Called DID not displayed

Dear Cisco community,
we are using a SIP trunk with 5 DIDs. Is there a way to see the line (DID) that has been called on the display of a SPA 303? We can only see the caller ID (twice, one line with +44 as prefix and a second line with 9xxxx). Routing, call hunting, shared extensions and everything else works perfectly.
I really hope that this is possible, we need to be able to see which inbound line (DID) has been called to answer the call correctly.

Hi Sabastian,
The phone LCD only displays the caller ID, who is calling. It can not display the number which is called.
You can click "Add Specified Number" to add DIDs on "Inbound Calls" page of the configuration utility, then select the different routing destinations for the different DIDs, so that you can answer the call correctly for the different DIDs being called.

    There are some recovery programs out there if you google them - many with free trials. I haven't tried them so I have no opinion.Read any professional tech and user reviews you can find before you try one. I have read here in the past that some have worked for people who have posted here. 
    To help in the future, have you considered using Jump Desktop - Remote Desktop? I know it won't solve the problem you're dealing with now (unless notes were taken on your computer.) It's in the app store. It's the #1 paid app in the business category and the reviews are great. It allows you to see anything that's on your computer on your ipad. If you take your notes on your ipad then you might want to email them to yourself, put them on Word in your computer, for example, and then if you need them in class, you remotely connect your ipad to your computer and you will see your notes. This way you won't have to rely so much on the cloud. The explanation would be too long here, but you might want to take a look at it. You can use the free trial on jumpdesk.com and then if it works for you, buy it in the app store. 
    Meanwhile, it's hours since you sent this post. Hopefully others who can help solve your problem who are on this forum now can help you. I hope you get your notes back. Don't give up too quickly.

  • Call did not go through

    Hello guys,
    I dial 212-798-5086 and get a message stating " your call did not go through". This is a DID number. Could someone please help me to resolve this issue? The extensions are already created on the CMM. Here's the configuration for the Gateway:

    A couple of things to point out:
    1. You don't need the direct-inward-dial command under dial-peer voice 101 pots.
    2. If I understand this correctly, you're dialing 912127985086 on the phone and it's supposed to be forwarded out port 2/0 or 2/1 depending on availability. If that's the case, try to add forward-digits 11 command under the dial-peer voice 101 and 102 pots. I believe what's happening is that all the dialed digits are being passed on to the FXO port, which means including the 9. You'll want to drop it off, so by saying forward-digits 11, you're including 11 digits from the right.
    Bottom line is I believe your dial-peer is being matched, but all the digits including the 9 is being sent to the pots line. Forward-digits 11 would be a workaround for that.

  • Caller ID not displaying correctly on some call recipients' phones

    This isn't necessarily an iPhone issue - a similar issue appears on other boards.  But I haven't seen an answer that will help me, so here goes:
    My wife and I share a VZW account.  She has the iPhone, and today she found out that when she makes a call, some recipients are not seeing her caller ID name displayed as she intends it.  Previous posts point to a 3rd party company that manages Verizon's (and other carriers') Caller ID systems, Targus.  Those posts all ended inconclusively, in my opinion, because none of them spelled out a sure-fire way to contact Targus to fix the problem.

    When my wife calls our house landline, that caller ID display shows her name as she entered it in the Share Name ID custom name field.  Whe she calls her sister's landline, that caller ID display shows my name (as the account holder).

    All these posts share something in common: the so called Targus contact info is useless for actually reaching someone at Targus who can fix this problem.
    The previous posts seemed to suggest that Verizon was incapable of fixing the problem.
    Does anyone have a suggestion for how I can proceed to remedy the situation?

    I can see how this could pose a problem for you & your wife.  I would like to assist.
    Just to clarify, the Share Name ID service is an Opt in option for all VZW customers to present a customer's name to the calling party's handset or landline Caller ID (where supported, offered by the terminating carrier).  Service is not compatible with all carriers.  Depending on the service provider and/or carrier the called party is subscribing to, the customer may or may not be able to view the shared name.  When calling to non-compatible carriers, the call receiver will continue to see "Wireless Caller" on their caller ID display.  Share Name IDs are not consistently displayed on AT&T landlines.  Share Name ID is not currently displayed on VZW devices.

