I have a work email which I had set up on my work laptop and iTunes account,when I received an itunes voucher I redeemed it into my work email account on itunes instead of my personal, can I transfer this to my personal iTUNES account?

What you need to do is to copy your purchases (e.g. onto a Flash USB memory stick) from your work laptop, then copy them into iTunes on your home Mac; then, you will have to authorise iTunes using your work email iTunes account in order to play them on your home Mac.
One way around the authorising problem is to burn your purchases to CD using the work laptop, then you can just read the CD into your home Mac, no need to authorise.

I have two iTunes libraries (one under my gmail address and one under my work email address). It says that it cannot locate. At one point, a friend spent a lot of time getting it to finally recognize everything (a lot of that music that said cannot locate was from burned CD's or mp3s downloaded, not purchased from iTunes). So there is that issue and I'm not sure how to fix that.
The other thing is that I would like to have ALL of my items under one iTunes account (my personal gmail) in the event that i no longer work for this company and have no access to that email address as it will be turned off. How can I remove one email and merge all purchases over to the gmail address account?

You cannot combine actual accounts (as in iTunes Store account).
You can combine the music into a single iTunes collection on a computer. There's many ways to do this. There are some utilities to assist with keeping maximum metadata (ratings, playcount, etc.) but I am not familiar with Windows platform ones to do this, though I am sure a web search of merge iTunes library would uncover some.

You cannot have two accounts logged in to the iTunes Store simultaneously, but you don't have to. Just authorize the first account, then authorize the second. Usually all you need to do is play a track purchased from an unauthorized account and it will offer to authorize; just enter in the appropriate user name and password.

Sorry - you can't. You can keep the music from each iTunes account in the same library, but the purchased items will always be "owned" by the iTunes ID under which they are purchased.
My husband and I both purchase music and other stuff on his Mac in iTunes under our own iTunes IDs. Both IDs are authorized to the Mac, and everything is housed in one iTunes library. I can download his music, and he can download mine.
However, if, say, some of the music was removed from the library and we wanted to get it back in there, we would each individually have to go to our Purchased list to download the items that we purchased in order to get them all back into the library.

I have two iTunes accounts - each tied to a different email address. I'd like to merge them into one, and allow all of the songs purchased from both accounts to be accessed via only one account....Then I can close out the older account.

I have two iTunes accounts and there for two accounts I purchase music, movies and apps. This happened because my original iTunes account was my primary email at the time. I thought if I updated that information to a new .mac/.me account it would take my purchases with it, but alas, that didn't happen. I just wound up creating a new account and purchased a few things on that before I realized I had to sign out of one account to sing into the other to update. Anyone with any ideas on how to consolidate my accounts and therefor my purchases in to a single one, like the new .iCloud account extension, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
