Cancellation help.

I am thinking about cancelling my BT account and transferring to another supplier due to the price increases due in January. I recieved my e-mail yesterday and decided that, as I have become increasingly disappointed with the product, now would be a good time to cancel.
I restarted a 12 month contract in July after signing up for BT Sport - as I understand it I can cancel my telephone and broadband package (Infinity 2) without an early termination charge due to the increases. As my BT Vision required a BT Broadband product, will this also be cancelled without charge?

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
If you still have not gotten a reply:
Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.

Cancelation help

ALL THE WAY back in april, nearly 8 months ago, I lost my cell phone. searched or it for about a month to no luck, so I tried to cancel it. went through the online forms and though i had it all done. two months later I get an email telling me to pay my bill or else, since I was overdue a month on it. I went in and pointed out that I had already canceled the phone and shouldn't even have a bill. The customer service represenative appologized in sort of a backhand way and promiced to take care of it. Two months later I'm looking at my statment and see that, low and behold, my phone service is being paid by automatic. I tell my bank to shut off payment and get another non payment notice. I return their email with a rather biting reply, fully explaining the situation. Instead of canceling my phone and appologizing Verizon suspends my acount untill I pay the ballance on my phone.
Could someone please help me find a way to get through to these people? I'm comming up on a year of not having the **** service, living in a foriegn military base and completely at the end of my patiance.

I wouldn't want you to cancel your service with us and I would be happy to review your options and the current charges on your bill. BT Vault cancellation -help please!!

Since the beginning of May I have been trying to cancel my BT Vault (Premier). I've contacted the Call Centre four times with varying advice ranging from cancelling through them if I sent the relevant details -which I did- and also being told only Click and Buy can cancel it and they're only available via email -although the ones I sent to them have all been unacknowledged. I've also tried emailing BT several times with no luck.What do I have to do to cancel the account and stop paying for something I don't want or need??! In desperation I even tried downgrading my account to at least stop paying £4.95 per month but all I get whenever I've logged in this week to try to downgrade is a message on the site saying it's not possible because that part of the site is undergoing maintenance!Help!

Hardcover book order went from "printing" to "cancelled", help!

Help! My order for a hardcover iPhoto book went from "printing" on 1/31/08 to cancelled on 2/5/08.
It doesn't say why. I called the only # I could find, 1-800-MYAPPLE, and all they could do is fill out an email form and supposedly someone will contact me.
I did get a warning from iPhoto that 4 of the photos I was using out of the 100 or so, was too low resolution, but I "okayed" it, the order uploaded etc... I don't know what to do. I am trying to get my order in time for Valentine's day.
Anyone have any insight as to what is happening? I am using all the default type settings, it is using the font "HeleveticaNeue" or "Helevetic Neue" which are the defaults. I would change the 4 photos I am using but am afraid to get 2 books now. Can anyone offer any insight on all this? Thanks!

Price Increase Cancellation Help?

Hi there,
To cut a long story short I am un-happy overall with the service I get from my BT infinity service and am not paying any more for this "super fast broadband" and am aware that I am within my rights to cancel my contract without penalty due to the 2013 price increase (you god send!! Been trying to get out of this contract for a while!! Poor service overall un-happy customer).
So my question is this, as I have not received any e-mail or letter from bt to my knowledge (if they sent it to my email and it goes into junk it gets automatically deleted) and am worried they will not actually send it directly to me; I have read stories of this happening and customers not being able to get out of their contract due to BT insisting they did despite not having no proof.
So can I phone up and cancel my contract now over the phone as I have just read the price increase on BT's website which in effect is notification of the price increase?
Please can so one please explain this to me?

Error messages during XML import of Project Pro 2010 files

Hi folks,
I'm trying to diagnose a couple of sick Project Pro 2010 files loaded from Project Server by saving them locally as XML files and then reimporting (not connected to the server during import). The anomalous behavior exhibited by both files
is that one takes 15 minutes to load from the server, while another takes over 20 minutes. These are not typical load times for this server. In both cases, Project consumes about 25% of the CPU during the load process. There's little network I/O
while this goes on, and when externally linked schedules are loaded to the cache, they load very quickly. Other than the long load times, the schedules appear to be behave normally, except for some very odd print preview behaviors in one of the schedules
that I asked about in a different thread (among other things, the default print preview start date is 17 years after the default finish date, and the finish date is about 11 years before the schedule actually starts).
The questions I'm asking here are about errors I see when I try to import the files exported as XML, and whether they might provide any clues as to what's causing the load time issues.
When attempting to import one of the files saved as XML, a pop-up appears that says, "The actual finish date is before some of the previously entered timephased actual work values. If you continue with this operation, Project will truncate
some of the previously entered timephased actual work values. To continue, click OK..."
When attempting to import the other file saved as XML, I get a series of pop-ups identifying a series of tasks that say, "The timephased edit will cause 'Develop Requirements Review Meeting Mi...' to start before 'Conduct Requirements Review"
finishes. As a result the task link cannot be honored. You can: () Continue. Keep the timephased edit and ignore the link. () Cancel. Ignore the timephased edit. (OK/Cancel/Help)".
Interestingly, both files contain external Project Server predecessor / successor links. In the case of the first file, the XML import just appears to strip those out. In the case of the second file, I get a long series of pop-ups (with
some buggy text inserts) in pairs. The first message in the pair is typically "An import error occurred. The element <PredecessorLink> in the <Task> element with <UID>=611 has invalid data. Verify that the file
name and path are correct, and then try again. (OK)", where the indicated UID varies. The second pop-up in the pair appears to have a buggy text constructor and looks like this, with "[stet]" indicating the apparent buggy text inserts,
"An import error occurred. The element [stet] Verify that the file name and path are correct, and then try again. [stet] in the 309 element with <UID>=7 has invalid data. [stet] ^4 (OK)"
In the second pop-up of the pair, the "xyz element" varies, but the "<UID>=7" reference and "^4" are consistent. In the XML, UID 7 appears to refer to a calendar, a task which includes a number
of entries similar to:

