30pm. I was out. I was told my dishwasher delivery was attempted. Other appliances ordered were delivered as scheduled.
4. Spend about two hours on the phone on Saturday trying to get the dishwasher on Tuesday. I never got a confirmation call on Monday night.
5. Spend about another hour trying to get the confirmation. It turns out it was not scheduled and the soonest it will be delivered is Wednesday.
How can an organization be so dysfunctional? What does it take to get the dishwasher delivered? It's absolutely insane. I can't believe how stressful and frustrating this has been.
It already cost BB the 128gb iPhone 6 I bought from the Apple Store on Saturday. It's also costing another $2000 in other appliances I plan on buying this week. 
I will never go into another BB as long as I live. I will make sure that anyone else I'm related to does not go into one, either.

While unforeseen complications can cause unexpected delays, it seems something went wrong at every turn with your appliance delivery date. Misinformation and multiple missed appointments would frustrate me too, and I can only imagine this frustration turned into aggravation with the poor service you describe from our technicians and scheduling agents.  I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  • Buying a Book via Aperture is the worst experience I've ever had

    I have given up trying to buy a book via Aperture forever. I've wasted an entire day trying to get this done, and Ive gotten nowhere, I have spoken to Apple Photo Services numerous times and followed everything they said to the letter and on four occasions it has failed to "Upload to files to the server"
    I have checked my account, tried different payment methods, tried different ISPs (one being a 100mbps synchronous fibre MPLS circuit, so it's nothing to do with speed), I have deleted the Aperture keychain entry, exported the book to a separate library, even tried it on a different machine and still nothing.
    I now have 4 orders currently "processing", at £58.94 each, so currently Apple have over £200 of my money authorised for transfer.
    It is a real shame that Apple ignores these forums, and that Aperture is such a neglected program. At least I am not trying to run a business using this POS.
    Part of me wants to go on an Aperture training course just to shout at someone from Apple.
    Anybody know of a good 3rd party book printing services that can use the PDFs output by Aperture?

    Once the book is printed you then have the frustration of tracking the book from the printworks near Prague, travelling for approximately 3 hours a day, eventually taking about a week to travel the 900 or so miles to the UK, if it gets stuck in Germany on a Friday evening it will not move again until the Monday morning.
    Only one class of shipping is supported "Snail speed" it would be very nice to opt for a faster speed.
    However once the book is handed over to the final recipient the obvious pleasure they get from it is fantastic compensation for the niggles.

  • Reader DC is the WORST experience EVER

    I was just FORCED to upgrade to Reader DC.  Now, my forms that were created in LiveCycle and filled (historically) using any current version of Reader WILL NOT SAVE AS A PDF!!!
    I get a prompt that says you can only save a blank copy of the form.  I have had NO success in finding a solution.  I have had NO success finding Chat support for Adobe.  I have had NO success in finding a phone number for support.
    If anyone reads this and can tell me how to make DC work for my needs OR tell me how to uninstall Reader DC and re-install Reader XI, PLEASE RESPOND.
    THIS IS HORRIBLE!

    Nobody can force you to update/upgrade anything.  I have upgraded my main computer to Reader DC (still getting used to the new user interface), but leave all other systems on Reader XI; we don't need the new DC features on these machines.
    If you are unhappy with Reader DC, uninstall it, then reinstall the last Reader XI version.

  • Feedback for HP Sleekbook (Worst experience ever)

    I bought a Hp Sleekbook 14 after lots of friend and relatives told me to go for hp so i did.  Its hardly been two weeks and pin of my sleekbook adapter broke and when i call hp representative to replace as it is under accidental and damage warranty, they said we can't as charger is not covered under warranty, this was my first bad experience with hp, other companies replace charger also but hp doesn't. Second, when i went to hp service center, the workers talked so rashly that it frustrated me and they even didn't provide a solution.
    I would never ever recommend hp especially hp sleekbook to anyone, and what sort of charger is hp making that it get easily broken up and not even providing a replacement or new adapter at lesser rates.
    So this is my last request to hp if they can help somehow.

    i too have had the worst experience ever with hp. i brought the new sleekbook at the beginning of this year  a week after having it the screen turned black and stopped working luckily i was able to get a new computer under warranty, but then after 4 months of having it my charger broke, it too was not under warranty and i had to pay FULL PRICE, which i find to be absolutely ridicously especially when im a uni student and im living on my own with no help from parents, the hp service people were very un helpful and did not seem to care about my situation and my fustration with what had happened as my laptop is nessersary for assignments. they then went on to tell me that there was no chargers left in NZ for my particular laptop and had to order in which would take up to 2 weeks, but then they got my hopes up telling me they found a spare and i was able to purchase it the next day when my money came in because i did not have enough at the time as the charger was well over $100. i then rung up the next day to find out they do not hold, even after they ha promised me they did and had sold it to another person. after days of fustration and anger i got my charger. its now been two months since i purchased a new charger and the new one has broken again. i DO NOT want to pay full price for another charger which is bound to break again and i sure as hell do not want to go through the stress of the poor service i recieved. i would never suggest to anyone to buy hp.

