after sudden black out i could not turn on my laptop...
what should i do?

once press start button....
my laptop starts and display grary screen showed my loading process...but after few seconds that loading pattern gone and....do nothing....
any guess...what is wrong?

I need a help for my cause since this is the first experience I had,
I can not starting up my laptop again after I shutting down manually, by pressing the power button.
each time I try to turn it on in the screen only have a question mark, and

Try holding the shift key down to start in safe mode which does a file check. If you can also do a SMC and PRAM reset.

I set up Keychain and do not have access to the telephone I gave. Now I can no longer connect my ipad to my windows computer. I can not turn off Keychain...it is awaiting authorization from the SMS on the telephone I do not have access to.

Have reset the ipad, but that changed nothing. I can not turn off Keychain, iit remains "pending approval". Probably, the only thing to do is to close my icloud account...which I hate to do since there is a lot of data saved there. But, I am unable to back the ipad up on my Windows 8 computer because itunes no longer opens when the ipad is attached.
Oh well...computers are computers and it is impossible to cover 100% of the situations.
Keychain iss not the best app for someone who lives in 3 different countries.

Meaning that you cannot restart or reset the phone? If you haven't tried already, try both options.
Otherwise, you can do a backup & restore, or even a restore as new (only after a successful backup).
If the issue persists, then look at a replacement. Either it will be a hardware defect (free if within warranty), or physical damage ($49 with AppleCare Plus, $149 without it.)

Have you tried pressing the round button and the on/off switch at the top at the same time and holding them till an Apple icon appears? If that doesn';t work, take it back, you are still under warranty.

It does sound like it needs a care point visit to sort it but try a hard reset just in case.
Hard reset:
1. Switch off the phone.
2. Hold down the following three buttons: Green (the call answer button), * button, and '3' button.
3. While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone.
4. Release when the phone shows the nokia logo or shows other signs of life like the language selection screen.