  • E51 - incoming caller name not displayed

    Hello,
    I am having this bizarre problem with my new E51.
    I cannot see any details of incoming calls. Moreover when I go to missed calls, it always displays as 'unknown'.
    All contacts have their first name and last name populated correctly. Also I have downloaded latest softwares (firmware etc).
    Has anyone else had this issue? How can I correct this?

    Phone can't handle dubble nr's if a nr is used twice it doesn't show. Say cards you sync with complete info (home office mobile) will mix up if you had, say just a mobile nr in your phone. And if his office is in your phone on it's own name your phone doesn't know what name to show.
    so you have to delete all dubble nr's

  • Why JTRee icon did not display??

    Hello sir:
    I can use a panel to display JTree's all nodes and their icons independently in a independent JtreeIcon.java;
    but when I put this JTree into another panel, I can see only tree's all nodes and their text strings, but cannot see their icons, if I use Drag and Drop to move these nodes, the icon moved displays its icon, other ones still not display their icon,
    I think I am short of some methiods, can any guru advice??

  • TS4268 I have done all the activation steps for Face Time on Iphone 5C and it still wont go through. I can see the person calling anf then it says call did not connect.

    My Facetime in settings is turned on and accurately displayed, Wifi is turned on, etc. I see call coming in but it wont connect.

    What iOS version is on your phone? If not iOS 7.1.1, update your phone. This is a known issue, & the only fix is to update your iOS. Also applies to all you are trying to FaceTime with.

    I am a verizon carrier and I recently upgraded from a curve to a tour 9630. I am on a business enterprise server that syncs with my outlook. On my old curve and other BB's, when I would receive a call from someone in my address book, the screen would display: the person's name, their number, and in parentheses- what contact number that was, ex: (work) (mobile), etc.. These are all still listed in my outlook and blackberry address book correctly. Now on my tour, on incoming calls from individuals in my address book, it only lists their name and number. The parentheses that listed what contact type their number was, has dissapeared and since I don't memorize #'s anymore, I dont know where they're calling from. Is this a glitch or a removed feature on the Tour? Or is it a setting that I can't find?

    I have the same issue...not sure if my upgrade to BB OS 5.0 solved it.
    It now shows # type when I answer the phone and on the call log screen.
    Try seeing if #type is displayed once you answer the phone...If not Upgrade

  • Since upgrading to Firefox 33, The open sans font did not display correctly when specified by a website.

    Some of the vertical lines in the fonts are double width like a mixture of bold and normal font weight. I have hardware accellaration disabled. The problem is not fixed when I change default font settings. The problem is not resolved be resetting zoom to 0.
    Inspect Element identifies the problem happens when the website selects open Sans. If I stop sites selecting fonts and force the defaults I don not get the problem. Therefore the problem is with Firefox 33.1 rendering certain fonts specified by websites.
    My machine is windows vista and Open Sans is not shown in the font list. However this was not a problem with previous versions of Firefox.
    I did need to do a reset of firefox parameters during the upgrade to 33 so maybe ther eis some other parameter which needs changing to help render fonts which are not loaded on the machine?

    Dear SAP BW Expert,
    I created simple queries using BEx to display data in an InfoObject. This InfoObject composed of many attributes which were set to navigate attributes. I already loaded data into this infoobject as well. After I check data in RSA1, all data seemed to be in place.
    Unfortunately, I'm not quite sure whether I was missing any steps since those data assigned to those attributes could not be display via BEx.
    Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    I have iPhone6 Plus.  All incoming calls display name only. how can get it to display number also

    It will only display the name if the information is entered into your contacts. That is how it works on the phone to display the name. If you want to see the number, you would have to go into your recent calls and tap on the blue . The highlighted number is the one they called from.

  • Call cost not displayed anymore?

    I was always able to see the per/minute cost of the outgoing call and remaining credit when I was making a call to a landline. 
    Recently I saw that it is not the case after some update. 
    This is ridiculous. Hiding call cost to boost your revenues is a very blunt and disappointing move, especially now that there are plenty of alternatives. Please get this feature back. I am not replenishing my Skype credit once it runs out and switching to Google Hangouts for landline calls.