    We are on ECC 6.0 EHP5 SRM 5.0 EHP1 SAPKIBKT18
    We have the following problem. When we want to confirm in SRM PO's which are booked on an Asset the following error occurs:
    System status INCM is active (Confirmation 187950)
    Transaction CO Through-postings from FI has been locked (Item 1)
    We don't have the error when confirming a Purchase order created on a Cost Center or WBS Element and it only occurs in our productive system. We have checked the following
    CO through posting open and/or locked and they are ok (Confirmation on Cost Center and WBS Element works so it should be)
    The master data of the PO. Can't see anything there
    Master data of the Assets
    Autoriation of users who are logged in and the RFC users
    We cannot seem to find the problem maybe some of you have encountered this ?

    My beloved MacBook Pro (mid 2010) has been the victim of some water damage.  They cleaned and dried it out at Apple.  Now it turns on, the fan runs, the Apple logo screen pops up, and then it shuts down immediately.  Is this repairable, aside from the $1200 flat rate repair, or am I SOL?  Any ideas where to start or troubleshoot?  Any diagnoses?

    It is better to spend money on a new MacBook Air or MacBook Pro.
    Liquid damage is progressive.

    I did drop it from about 4 and a half foot during the reset so I don't know if that has broken it.

    See if placing the iPod in Recovery mode will allo iTunes to see the iPod so you can restore it.
    Next try DFU mode.

    Whatever you bought from iTunes is yours forever and can be downloaded as many times as you want. This assumes what you purchased is still available in the Store.
    Here is the procedure for your reference.
    On a computer, launch iTunes. Click on iTunes Store on the left
    On the right you will see this
    "Sign in" using the Apple ID used to purchase your songs, then click on "Purchased" (with the orange blob)
    On the summary page that appears select the tab "Not on This Computer" on the right.
    On the list that appears, select what you want and then click the "Download" button.
    Whatever you have that did not originate from iTunes will have to be obtained from whatever means you used to obtain it in the past.

    If you visit Apple's PR Library, you can find the quarterly sales results posted. Each one has a PDF you can download that includes a summary of Macs sold. The most recent one, from April 19, 2006, includes a PDF ("Data Summary" at the top of the press release) that only breaks down the Macs sold into "desktop" and "portable" computers. There's no way to distinguish between iMacs, G5 towers, Xserves and Mac minis in the desktop category. Older press releases like that (for example, the April, 2005 release) break down the desktops into iMacs and PowerMacs, but the iMac group includes the Mac minis and eMacs so it's still not possible to figure out exactly how many Mac minis were sold.
    So, unless Apple releases the numbers separately, I'm not sure it's possible to answer your question.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
        1.    First check that all your settings are correct, that calendar syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
        2.    Make sure the calendars you are using are in your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud account (you can do this by clicking/tapping the calendar button in the top left corner of the application ), non iCloud calendars will not sync.
        3.    If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your calendars are in the iCloud account, you might try unchecking calendar syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling calendar syncing settings.

Constantly get errors on MS Outlook and all applications are taking for ever to open up. If you guys can't fix it i am going to throw this out the window. Completely fed up with this. Have always loved apple but this is the worst experience i have with the MacBook Air and its not even 1.5yr old.

    There are two ways to upgrade to Lion - one is to install Lion overtop of the existing Snow Leopard and the other is to erase the hard drive, install Lion, and then migrate your applications and user accounts. This second option takes a good deal longer than the first so the preferred method for most is the first method and in most cases it works fine. But not in all.
    captfred has told you what I'd start out doing if it were my computer. There's a good chance that you can identify an application or plug-in that's causing the problem. Upgrading the involved item(s) can solve the problem. Of all the Lion upgrades I performed I had a couple that weren't completely successful even though I'd looked for programs and plug-ins that needed upgrading first. I missed a few but I found them after the fact and had happy computers.
    There was one computer that still had problems. With this computer I reinstalled Lion right over the old version. (If you didn't keep a copy you'll need to download it first.) I still wasn't satisfied so with that computer I rebooted into the recovery partition (Command R after restarting) formatted the hard drive, installed Lion and then migrated. That did solve the problem.
