Can not use SVM disc mirror on Sun X2200 M2 with solaris u7

Last year,I tried to build cluster with solaris u6, but I got this error "Insufficient metadevice database replicas located" after SVM set up.
I tried lastest solaris 10 u7(09/05) with Sun x2200 M2 server again, but I got the same error.
I think it maybe driver's problem,so I tested solaris 10 u7 again with one old x86 machines and this machines has pure scsi card and scsi disc.
Also I tried it with ide drive, and everything is fine without any error message.
I checked that solaris 10 u5 will consider sata disc on x2200 m2 as ide disc, so SVM works fine.
But after I upgrade to solaris 10 u7,system will consider sata disc as scsi drive, and SVM will not work.
So I can see this is a bug of solaris 10 u7?

Do you mean boot device is scsi hdd? but it is sata hdd.

Can not use stored windows credential when running merge agent with agent proxy

I have an account ACCT_A and create a windows credential
CRED_B target to server DISTRIBUTOR_1 (with cmdkey).
And I setup a pull subscription to DISTRIBUTOR_1 and set merge agent run under agent proxy with credential of account
ACCT_A (The sql server agent is running as LocalSystem or Network Service). Then the merge agent job will failed and complain "Failed to connect to distributor
DISTRIBUTOR_1".
However if I change the sql server agent to run as ACCT_A and let merge agent job run as SQL Server Agent Service Account it will successfully connect to distributor
DISTRIBUTOR_1 with credential CRED_B, with other setting unchanged.
Here are the questions:
Is it possible to grant other accounts to access one's stored windows credential in Credential Manager?
I suppose merge agent job will get full security context of ACCT_A when it runs under agent proxy with credential of ACCT_A and should be able to access stored credential CRED_B and
successfully connect to DISTRIBUTOR_1. But nowCRED_B seems can not be accessed by merge agent. Could somebody explain what's the problem here?

I want to install a new hard drive on my 2008 MacBook but do not have the instillation discs that came with my computer. Can I use instillation discs from a 2009 or 2010 MacBook? The hard drive I am planning to install is a WD Scorpio Black 500GB SATA 2.5'' internal hard drive.

Sometimes they do work - i've done it before. I have a late 2008 Macbook Uni and used the install dvd of my 2009 Macbook White and it worked.
Why not just clone your hard drive? It'll save you a lot of time doing a clone rather than doing a clean install.
Unless you're having issues with your old set up or your old hard drive is dead.
You can download Carbon Copy Cloner - install your new hard drive in a external usb enclosure (around $10) and clone fromt here then test it before you install it in your Macbook.
Once you've done the swap, you can install your old hard drive in the USB enclosure and use it as a backup drive.

Can not create recovery discs on satellite C875D-S7330

Can not create recovery discs on satellite C875D-S7330. Drive runs and appears to be doing it thing, then aborts saying it has error to check disc for scratch or dust on media. Error code: OEO1B5-26-2AO3OC 00 . Tried 3 new discs all same results. Tried a 4th disc trying to continue on with disc 2 of recovery discs, got another error on this one. Error code: 020150-20-00000000.
Anyone have a fix for this? Had this machine less than 24hrs.

Personally, I would get a 16gig USB thumb drive and put your recovery on it. It eliminates having to swap disks during recovery and it's easy to store. I've used mine several times and it's worked perfectly every time.

Yes you can install it on your new Macintosh. If it does not have an optical drive then you can copy the contents of the installation media to a USB drive and then install the software from there.

You can not use the disks intended for the MBP on your iMac. Buy a retail copy of SL ($29) or contact Apple for a replacement of the original disks for the iMac.

Can not burn a disc with I tunes

I can not burn a disc with I tunes any more , I updated the soft wear have use several new disc but get the same results(attempt to burn disc failed errorr #4280) I can burn disc using Microsoft Media player

clearly they were planning on releasing this update to us, otherwise on the spalsh screen it would have stated ipad 2 only, note in the sentence above it states it CLEARLY makes a reference to ipad 2 for airplay, so, whatever the problem, they can fix it and they know it works!

