I assume you mean that if you went to a friend's house then you'd like to enter your credentials and playback any purchases across the internet. Neat idea but it doesn't do that.
Essentially your iTunes purchases can be part of up to 5 computer iTunes libraries (the iTunes authorisation bit you'll undoubtedly remember). AppleTVs (up to 5 per library) connect to any of these computer iTunes libraries via the local network. iTunes then either feeds (streams) files on demand to the AppleTv via the local network (not internet), or copies files onto (syncs with) an AppleTV to watch when iTunes/computer is off. Once files are on an AppleTV you can take it with you like an iPod and plug into someone else's TV, but you may need internet access for rental playback.

Yes if she has her own user account on the MacBook. One user account can't sync to two separate iCloud accounts.

You can use one ID for iTunes/iTunes Match, and another for iCloud, without any problems. You can add a secondary iCloud account in System Preferences (or Settings)>Mail, contacts and Calendars. Its data will appear alongside the main iCloud account though you cannot use PhotoStream with it.

That's the basic idea. User A doesn't actually have to check
out the whole project, though. RSC will selectively check out only
the files that are actually getting changed. Both writers will have
a complete copy of the project on their local machines, but the

As long as the profiles are different (ex. HID vs AD2P) you will not have any issues. But say if you try to use 2 keyboards at once, it won't work. Or 2 headsets at once. Your scenario seems fine.

You are most of the way there. Each user having access to hard drive is the key. If users are limited in file privileges this is harder.
Any files you add to your library and any files she adds to her library are available to the other. Just not automatically. Each user must add the files to their own library using the add file or add folder option from menu bar.
What I have done is set library location to a location outside of My Documents\My Music. On my network storage I have a folder names s:\itunes. Both accounts iTunes are set to use this location for the library.

The reason I wanna do this is because I've trimmed many hours of clips in one project (One timeline) and I want to start a new project where I have a "clean" timeline and can add clips from the
first project (Cut and paste). Or how do I bring a trimmed clip from one project into another in a easy way?

Your question is in the Photoshop Elements forum. There is another forum for Premier Elements and this will probably be moved.
That said, the answer is that Premier Elements has not be designed with the ability to cut and paste from one project to another. The only "work around" is to "Publish&Share" to a best quality format that matches your project settings. You can control the output clips with the "work area bars". You can then add the new clip to the second project. The output rendering process can, at least in theory, reduce the picture quality. Depending on formats, settings and footage, it may not be noticeable.
There is a third party product called Clipmate that some say works, but not always with good results.

There should definitely be a little space between them to allow for ventilation, but it's normal for the top area to get hot.
