Can API variables such as RES.PvarTemp1 be set or edit in FDM web tier (ASPX) ?

I'm working on transferring data via FDM and I want to transfer data by entity.
Can I set a global variable or something in session for USS to read.

what are you trying to achieve?

On IE(10) – search variety 11- it takes a long time (about 25 seconds for response) .
in general, the responding time of "search variety" in IE is much longer than Chrome.

without a link to your site (so we can use the same tools mentioned above)... we can only guess.
these are peer to peer support forums... your favorite web search engine will help you to learn about web development.
display the Developer tool console in each browser to view the suppressed error messages.
All modern browsers support the performance api or your can use the Networking tab to view the latency metrics for the site.... commonly you may be using meta directives for caching instead of server headers or you have different settings between browsers
which determine how long resources are cached. Commonly, IE has a different security model to other browsers... ensure that you are using the Default IE security zone settings.... Actions like innerHTML go through a sanitization process to remove script content...
Commonly AJAX calls are made during the onload event...

I'm working with an APEX page template - 'One Level Tabs' in my application.
I have copied and extended this template to meet the requirements specified by the client by adding a background image on the page.Also I have added 5 regions on the page,each one with a backgroung image each.These images are all png format and are supposed to be transaparent revealing the background image of the page.However,when I ran the page I noticed that these region images appeared on a white background and did not show the image below.
Is there a way to modify the substitution variables such as #REGION_POSITION_02#,#REGION_POSITION_04#,#REGION_POSITION_05# ,etc. such that the images placed here appear transparent and reveal the back drop underneath?
Would appreciate it very much if anybody could throw some light on the matter.

Png format I believe has the ability to be transparent by default.Correct me if I am mistaken.
PNGs can have full transparency set using binary transparency, or full or partial transparency set using an alpha channel. Do you know which has been used? Is transparency apparent when the images are viewed on their own?
Again you are recommended to upload a simple example of what you have done to apex.oracle.com. This is the fastest and most reliable way to troubleshoot this type of issue.

You may be thinking - that's great but Captivate doesn't publish for Tin Can.
Well, I'm here to tell you about a litle project that aims to allow you to take Captivate swfs and drop them into a Tin Can package that will communicate with the LRS. I've so far developed a proof of concept - a Captivate swf that reports to a TIn Can LRS and also successfully bookmarks. Its far from being a finished product and there's a lot of stuff like hard coded variables and missing functionality, but the basics are there.

Hi folks,My host are still being rubbish so I've re-written the site in static HTML, moved it across to Github and re-pointed the DNS. All the good content is not available again, but in a nicer and mobile friendlier format. http://www.tincanapi.co.uk
The downside is that all of the urls have changed for the individual pages so any existing links to specific pages will get a lovely custom 404 error and need to be changed to point to the new location.

If you want Muse to "pass through" your images and not adjust, compress, crop etc - you need to place your images in the lightbox EXACTLY at the right size, pre-cropped and prepped in Photoshop.
So if your light box is 800x600 the image you're dropping into that must be 800x600 exactly with no effects, rotation etc added to the lightbox frame. This stop Muse fiddling with your images, if they are perfect when inserted and you're not asking Muse to crop, expand, add effects etc. If it's perfect when inserted, Muse SHOULD also leave the resolution alone too, but I have not tried that one, but in theory, it should work.

cause later in the program i use index to do some condition and based on that i increment ...
so for example if i say...
<c:if test="${index==0}">
<c:set var="index" value="${index+1}"/>
</c:if>
will it be like
if(index==0)
index++;
can i do like i did be4. if not what do i need to do to reuse. cause i use the variable atleast 5 time and its keep changing on diff condition level.

It should work, provided you are on the same page.
The c:set tag creates the variable in pageScope by default.
If you forward to another JSP you need to set the scope to be "request" so that it is still available.

I would recommend that you attempt to reinstall all of the programs and components of iTunes on your machine and reinstall everything again. It can be tricky to get everything uninstalled, so we have an article that can help you make sure you uninstall everything:

LMS Integration with SCORM or Tin Can API

Has anyone out there used a Javascript library or some other method to integrate Edge Animate projects into a Learning Management System using SCORM or the Tin Can API? I have not, but may need to be able to do this in the near future. Any insights and/or best practices will be greatly appreciated.
I found this one for SCORM, but I have not tried it out yet.

While the Note 4 is a reasonably large device it still falls into the phone layout bucket. We need this layout to function on very small screens some as low as 320 pixels high and 240 pixels wide. These sorts of devices don't have the space for a full toolbar.

One thing to check: when shutting down or restarting, there is a checkbox in the shutdown/restart dialog which asks whether you want currently open applications to open at startup.

Page Scheduler is one of the handiest addons to FF, I do not wish to update to FF4 and lose this functionality. Can Firefox build such page scheduling functionality into their browser???
The developer of PS has not updated the app to run on FF4 nor have they provided any communication of any plans.

Well, ultimately nothing worked, except making all the settings I wanted to set part of mozilla.cfg. When I added your suggestion, along with another I found on the web to disable add-on compatibility check, I finally have a Firefox that loads straight to the home page, even after the upgrade.
Here's what my mozilla.cfg file contains (for 6.0.2):<br />

I have a web application where I allow the users to set their startup page by presenting them a list of startup pages. However, some startup pages can accessed only by certain users, so I want to present the user only those pages the user has access to.
How can I do this with weblogic?
One way is to read the web.xml file and determine the roles that have access to the page, then check whether the user has any of those roles.
Is there a better way eventually using some weblogic api?

2. Create my own Web Dynpro Project, and create the input fields as User ID, User name, User position and icon 'Save' on the selection screen and I have deployed it already.
For the process, I want to input data at the screen and save the data in the table, please give me the guide line like these:
1. How can I set the data binding between Web Dynpro and Database table ?
2. Are there any nescessary steps that I will concern for this case?

Ex:
