Can not get Flash to work

My computer was reimaged the other day and since then I have had to reinstall a number of programs. Today when I tried to view an online show I found that my flash driver was no longer there. I have tried to install it through the adobe site but not having any luck getting the program to run.
I have version 10,3,181,14 installed. I have Windows 7 64 Bit systtem runing Professional. I am using IE9. In my C: drive under sys I have a Macromed folder with bot the Activex10 .exe file and Flashutil10 .ex file both of which have been installed. During the download process it used Adobe Download Manager and when it seems to get towards the end it disappears and no further instructions are seen.
I go back into the shows and still it does not work. Any ideas? Much appreciated.

I think it would be best to start with a clean reinstall:
download the FP uninstaller from http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html (save it to disk);
download the installer (EXE) from http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html (save to disk);
close all browser windows, then run the downloaded uninstaller, followed by the installer.
Now can you see the Flash animation (rotating red 'F') at http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ ?

Help, I can not get Flash Plyer to install.

I have been working on this for 7 hours and can not get Flash Player to work.
I have IE 9.0.8112.16421, Windows Vista, Disabled McAfee Virus and Firewall and run as administrator.
Uninstalled Flash Player ( it did show up on my installed programs but when I checked with Adobe FP checker it did not show as installed.) I keep getting a notice that says I need to install the latest Flash Player. Tried to update IE to IE 9.0 enhanced but I get the notice to install FP.
I Shut down and reboot with all programs closed everywhere including tool bar.
Started FP installer from desktop as administrator and went through Download manager and then install FP 10. I get message that says the installation is complete. I Quit and reboot. But FP is not working.
Checked internet tools -- security on Medium and internet on Medium.
Is there a problem with Flash Player 10 and IE 9.0?
Can anyone help?

That doesn't make sense; if you have saved the installer to your desktop, then then the DLM does not come into play.
A few questions:
what is your Windows version, and is it 32-bit or 64-bit?
what files do you have in C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash (32-bit) or C:\Windows\syswow64\Macromed\Flash (64-bit)?

I have a pioneer 50 inch plasma   I purchased new from the company back in 2005.   I tried to hook up an Apple Tv to the pioneer receiver that came with the TV.   I can not get it to work.   The receiver has two HDMI inputs in the back.

The receiver has two HDMI inputs in the back. However they say they are not for PC's. Furthermore they must be set up by going to the home menu.    I tried everything, but I can not get the receiver to talk to the Apple TV. I even tried a connector that uses an HDMI to the Apple TV that has the other side of the cable as 5 RCA cables. I could not get the receiver to see the Apple TV.   I have a newer TV in the house, it has no problem talking with the Apple TV. But this older system seems to be handicapped in its ability to talk with the newer Apple TV system.

I could not access the Apple TV on the television.   If I put the Apple TV directly into by TV, I have an external sound system (entertainment system), therefore I worry that I would by pass the audio.

It is almost as if the program does not exist on my computer. If I search for it, the only thing that comes up is the installer. I cannot find it anywhere despite the fact I have installed it numerous times, uninstalled it and conducted a fresh install, and the Adobe website checks says that it is installed.

I have installed the 9 on Reader and can not get it to work. I installed Fixit to see and it does not work either. Is there a place on XP that needs to be checked or opened. This started after the the computer was attacked by virus and they got into the registry. Had this repaired and this is what makes me think something is not opened for readers to work. Any ideas out there.

Sounds like your sytem didn't get repaired. I would take it back to the tech that worked on it.
In the meantime, you haven't mentioned what happens when you try and get it to work so we have no syptoms to go on to help you. Plus, what is fixit?
There is no place on XP that you need to do anything special to get Reader to work so again, sounds like your system is still hosed.

If it is the internal wireless card, is it still listed in system profile.. and do a hardware test with your original CD.

The problems with Mavericks are very great.. if you upgrade installed anything can happen.. a common feature is the internal wireless card fails to work.
Give details and we can figure it out.

I can not get itunes to work on my Windows 7 32.

Itunes was working fine until the update came into play for the 10.5 and I can not get itunes to work now. All I get is an error message saying it's not loaded correctly and error 7 and errror 5 =>> this is really getting hard to deal with cause I have deleted and added it back so many times I feel silly..
