Can't publish message: Server running low on memory

Hi All,
After looking through the documentation and using Ask BEA I have come up
with no answers to this message I have seen:
weblogic.log:Can't publish message: Server running low on memory.
I am setting the memory min and max to -ms256m -mx256m.
What does the error "Can't publish message: Server running low on memory."
mean? Is it a serious lack of memory resources, or is it just a warning
message that the server has hit its upper limit of the heap and it is about
to do garbage collection or is in the midst of garbage collection?

 The application runs fine unless we keep it under severe high load for
 a relatively long period of time (say a couple of hours) without
 giving it time to "breath". Then, we start getting these JMS
 exceptions: javax.jms.JMSException: Can't publish message: Server
 running low on memory
 I initially thought this was a GC problem: i thought the GC thread
 wasn't able to "catch up" because the server utilization was high.
 However, when i display Runtime.freeMemory() at the point where i get
 this JMSException, i can see that there is about 16MB (out of 64MB
 totalMemory) of allocatable memory. So it isn't really running out
 of memory!
 I'd appreciate any insights, pointers, etc., about this problem.

JMS 5.1 prevents new messages if the server as at 75% utilization. I think (not sure)
 that this can be turned off if desired, but I would not recommend doing so, as this feature prevents
 JMS messages from "hogging" all of the memory.

Can not start Messaging server in Sun Java System Messaging Server 6 2005Q1

Hi all,
I installed Sun Java System Messaging Server 6 2005Q1 from Solaris 10 DVD on Solaris 10.
After the installation, I got directory server, admin server running but messaging server not running. I can not start Messaging server (start smtp, http, pop, imap). I found in directory which I installed messaging server but I could not see script "start-msg" and "stop-msg".

# ls

You cannot and should not expect Exchange 2013 UM function for mailboxes housed in Exchange 2010. And the reverse is true as well. If you want Exchange 2013 UM to function for users, their mailboxes need to be in Exchange 2013. Exchange
2013 UM should be able to redirect calls to an Exchange 2010 UM server if it detected a call was destined for a mailbox being hosted by Exchange 2010, assuming the UM servers/roles/services are within the same UM Dial Plan.

JES2005 Q1 Administration server can't find messaging server.

When I launch the console, I can see the messaging server, but can't open it.
When I check the administration server log files, I got a
"admin40_task_access_eval(): unable to find registered server (msg-config) " error message.
Where's the administration server searching for that msg-config ?
Waht do I have to do so that I can administrate the messaging server using that administration server ?

Transaction OSS1 -> Parameter -> Technical Settings -> Change -> Save. The SAPOSS destination is only automatically updated when you save.
/H indicate server
/S indicate Service

Hi All,
Can a single Application Server run 2 websites.

Do you mean two sites with different domain names (like www.somesite1.com and www.othersite2.org) ? Then I'm nor sure, all I could think of is to configure them to run on different ports and forward the domain names to the corresponding ports.
Or do you mean two web-applications ? In this case the answer is yes, of course, the URLs would be something like www.yourdomain.net/webapp1 and www.yourdomain.net/webapp2.

"Bridge is running low on memory and should be restarted" error

I am running Bridge CS4 on a DELL T-1650 with plenty of hard drive space. I am having trouble with indexing / caching files. My computer is connected to a large office server with a large amount of files that I need to be able to search. I recieve a "Bridge is running low on memory and should be restarted" error each time I attempt to index the files on the server drive. I have tried Purge and Cache, set the cache memory slider to max. This is a very large amount of files (TB ) to index /cache. I leave the computer running overnight to allow ample time, I nothing on my TB hard drive , and have 16GB of available RAM. Any ideas?

Aha! Working over a network is not supported by Adobe.

If you are opening files over a network or saving them to a network server, please cease and desist immediately in the event you are currently experiencing problems with one or more files. Working across a network is not supported.

Copy the CLOSED file from your server to your local hard disk, work on it, save it again to your local hard disk, close it, and copy the closed file back to the server.

Bridge runs low on memory CS5

Now I have a problem while working in photoshop and I open bridge if I open adjust and close a few raw images I get a message that says Bridge is running low on memory you should restart bridge. I looked for a memory adjustment and can't find it. Anyone know where it is?

OK, what changed a week ago? Did you add new hardware, add new software, updated any software, add any external devices?
If it worked before and not now, and the answer to the above is no, then reset the preferences by holdling down the Ctrl key and starting Bridge. You will get a reset window with 3 options.

I am running low on memory, 80% of memory is with iTunes, how do I move my itunes library to an external HD and empty space to my mac? I have 1TB to my mac, a 1TB time capsule - which has a 2TB HD interfaced to it.
I look into the files and see movies, music and itunes - all of these has my movies located in them (movies are 85%) of my itunes memory. I am not sure what files to move to an external HD - if this is the right move to make...

Yes you can move your iTunes Library to an External HD, however to be safe you should back up your iTunes Library Drive with another Drive.

Error Msg: Running low on memory.

I keep getting this error msg: 'Bridge is running low on memory. It is recommended that Bridge is restarted.' I am running a Mac OSX 1T and also use an external hard drive. I purged cache for the current folder, purged cache in ACR, tried refreshing my preferences by hitting option when opening Bridge, and raised my cache size to about 250,000 and nothing has worked! Please help!!!!!

I'm running Netscape Messaging server on Solaris 8 is there a provision to configure the NMS as a POP server.SO user's could download the mail through mail clients like Outlook express.

Which version is it? Netscape 4.x or Iplanet 5.x? In both cases the information to configure your mailrelay server as a pop3-server is contained in the administration guide. There you can find everything there is to know about pop3. And it is a lot...

I am a newbbie of using Crystal Reports Server~ My company discuss to purchase Crystal Reports Server XI because our web services need to provide a lot of chart for user to download. Now we developed the service through java, java servlet, JSP technology on a server running Macromedia JRun 4 which provide environment to run such kind of java code.I have been told to download the trial version and try it to make decission to purchase or not. I follow the installation guide but cannot start Crystal Reports Server, I can say that the server service is running but cannot access link mention in installation guide.Anyone face the same problem and find solution? Crystal Reports Server has an application called the 'Central Configuration Manager' (CCM). The job of the CCM is to tell you the status of all the Crystal Report Server services. There are many services not just one. When you open the CCM you will see a service called the Central Management Server (CMC). Make sure it is running.
