I want to access my Plan Information in Adobe CC... and iam stuck with the loading squares....
I want to cancel my Adobe CC subscription, I having a truck load of problem since I updated to Windows 8.1 and no one can help me at Adobe. And the Adobe CC is too expansive for the quality and service I got in return. FAIL

hello. I am actually logging in to start a new subscription - been stuck with the loading squares all day.
if this is the symptomatic of the issues im going to have then maybe I wont sign up.

SLD is for creating /Maintaining (including software product,components,etc..) system entries.
e.g.
If you want to create enrty for SAP R/3, Go to sld http://<hostname>://<port>/sld >> technical system >> select type as WebAS ABAP >> enter the ipaddress of the SAP R/3 server
You can get the details from your basis consultant or NW admin

Hello all! Okay I've got a photoshop conundrum. Background: I was working on a monitor with my laptop connected to it (so dual screen), and working in photoshop on the larger monitor screen. I now work solely on my laptop, and no longer have monitor access. When I opened my photoshop file, it kept the larger dimensions from the larger monitor screen. I can no longer see the bottom information panel (zoom, etc), or resize the file. It's as iff they are simply too far down to access, and I can't get to them. I've tried re-downloading photoshop, and it didn't help. Any solutions?! I'm in a major pickle. HELP!

I run my Macbook off an external monitor, and sometimes run into that problem. So that's what has worked for me. Mark the answer correct if you are accessing these forums via web browser. Others with the same question will see the green bubble and know there is a fix.

Upgraded to ML. Can't access bank information.

I have a one-month old imac and just upgraded to Mountain Lion. Now I cannot access two of my bank accounts. I can get past the login and password but cannot access the data. Both banks use account management software that looks the same. I can try contacting the banks but hope there is an easier fix since my experience with both of them has been that they don't understand online accounts.

Rosetta is not included in Lion, Rosetta was required to run PPC based apps. If you want to continue using Word in Lion you will need to upgrade to Office for Mac 2011. If you have other PPC based apps you will also have to upgrade those to apps that are designed to run on Intel based Macs.

Sure they can. With several hundred thousands of dollars of equipment, significantly skilled personnel, and a lot of determination. Will they? No. There is nothing on your phone that is worth that cost and expenditure of resources. If you want you can change all the passwords on your accounts so none of the accounts on the phone will work.

You have to connect the iPod to here computer and restore the iPod via iTunes on the computer. You may have to place the iPod in recovery mode to allow the restore. For rcovery mode:

Adobe messenger had an update. when I updated it turned out to be a trial version of PS CS6 Extended rather than my original Photoshop CS6. Now trial is over and I can not access my original photoshop CS6 program. Only option is to purchase the Extended version on line on the Cloud.

I have re-entered the serial number for my original CS6 and it is back working again. Thank you all for your quick responses. I was afraid I was up the creek with no water running.. (: All is good now.. Ed

Can't access old user profile data (folders with - signs)

My iMac (model below) running 10.6.8 would not load from the start-up screen, so I reinstalled the OS from the instalation discs. After doing so I was able to gain access the desktop, but had been assigned a new user profile. My previous music, email, photos etc. were stored in a "previous system" folder, and while I can access the overall folder many of the sub-folders have a in the lower corner which keeps me from being able to open/access them.
Is there a way for me to open or move these files? Or perhaps reinstate this "previous user" to the system?
I am further stuck because I purchased the upgrade from 10.4, to 10.6 electronicially and now can't access the information needed to return to that system.
Any helpw would be greatly appreciated.

I went to the system preferences and then user and saw that the only user currently was also marked as "Admin". So I tried it again with my photos folder and entered the longer name and password I set up and it worked. What was different was that I changed the Admin name from the "short" name put in the field automatically to the "longer" name along with the password.
Not sure how this going to work with my email or how to get back to my upgraded version of Mac OS, but I guess I can keep playing with it and see.

Can't access web site

I am trying to access a web site that I normally have no problems accessing. Now Safari tells me:
Safari can't find the server
Safari can’t open the page “http://www.xxxx.edu/” because Safari can’t find the server “www.xxxx.edu”.
We are using an apple time capsule and no device on the wireless network can open the above web site. We asked a friend to log on and they had no problem accessing the web site.

Check Network pane in System Preferences. Select the Proxies tab.
If there are any boxes selected on the left, deselect then quit Safari. (Command + Q)
You can also access that information from System Preferences - Advanced. Click the *Change Settings* button.
Relaunch Safari.

I've been trying for the past hour to access my "Plan Information" tab from within the CC dashboard - all it does is indefinitely show the "loading" boxes animation. I've tried reloading and using two different browsers. I have no trouble seeing the rest of the site, or any other web page. I need to deactivate my copy of CS5.

Yep, same here. Can't access my receipt. I don't know why they don't send a long a PDF receipt along with the payment notification email. You are able to activate an old device and process an insurance claim for your iPhone 4s within 60days from the incident date. Keep in mind if the old phone is not a smartphone and you currently have unlimited data that feature will fall off. If you have a tier data plan no changes will be made.
