Can this be done and am I on the right track?

Question

I guess I just need some advice on how to accomplish this - below is what I am trying to work with right now. I am new and trying - so dont laugh if its stupid.
I need to get information out of the table web groups to build the query for the second database call. I was hoping that I would be able to dynamically name the result set as it iterates through. I am having no luck with that . Is that even possible?
