You can with an adopter that converts the plug configureation IF, the wall charger says it is good for 110 to 22O V. The Apple ones are. The voltage range is small print on the charger and you may need a magnifying glass and goo lightning.

Yes. When you connect your devices, iTunes knows which one is which so you can customize what does and does not get synched to each device.
The only caveat is each user needs to have their own unique Apple ID AND their own account on the computer so you can keep purchased apps and such separate...
By having separate computer accounts, each user has their own "space" to put stuff in. iTunes knows this and will make individual iTunes library folders for each user.

Did you set it to copy full-resolution photos??? If so, enable your iPod for disk use, open my computer, click on your iPod, and open the pictures folder. You can just drag them from there. If you didn't, use a program such a CopyPod Photo (google it) to copy photos from your iPod. Note that the files will only be the same resolution as your iPod screen (320x240) and not worth using for anything else. If you want to use it for sharing, definitely go with the full-res option. It is at the bottom of the photos pane in the iPod screen in iTunes.

Let me understand what you are asking. You bought music in iTunes and you want to listen to it on your TV that has ATV connected to it?
The newer ATV's (2nd and 3rd gen) don't store any music but you can stream to it from iTunes. To do that you can do it by turning on Home Sharing for both iTunes and ATV.
Once you turn on Home Sharing for both, just go to ATV and go to Computers. Your iTunes library should show up there and you can listen to your music or watch any videos you have in your iTunes library.

Thanks, but impractical. Many of the folders have more than 500 emails. Total is about 2 GB (which I have free on iCloud btw)

If your iPod is set to update automatically take care when connecting back to your computer and an empty iTunes. If it is set to automatically update you will get a message that your iPod is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press *No*. Pressing "Yes" will irretrievably remove all songs from your iPod. Your iPod should appear in the iTunes source list from where you can change the update setting to manual and use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it.
You can also use a keyboard command to prevent your iPod auto-syncing with iTunes. This will stop the iPod from auto-syncing with iTunes and the iPod will appear in the source list. Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync again. I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up in case you have problems again. External drives are quite cheap these days and you can get loads of storage for quite a small outlay.