Can not use exported data

When I transport tables from mssql2000 to oracle9i, using
the export tool provided by mssql, I got a problem:
Firstly, I can not select data from the exported table:
the tables are exported successfully, but I can not select them in Oracle! It just reported "the table or view does not exist". Which in fact is not true. Because I can find it by

Among the tables listed, I can select from 'pfsbfg' (created locally), but I can not select from 'company' (imported from mssql). The other fields of the two tables in the dba_tables are all the same.
Secondly, I can display data of the company table using Oracle Enterprise Manager, with all data exported displayed correctly.
How can it be?! I am totally confused!
The same also happened when I successfully transported data from mssql2000 to oracle9i, using transparent gateway. This time, the transported data can be selected using SELECT * FROM company, but can not select any single column of the company table, with error "no such column"!
Any suggestions?

OK, so you're connecting to SQL Server with the transparent gateway via a database link? Are you copying tables across the database link (materialized views?) and selecting from the materialized views or are you selecting data from the remote SQL Server database? Are you doing
select * from d_table@dblinkToSQLServer
or
select * from d_table
If the latter, how did you create d_table locally?
My guess is that the columns of the table may have been created case-sensitively too. You could try putting quotes around the column names as well. Can you post the SQL that was used to create d_table?

As long as your Sensor Settings are On within Menu, Settings, Phone, Sensor Settings then you just need to do the following -
Tapping
The tap function allows you to quickly
mute and reject calls and alarm tones, and
to display a clock just by double-tapping
the back or front of the phone when the
slide is closed.
Select Menu > Settings > Phone >
Sensor settings to activate the tap
function and vibration feedback.
Mute calls or alarms
Double-tap the phone.
Reject a call or snooze an alarm after
muting it
Double-tap the phone again.
Display the clock
Double-tap the phone.
(If you have missed calls or received new
messages, you must view them before you
can see the clock.)
Simply, if you double tap the screen when the slide is closed and you can see the clock appear then it is working.

Starting a couple of days ago my mouse and keyboard stopped working suddenly.
How are they connected? In my case they are wireless and their receiver is plugged into my USB hub. After an update I found the OS inexplicably not recognizing my USB hub and hence any devices which were plugged into it. My fix was to
plug the receiver into a different USB port (so I could use the mouse and keyboard; otherwise I would have had to use the OSK via Touch or pen.) Once I had normal access into my machine again I used Device Manager to remove all USB controller and
hubs (including hidden ones) and I then shut down, disconnected all USB devices and powered back up, this time using only Touch to get going. Once the OS had settled down I started plugging stuff back in the way that I wanted it to be recognized.
If I didn't have Touch I would have had to have left the wireless receiver plugged in both places which I assume would be OK. I have no idea why updates have such a catastrophic effect for USB devices.

The first thing I would suggest is for you to go to the folder containing your catalog, using your system browser. There will be a folder that has the extension .lrdata. Delete that folder, and then try to start Lightroom. If that doesn't work, replace your catalog with your most recent backup.

I'm exhausted of trying to find a solution to a problem created by Apple. I have moved to icloud following all your instructions and now I can not use my mobile me e-mail address. I can not activate icloud because when I put my e-mail address it answers that somebody is already using my address. I have my old e-mails, but I can not receive any e-mail or send them.
I have contacted Apple Technical Support in Spain and I was sent an e-mail saying that I have to call a phone number and when I call it is always an answering machine who answers that says that I have to pay 50€ for a consultation or wait for 10 minutes. When I have made the consultation it was never mentioned that I have to pay 50€ for a phone consultation. If I don't want to wait I have to pay for the Apple Tecnical Support which cost 250 €, this was not mentioned in the technical support page.
Can somebody let me know how can I contact Apple in another way in order to talk with a human being or chat directly? I was very happy just using my mobileme e-mails, I didn't need any clouds and I was force by Apple to registered if I want to continue using my mobileme e-mail address.
