Caller identification activation

How to activate caller id

Contact your cell provider and have them check the provisioning on your account. If you are meaning that people aren't seeing your Caller ID information go to Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID and turn it on. Not all carriers will have this option.

Hi guys,
It`s already 1 week since I bought credit and I asked for the call identification number.
I have tried several times but without any success or error message.
It`s very important to have this number otherwise my friends will not answer to my `private or 0000011` phone number.

Skype can't use a Japanese number as Caller ID. Online Numbers from a few countries (Chile, Denmark, Estonia, Hong Kong, Poland, Sweden, the UK and the US) can be used as Caller ID, and Japan is one of the two countries (the other is Mexico) where a mobile number can't be used as Caller ID when calling from Skype.

Calling Receive activity in mid of BPEL process

HI,
I have a requirement where i need to read data from XML file and store into Database.
I am using File Adapter and Data base adapter for this purpose. I am able to do this operation by having one Receive activity (To read file) and one Invoke activity (To write on to DB). whenever I deploy process an instance will be created. but i do not get test URL.
I tried to call receive activity inside BPEL process which has no input. This gives me test URL. but Receive activity to read file is not getting initiated. it'll be pending.
How to solve this ?

First thing you need to decide is, how you want your BPEL to start, do you want that to start by calling it (this means you need to expose it as a web service) or start it whenever a file is available (file adapter will be a service and you are doing polling here). So, if you are doing the second thing, for that composite in the EM console, there will be no test button, because it is not exposed as a webservice. If you do like this, there will be a receive activity inside the BPEL (first activity in BPEL). If you want your BPEL to start whenever a file is available as well as exposed as a web service, you need ot define the BPEL based on the WSDL of file adapter service as well as exposing it a sa web service. If you do this, you need to keep the on Message activity inside your BPEL and design your flow accordingly. and in file adapter, you also have an option of reading the file outbound (synchronous read operation), but this doesn't solve your purpose i guess...

Is the sensor bad? That is what the AT&t rep suggested.

Restore as new... if the problem still continues then there is a hardware issue.
If it stops after a restore as new, then the issue is with the backup the device is currently setup with.

Problem with call identification

Hello.
I'm doing tests with a E61, E65 and E71 phones.
I have the same problem.
I've installed Mnotes suites for synchronize Lotus Notes mail with this phones. This is OK.
I also synchronize the guide with our corporative directory of people. It's OK. I receive the contacts correctly and I can phone them correctly.
The problem is with the call identification. These mobiles can manage 4 directories, but only the contacts in SIMM are identified when they call.
Can I configure these phones for identify the callers wihen they are inserted in a guide not in the SIMM?
Can you help me?

ooops. Reading back it makes it sound as though it is an nvidia file. It isn't - it's a part of PRE9 and can be found in the Adobe Premiere Elements program folder (with "Adobe Premiere Elements 9.exe" and "Adobe Premiere Elements.exe".
Remember you have to run it from a command prompt.

Hi guys, was wondering if it is possible to set my caller identification to my Skype online number in stead of my mobile number.
I'm using it for business and would like people to call me back on my skype line in stead of on my personal mobile

Yes it is. You can choose either your Online # or your cellphone #.
Go to > Account Page > Set up Caller ID > Verify Number

I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

Same thing here. I love how they include this nice and easy to follow guide in the box and the KEY step for activation (the phone call) is a total fail. To verizon: the automated just says Terms and Conditions have been accepted for this number. Press 1 to enter another phone number in the order. Well, I HAD NO other phone number in my order. The message gives no other options. She repeats the same line 3 more times and after the 3rd time, it says please hold while we transfer you, call may be monitored etc. Guess what, its 2 am ET and customer service is closed?
Do you guys expect thousands of iphone customers to speak to a CSR just to activate? Why not just let us do it online? I have activated plenty of phones even LTE phones, online. Now I'm going to have to compete with the other 30,000 people who ran into this same problem overnight tomorrow on the phone....

If you purchased a Sprint phone, it is DEFINITELY locked and you will never get that phone to work int he Czech Republic. First, Sprint is a CDMA network. Second, Sprint will only unlock the GSM portion of the phone for their customers on international roaming only.
You will need to return that phone. It is completely useless to you there.

It is quite frustrating to have to use my mobile number, especially since I bought a online number for all my communication. Now friends keep calling me on my mobile number, instead of my Skype online number!

Log into your Skype account here on the Skype web site, using the "Account" link at the top of the page. If your Online Number is a US number, you should be able to go into your Caller ID settings and put that back. It appears that these settings are mysteriously disappearing from some accounts, and for others the settings disappear when there is a change to either Online Numbers or subscriptions. Unfortunately, there has been no clear explanation from Skype, but at least you have the means to put that number back on as your Caller ID.

Didn't receive verification code for caller identification

Hi Dear Please Help Me.......... i am try Caller identification but i don't receive verification code

Same problem as everybody else. USA user, same inabilities. My Account > Profile ("Profile completeness = 80%). The only thing pending is "Verify Number" "We were unable to send you a confirmation code at this time". This time is apparently any time, all the time and every time. 3 days on this problem. Skype Preferences on my Mac: Messaging > Identify SMS Messages to > Verify Number For this I get "The operation couldn’t be completed. (SMS_Failure…" Any additional part of the message is obscured by the size of the display. HELP!!!

Caller ID numbers on Skype can be either a Skype Number or a verified mobile number, such verification process for a mobile number requiring an SMS message. Caller identification problem

Recently I've bought a new BB 9900. Before I started to really use it, I connected it to my PC and upgraded the OS to the version 7.0 bundle 2406. Then I synced my BB with Outlook, where I had all my contacts stored. It all went well. Next I simply started using the phone.
However I encountered a problem with caller identification. When someone calls me, whose number is stored in the phone book, the number isn't identified with the caller. For example:
In the phone book: John, mobile number: +48 123456789
When John calls me I only see that +48 123456789 is calling, but the name isn't displayed.
What's more, when I take a look to the call history I see the properly identified caller (John). Furthermore some callers get properly identified and some callers don't.
It annoys me a lot! could someone help me?

I wanted to use my Mobile Number for Caller Identification. for this i have selected the Country from the listed items and provided my Mobile Number.
I am waiting for the verificaiton SMS to my mobile.
Till now I did not received any SMS to my Mobile.
Please resolve this issue ASAP.
