Calling one t -code from other

Hi all,
I have to 2 module pool programs with t-code zpgm1 and zpgm2.
In zpgm2 i have 2 screens (9001 INITIAL SCREEN AND 9002 SCRREN) AND IN
ZPGM1 I HAVE ONLY 1 SCREEN 2001 . IN 2001 SCREEN I HAVE A PUSH BUTTON WHEN I CLICK THAT I HAVE TO GO TO ZPGM2 9002 SCREEN.
I HAVE USED CALL TRANSACTION 'ZPGM2' but it takes me to zpgm2 but 9001 screen.
Is there a way to achieve this

Hi KPN,
In ZPGM2 as i said i have 2 screen 9001 and 9002 . I have a button on 9001 when i press it will take me to 9002 screen.
When i am call the same 9002 screen from 2001 screen of zpgm1 t-code can you tell what all i have to pass.
As of now i haven't passed anything and it takes me to 9001 screen

Are the sql files in the current directories where sqlplus has been started ?
If not, did you give the full path name for the called sql files when calling them from sqlplus ?
Could you give us the complete sqlplus command that you use to call your files and the physical location of the called files with the exact error message ?

How to Maintain the MM Master Data from one company code to other co code

Can any one pls tell me how to Maintain the MM Master Data from one company code to other co code.
Presently we created New plants,New Purchase Orgs under different company code.
1) Material Master data
2) Vendor MAster data
3) PIR
4) Source List
Is there any standard Transactions...??

Problem arise during transfer of material from one company code to other co

Dear CONS
While doing transfer from one company code to other company code by using movement type- 301 ( direct one step) we got one error message '' Field Bus. Area is a required field for G/L account JDPO 16020202
    Message no. F5808
Diagnosis
    The value for field "Bus. Area" in the interface to Financial Accounting
    is an initial value but you are required to make an entry in the field
    selection for G/L account "16020202" in company code "JDPO" linked to
    the field selection for posting key "21".
PL. SOLVE IT WHERE IS THE SETTING.

no, the system is not accepting the GL ACCT. as it is a balace sheet account. pl. help.

EE Transfer from One Company Code to Other during a month

Hi Gurus,
I have a query related to transfer of employee from one company code to other in during a month. Because these companies are in one group. And if employee is terminated or resigns company needs to clear all his dues according to government rules and regulation.
I have two Co Codes say 1000 & 3000.
For these two Co Codes there is one chart of account and same wage types are created. These two companies have same payroll area and Control Record.
In the current payroll period which is monthly, if I transfer an employee from one company to other. Is it possible to run regular payroll.
Pls suggest what shall I do in this case....

You can run regular payroll run before that u have to perform Action Transfer/Relocation.

Excise dta upload from one company code to other

Balances in Excise Registers like RG 23 A, RG 23 C and RG 1 will be upload from one company code to other. what is the process. in which table it is available.

Excise upload from one company code t another means its almost implementation in that respective company code. Do the intial entry of stock balances with 561 movement type and update the registers. For finished product RG1 register will update with 561 movemet type. Closing Balances for RG23A Part-II & RG23C Part-II & PLA registers before going live, to be updated directly in SAP table J_2IACCBAL . Use LSMW for upload. Transfer of employees from one company code to other

I have to transfer some 100 employees from one company code to other company code. Can any one let me know the best practice for this activity.

Hi,
You cannot assign one PA to multible company codes.
In you case, create new PA's by copying the Existing PA's.
Assign the newly created PA's to the new Cocd.
Check all the groupings.
In the Inter company transfer aciton limit the infotypes to 0 & 1.
Record an LSMW for Intercompany transfer and move the employees in the new Cocd.
NB : perform the actions w.e f 01.04.2010 avoid any changes to the statutory forms.

hi
through intercompany transfer it can be possible,first you have to configure two company codes OBYA T-Code,ther you have to give posting keys ,g/l account.

In my application i am calling one jframe class from another jframe clas.
how sholud we make previous jframe inactve when another jframe is invoked?(user sholud not able to make any changes on on parent jframe window when another jframe is invoked)

Can we call a pdk portlet from other pdk portlet

Hi friends,
Can i call a pdk portlet from other pdk portlet when an event happens.
Scenario:
I have a pdk portlet with 10 html links. When anyone clicks on a link then a new portlet should be displayed in the same page.
Is it possible to call one portlet from others.
Please help me out with ur ideas or any workarounds.

Let me state my requirements very clear to u.
1)I have a search portlet at top right corner.
2)Below there is a region with 3 tabs(say A, B, C).
3)When anyone searches for anything in the search portlet then the results should be displayed in new search tab(say D).
4)If any one navigates to other tab(ie A or B or C) then the search tab(ie D) should not be displayed.
This is my requirement. Can u please suggest me with how this can be achieved. I am just a beginner to Oracle portals10.1.4 and i am using JPDK to create portlets.

There is Command called "SET_TEMPLATE" Set Web Template.
Here you can select any of your existing web template and choose to open it in current page of in a new window.

Fi validation -exclude tr code from other modules

I am setting up a validation at the Fi line item level. Now it is restricting some documents comming from MM which we don't want to. Is it possible to exclude some of the transaction codes from other modules to not to consider this validation.
I tried SYST-TCODE <> (T-Code from other modules like MM for eg: MIRO etc)
But that does not seem to work.
Does anyone know why and are there any options to get this done.
Any help will be appreciated

Please validate BKPF-AWTYP (reference procedure)
For postings done in FI its, BKPF and so for others it would change.
This would be simple.
But for this check whether this field can be used for validation.
This can be done by checking table GB01, if not change the settings to make this field available for validation.

NetBeans: Calling code from other packages?

Normally, when I would call code from eclipse, I would type something like:
import +<package name>.<class name>+But somehow, this approach doesn't seem to work in NetBeans, how can I import code from another package? I can seem to import from the same package, but not a different one.
