Can't access the folder I created.

Hi All,
I created a folder using this code
File tempFile=new File("D:\\Destination");         
          boolean ansOne = tempFile.mkdir();
           System.out.println(ansOne); I works fine. Create the "destination" folder and print "true". And I try to copy a text file from separate folder to this folder , at run time it gives error messge like
*(Access is denied)in the specified directory.*
Can any one tell me a how to copy a data from one folder to another folder . Thanks in Advance.
