I'm trying to download Adobe CS4 that I received from Ball State University. I'm trying to sign in to Adobe ID, but my e-mail account has discontinued. Is there any way that I can access the account?

Well I forgot my password, so when I tried to do the forgot password option it sent a message to my old e-mail account that I couldn't access. Luckily I was able to figure out my password, so I'm okay now. Thank you very much for responding.

Add Responsibility to the user
System Admin -->Security --> User --> Define
Assign ‘Desktop Integration Manager’ and 'Desktop Integration' responsibility to your user. This responsibility has the menu ‘Desktop Integration Manager Menu’ and 'Desktop Integration Menu' associated with it.
Set Profile Option
System Admin --> Profile --> System
Set profile option ‘BNE Allow No Security Rule’ to ‘Yes’ at site level.
Enable Macros for Excel 2007
Enable macros for Microsoft Excel.

Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

I realize this. When calling prepaid cus service it only gives you the option to input your #. If you dont the system hangs up on you. When I input my number the system doesnt recognize it and hangs up on me.

Delidavsan did you register your software on Adobe.com? You can check by following these steps:
Sign in to your Adobe account with your Adobe ID (your email address) and password.
Click My Adobe, and then click My Products.
We unfortunately do not have replacement media available for anything but current versions of the product. If your serial number is still available to you though you can qualify for the upgrade pricing for the latest version of the product.

I purchased a Surface Pro 3 and I am wanting to load up my CS4 program. Since my Surface 3 doesn't have a disk drive, I was wondering where I might download CS4. I've been having some trouble so far. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Ricky, you need to download both the files i.e. .7z & .exe.
Once they are downloaded, you need to run the .exe file and that will extract the contents of the .7z file on a location that you specify.
Once extracted, you can run the setup.exe file and follow the on-screen instructions to install CS4 on your machine.

Can't download a working CS6 installer

I live in Lima, Peru. I bought CS6 Web through my local reseller. On Friday I received an email from Adobe LWS with the link to download CS6 (International English) and the serial number.
The file for Mac is about 4.5 GB. I downloaded it and when I tried to use it I got an error window that read "The following disk images couldnt be opened" and under reason it says "Not Responding". I contacted support via chat. The person there said I had to download the file again. It takes me about 15hours to download that file. I downloaded it again and still got the same error. I then tried one more time, that's over 40 hours. Every time I get the same error.
In addition to this I've had to put up with so much stupidity from chat support. I tell the person I've spent over 40 hours downloading the file and getting the same error. The reply is: "Did you download the file or get it from a box"? And after that, "What error did you get". Is this the type of help customers deserve? Is this the type of people Adobe keeps on the payroll? People who can't be bothered to read what customers are complaining about??
Bottomline, I bougth the product, I've been trying to install it for 3 days and I still can't because every time I download a file which takes me 15 hours to download, the file won't work.
What do I do now?

On new version of Yahoo Beta, can't download pictures that come in text area of e-mails--it works in Safari.

Ever since I started on the new version of Yahoo, called Yahoo Beta, a couple of months ago, the only way I can get photos that come in the text area is to either use reply or forward, then the pictures are revealed. I've written and written Yahoo to no avail (I tried everything they suggested), but what's strange is, the downloads work fine on Safari, in the same version of Yahoo Beta. I've updated everything, emptied the Cache, etc., etc., and still cannot make the pics work on Firefox. And, by the way, they did work on the OLD version of Yahoo. Thanks for any help you can give.

go to Help Menu -> select "Restart with Add-ons Disabled"
Firefox will close then it will open up with just basic Firefox. You can enable the Add-ons later. Check and tell if its working.

My installation of Flex Builder 3 has somehow become corrupt and now I can't import web service (WSDL) files, it returns the error:

I guess that this will probably be fixed by reinstalling Flex Builder, but I can't find where to download the installer; the links that say "Flex Builder 3" actually lead to Flash Builder 4 pages. I don't have any installation media or a local copy of the installer. I'm using the educational license.
