Can't get png IE fix to work

hi everyone. i'm doing a new site and decided to go with pngs
for my
topper graphic with transparency since gif is supposedly
dead, or
whatever. i searched here and the web for a good fix for IE6-
and
decided on Supersleight

i must be
doing something wrong because i can't for the life of me get
it to work!
the png is the background image for the topper div, but this
fix is
supposed to work on background images. also, if i put that
same image
elsewhere in the page, it still doesn't work. however, if i
put it on an
empty page with nothing but the background, it does work. so
it seems
like there must be something in my template that's causing it
to not work.
could somebody please help me?

Rice is hit or miss but if you can (assuming you live in a home with a furnace) sit it up with the speakers facing down on an air flow register for about 10 minutes. The heat from the furnace will not harm the sensitive components and will dry the phone out nicely including the display layers. DO NOT USE a hair blower! The iPhone is capable of drying out much more easily than phones with removable backs as the iPhone while sumbermeged in liquid (for a short time) will take on limited moisture hence can be dried and keep on keeping on. My dauhter dropped her iPhone 5 in a toilet and it was fine after spending 24 hours in rice and 10 minutes on the air register while the furnace was producing heat.
One last thing. DO NOT POWER ON the phone until the drying out efforts have been completed and certainly DO NOT plug it in.

Can someone help?

Can't get wake on demand to work in 10.6.1!

Ever since I upgraded itunes and Snow Leopard to 10.6.1 I can't get wake on demand to work. I worked fine before with my airport express G.
All my firewalll setting are ok and the function is turned on under power saving.
I tried to restart, itunes, the mac, the airport and even the iphone. Weird.

Thanks. But I have done all these things. I give up. The only thing I havn't done is reinstall the remote app. Hopefully 10.6.2 will fix it.

I'll change it now. I just realized it sounds rough, but I was mad because I couldn't get it work, it isn't anyone's fault, sorry
EDIT: I got it to work at an usable state! By using the 8192cu driver on the AUR and the suggestions in the comments about disabling power-save, I got it to be usable. It now has up to 8% packet loss, not 30-40% like before, and the ping spikes are now 300-400 ms and less frequent, not 1000-1200ms. It's not working really well but now I can at least surf the web. Thank you all for the patience.
EDIT 2: after testing more I realized it still disconnects every few seconds when I'm far from the AP. However, when connected, I still have very strong signal. If I use it on windows or another distro it doesn't disconnect. I tried compiling the driver from realtek by myself using the istructions in the second post but I don't know how to fix some compile errors, so I decided I'll stick with my usb dongle. Maybe someone will find a better solution.

Do you mean the first section is starting at page one?
And the second one now is starting at page two?
So I would ask why you would need sections at all?
Did you set the controls for Automatic Page Numbering?
If you select the particular page where section two is starting in the Pages Panel, you could untick the Start Section option in the numbering and section dialog. That would remove the section. You cannot do that with the very first section, but you should set the first section to Automatic Page Numbering if you ever want to use your document with an inDesign book file.

Say you have term <foo> and definition <bar> pair. Here term (any text you want highlight) is used in document at many places and definition is defined once as complete paragraph anywhere (i.e. in table cell). if same term is define at multiple places first definition is taken.
Use marker text same as your term text <foo> for tagging both term and definition.

I live in england. updated firmware toay that didnt work. walked around in the open trying to get a satelite lock, the best I got was five white bars. no black ones. any help would be much appreciated!

This enables N95 with internal GPS to establish position indoors, which is not currently the situation in earlier software versions.
"Assisted GPS, or A-GPS, is a technology that uses an assistance server to cut down the time needed to determine a location using GPS" You are using the power of a mainframe computer to cut down the number crunching needed to process position of four satellites needed for three dimensional position for first fix (TTFF= Time to First Fix) As mentioned in Nokia press release there is also scope for network provider to use mast location as adjunct to speed this process.
If you are near a WLAN of course this can provide network connection for assistance server or you can use GPRS as appropriate.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Step 1

How can I get my web cam to work in Adobe Connect ?

This is actually an end user's question that I am having trouble answering to...
We use Adobe Connect to give online language classes, the end user is one of the students.
I cannot find the right Support answer to give him.
Problem:
My camera does not work when I connect to Adobe's rooms but camera works fine with other software.
Even though I suspected my old camera was working fine, yesterday I went ahead and bought a new camera.
I thought perhaps my webcam software may have been a problem, so I bought a different type camera with different software.
Even after removing all the old software, same result:
I surmised the problem might be caused by my firewall and security software, so once I tried changing the permissions for Adobe, and my Webcam, but that didn’t work.
Another time, I restarted my computer right before class and then turned off my firewall completely so there would be no interference but to no avail. I’m totally perplexed.
Isn’t there anyone else experiencing a similar problem?   Has anyone else found a solution?
I run Windows Vista with McAfee Internet Security Software. I always reboot the computer before class and open no other programs other than Google Chrome.
I now have a brand new Microsoft LifeCam Cinema Camera with LifeCam 3.5 Webcam Software.
I test my camera before going online. It always works fine.   Then I shut down the camera program and login into class.
When I “connect webcam” in the room, the light on my camera comes on (suggesting that it is ON), but only a black image is transmitted to the room.

Check to see if you have Google Voice installed. If so, remove it and see
if your problem vanishes. If not Google Voice, check to see if you have
any other communications software which interacts with your cam and
disable it. This was the problem I had with a similar problem on a Mac.

I sent the advice out to the end user, but unfortunately this wasn't the
solution.
His reply is below :-
The default resolution of my new camera is already set at 640x360, but I
went ahead and tried several lower resolutions (e.g. 424x240; 320x240; and
160x120) but none worked in the room - camera still showed up as black
blank screen. Also, as far as I can tell, I don’t have the option of
adjusting the frame rate.
I started playing around with my Internet Security Settings to see if they
might be playing a role. So far, all to no avail.
Hmm...quite a tricky one - webcams always are - maybe if he can find a way
to adjust the frame rate (?).
He's going to fiddle about with the settings a bit more and see if
something does the trick.
If anyone has had a similar problem and found an ingenious solution,
please jot on a note on this thread.

How can I get iCloud to accept my working Apple ID and password

My Apple ID and password works for iTunes and App Store. I'm trying to set up iCloud on my iPhone and iPad but i keep getting an error message that reads unsupported ID. Apple ID must be in the form of email address (@me.com). I don't have a MobileMe account. How can I get iCloud to accept my working Apple ID and password?

I've also reset my password to my Apple ID. I still get the Unsupported ID and password.

I just got a new itouch 4 and i can't get imessage and facetime to work on my home wifi network (Airport Express). I can't explain it. The itouch works fine otherwise uncluding the internet. Facetime and imessage work at the apple store so there must be something wrong with my home network. Please help if you can!

I changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8 as you suggested with no success, I even tried 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 as suggested by others with no success either. When I try and activate iMessage or Facetime, I still get the same message "could not sign in, please check your network connection". The internet and Mail work perfectly fine on the iPod touch so the WiFi signal IS going through. I am at a loss, any other suggestions would be more than welcome. Thanks!
