Can I access standard camera filters with Flash?

I know I can set filters with the filter classes in Flash:

But I think not only the Android devices have standard camera filters like these:

Can I in Flash find out all smartphone specific camera filters (or more common spoken features) and use them or have I to use the filter classes of flash and program them a second time although they are already implemented in the standard smartphone camera api?

My aim was to make an smartphone os independent photo and filter app.
I read here http://forums.adobe.com/thread/847262 that Pixel Bender does not work
with AIR on iOS but Pixel Blender 3D would do it. But Pixel Blender 3D seems

I think I could use Flash/AGAL http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flashplayer/articles/what-is-agal.html
for smartphone os independent GPU accelerated photo apps. But I don't like low
level languages. And I don't know whether to use the filter classes is fast enough
for live filters. Or I have to use a Stage3D accelerated framework http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1195886?tstart=0.

Can you access non-Oracle database with HTML DB?

Can you access non-Oracle database with HTML DB? If not, will this be possible in the future?
I realize HTML DB is not an open-source product. However, it is necessary sometimes to get non-Oracle database info. JDeveloper supports this. It does not appear to me that HTML DB does. This is a major drawback to it being a product for more potential applications that rely on other database technology such as MySQL, etc.
If it is possible, is this brain surgery to do it. HTML DB offers fast simplified development and it would be good if it was built in. Does anyone know of an example of accessing non-Oracle database that is available?

In general, HTML DB gives you access to Oracle database facilities. These include heterogeneous services. Please search this forum for keyword "heterogeneous" and you can follow the threads that interest you.
As for the comparison with brain surgery, I'd rank them about the same in terms of raw thrill.

Can only access certain man pages with sudo

I can only access certain man pages with sudo. They aren't accessible as either root or normal user. I can't be a 100% sure but it would appear that the man pages I have problems with are those located in /usr/share/man. I can't see any differences in file or directory permissions with those located in /usr/man. Anyone else having this problem. Or have I commited another noobish mistake.

I was having the same problem. Found this solution in the Instagram Help Center, and it worked for me.
Users who upgrade to iOS 6 and choose to restrict access to the Camera Roll will receive the following message when attempting to import a photo into Instagram: "This app does not have access to your photos or videos. You can enable access in Privacy settings."
To adjust your privacy settings, follow these steps:
Exit Instagram
Open the "Settings" app
Select "Privacy"
Select "Photos"
Toggle the ON/OFF switch next to Instagram to the "On" position

As those folders are constantly updating to match the server, once you have the emails downloaded, go into 'offline' mode and move them into 'Local Folders'; you will need to make new folders in Local Folders account for those emails.
However, it is possible that you may not get access as that contract has ended. There is no obligation for the old host company to keep your emails if you do not have an account with them. In which case those emails will be lost.
After creating new imap mail account, if you get access do as advised to get emails into Local Folders, once emails are in Local folders you can remove/delete the imap mail account. If it does not work, you can delete the imap mail account.

Since photoshop cs5 can only use up to camera raw 6.7 and the Nikon D7100 requires at least camera raw 7.4, photoshop cs5 won't open those files directly.
