Can't update to 4.2???
Hi Guys,
I have tried like 9320485039458324 times but itunes will not update my iphone 4 4.1 to 4.2 .... it does not download the new software. It gets timed out every time... Is it me? Or is Apple going broke and can't afford server time? Just kidding about the first part ( Is it me? part)
seriously though I tried everything. I even reset the comcast modem. I speed check and i get 20 mbps all the time so I know it is not me. I disabled everything that may prevented. Nothing is working.
I don't have any jailbreak and/or any cracked apps or anything that may prevent it as well. I am beat and don't know what to do.

Try disabling your anti virus and firewall - lots of reports about those interfering with downloads. although I have never had any trouble. Kaspersky comes up a lot in this regard.

How can i update data in JTable at run time ?
i am trying to build a client/server architecture for conducting quizzes & online tests.. My client will return a object to the server after the test is over, which contains details about the participant, his score and other details. i am putting the incoming object to an Vector. updated whenever a new object is entered into vector..You don't update the Vector directly. You should be creating a method in your TableModel, called "addRow(...)". This method will do two things:
a) add the Student object to the Vector
b) invoke the fireTableRowsInserted(..) method of AbstractTableModel. This will cause the table to be repainted. -
When I tried to update my iPad I got an error 9. Now, I am unable to access my iPad. It is in a continuous cycle when I try to update or restore the iPad 2. Plug in to iTunes 12.0.1 (latest version). Click update, told can't update, have to restore. Restore fails with error 9. Any help appreciated.
Here's the cycle:
I plug in my iPad when “cable to iTunes shows on iPad screen. It says "Your iPad can't be updated, you must restore it to factory settings." That bad enough news, but it gets worse.

Notes: I just upgraded to OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 on my iMac (27-inch, Mid 2011) in the last week. It’s the first time I’m tried to backup/update my iPad since the iMac update.
I swapped out the USB cable to a new cable and get the same results.
I also unplugged all other USB devices from the iMac and security on my iPad and still get the same results.
I find it strange that it shows no Serial number for my my iPad 2 when plugged in. It shows “Serial Number: n/a on the screen when it displays: “iPad Recovery Mode To update your iPad without erasing its contents, click Update. To restore your iPad to its factory settings, click Restore iPad.
I prefer to update my iPad, but it displays “Your iPad can’t be updated, you must restore it to factory settings. If you previously backed up the iPad, click Restore Backup after the restore process completes.”
It’s a continuous loop. I get the display on my iPad to plug in the iPad to iTunes, plug it in which ends after going through the above procedure saying an error occurred (9).
So now I cannot use my iPad. When I turn it on I get the display showing me to plug it into iTunes with the cable. Since this is the only option I have I plug it in and the loop begins.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Check your security software
Related errors: 2, 4, 6, 9, 1000, 1611, 9006. Sometimes security software can prevent your device from communicating with either the Apple update server or with your device.
Check your security software and settings to make sure that they aren't preventing a connection to the Apple servers.

I am using JSP and MYSQL with a bean that does my database work.
my search.jsp looks up records, when I click edit it sends the values to my inventory_admin.jsp
When I make the changes to the data, the data is not saved in the database.

Can not update request in data target
Hi,
We have a process chain for master data (10 parallel) loads. One of the load
failed with error "can not update request REQU_46xxxxxxxxxxxxxx in data target".
When I checked the InfoPackage
(a) update: full load
(b) it has data selection
(c) processing :PSA and then to data targets
(d) Data targets: update in all data targets for which active rules exist.
But I do not see any list of data targets here.
Can some one please suggest me how do I correct this load failure.

Hi. I have a problem with a lovOpenWindowAction
The UIX is created with a master UIX and have several sub-tab that is included as UIX-pages.
The lovOpenWindowAction lies in the included UIX-page
The sub-tab I have a problem with has a table with users. Then I have a Create New button than I want to click on and select a new user that should be included in the table in the sub-tab.
When I click on the button I open a LOV-window. Here I select the user that I want to add.
In the LOV Action-class I save my new value in the database. Then in the method onLovUpdate I update the iterator with the new values from the database.
But in my GUI the subtab is not updated until I click on it.
But if I make the subtab the default subtab then it all works just fine and the GUI is updated directly.
Here is the code for the tableAction in the subtab. This code lies in an included UIX-page. Target is the table id.

How can I update my Mail program in 10.6.8 to iCloud Mail?
I am running 10.6.8 on my iMac, which is my work "workhorse." I can't update it to Lion because I can't afford to update Quark/Photoshop et al that I'd need. And it works fine.
I also have a Macbook Air running the latest Lion, as well as an iPod 5 running IOS7. Both access my iCloud mail address and folders/filtering set up on iCloud.
However, the Mail program on my iMac is still showing my MobileMe mailbox (and MobileMe is in my system preferences). I had an elaborate filtering-to-folders set up in Mail for my MobileMe account (not in the online MobileMe). I've disabled all the filtering in my Mail program, but iCloud still sends some mail to the older folders I had set up in the program, overriding the new folder-filtering I have set up on iCloud.
So, sometimes I'll get an email sent to my .me email address from a client which I cannot see on my Macbook Air (or iPod) because it's sent to a folder on my iMac. I'm semi-retired so don't do much work anymore so I'd rather not "fire up" the iMac unless I've work to do. But as it is with the Mail situation, I have to leave it on all the time or I can miss client email.
My question is, can I get delete my "mobileme" account in my iMac Mail program and then add my iCloud account to it? I assume the MobileMe in the iMac's system preferences is there for good, because I can't update to Lion. Will that fix my problem, or is that even do-able?
I'm not sure I've stated this clearly. I'm trying to get total coordination between my iMac, MB Air, and iPod mail accounts in the Mail programs of each device without having to resort to using iCloud mail online on my iMac. Perhaps that's unavoidable?

Nicol KYou can perfectly well access email in 10.6.8 - I'm doing it myself - and if you are receiving @me.com mail you are already doing so. the @icloud.com version of the address is exactly the same thing, and messages to it will arrive in the inbox alongside those to @me.com.
However if you have set up Rules to act on incoming @me.com mail it obviously won't act on @icloud.com messages, so you will have to duplicate the Rules if you want to keep them.
If you want to try starting over you can delete the account and set it up again, using the method described here:

You can't access other iCloud facilities in Snow Leopard but if all you are interested in is the email you have no need to upgrade to Mountain Lion. -

RaulOk, I found in the Net the drive 7uw706ww.zip, which is Version 6.1.4.2, while the updated version is 6.1.10.5 (7UW708WW).
I tried again the GPS, and it wasn't working.
Anyway, before downgrading, I tried to reinstall the new driver, downloading and installing the .exe instead going through System Update.
Result: now GPS is working (same place, same conditions, just 5 minutes later)!
Don't know where the difference is...

No this was absolutely of no help what so ever!!!!1I have had this issue before and it was also a nightmare. I don't understand why you have to go thru so much pain until you can talk to a real person. I don't have 48 hours. I use this app to make money. I can't update it, so I can't use it, all because I can't update my info, which is clearly on the Apple side. Not my bank (like they first want to say), not me, I know who I am, but it must be something on apple's side. And to wait 48 hours for an email response to tragic . I can't believe a company with as much assets as Apple can't get a real person to help me sort this out. I had this same problem years ago, and it was the same mess. Whay do I keep doing this? Am I just one of the bovine masses who just have to have an iPhone? Yikes