Slow performance can come from a number of different things. Without knowing more detailed information about your setup or workflow, it's difficult to accurately troubleshoot.
-What kind of Mac are you using?
-What is your source format?
-Where is your source footage located?

Error Installing 10g on Windows XP

hello all..
Iam installing ORacle10g on WinXP. After selecting the Installation type as " Personal Edition" option, i get an error message " Thrown when the ip address of the host cannnot be determined" and it gives me 4 options..
Retry, cancel, help, and continue...
IIS is not Installed...on this box.

In the "Local Area Connection 2" pop up window I select "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" and click the Properties button but I'm not sure what to add after this.

10.1.3 : muti-byte String will not display correctly on standard button

LOV under SUN SOLARIS

My little problem is:
I developed an 'application' with forms 6 on a windows NT pc. This application has to run on a SUN Solaris pc. Everything is ok except: I can reach the OK / Cancel / Help button by keyboard navigation. I tried to find the solution in Oracle Terminal(mmmhhh not a nice tool).

Trouble updating iWork

Okay, so I have iWork '09 installed from a dvd I bought few years back.
I recently updated my OS to Yosemite, and I was able to update some of the other apps as well (iPhoto for example). My problem is with updating iWork.
App Store shows that an update is available for Pages, Numbers, and Keynote, but when I tried updating it says,
This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.

You cannot opt apps that were installed by disc into the Mac App Store. You will have to wait until Apple has made the update available to you through Software Update. The only way to get iLife or iWork apps through the MAS is to buy them from the MAS. You willneed towait until the next major paid upgrade to get them from the MAS unless you wish to pay again for what you already have.

Excel download issue

Hi all
While I am running code for downloading data to excel I am prompted with following options :
Pleas select how you would like to open this file:
selection 1 As an XML table
selection 2 As a read only workbook
selection 3 Use the XML source task pane
ok cancel help
How can I remove this and have it directly open the workbook. Kindly help

DPM Console hangs when adding servers by Modify Protection Group

Hi Guys,
I hope you can help
I've created several protection groups and need to add a couple more servers to each, but I'm having issues where the DPM console hangs. This is what I'm doing:
Under Protection:
Right Click the Protection Group and select: Modify protection group...
Under "Select Group Members" - expand the server and select it's volume or SQL DB, etc and click Next
Under "Select Data Protection Method", I click Next
Now the MMC stops working. There are no error messages, no unresponsive notifications, it just doesn't do anything.
I can't click Back, Next, Cancel, Help or change any of the other options on this page.
I left it once and went to bed, when I came back 12 hours later, nothing had changed.
I have to open task manager and force close the MMC and reopen but I'm unable to add any additional servers. I can create new Protection Groups but would rather avoid this.
For reference
OS: Server 2012 R2 64bit
DPM: 2012 R2 UR4
The issue occurs using local console over RDP or via the client console on Windows 7
Does anyone have an idea how I can get around this issue?

After further playing - It's not isolated to adding servers. I actually can't continue past the "Select Data Protection Method" page even if I don't change anything in terms of the selection lists.
Anyone else having issues or know what the problem is?

How to stop formspring from automatically signing me in when nothing appears in "saved passwords."

This isn't much of a problem, rather an annoyance. On my computer, a laptop, Firefox keeps logging me in automatically to formspring.me. I've gone to Tools>Options>Security>Saved Passwords and there's not a single password saved in there or a website - it's empty. I've signed out of formspring.me and signed in manually and made sure that the "remember me on this computer" box was unchecked and signed in, signed out and refreshed and Firefox still signs me in automatically. How do I stop this from happening?

I went to Tools > Options > Privacy and I don't see "Cookies." The only things I see are these:
"History:
Firefox will: Never remember history
Firefox will use the same settings as private browsing, and will not remember any history as you browse the web.
You may also want to clear all current history.
Location Bar:
When using the location bar, suggest: Nothing.
OK, Cancel, Help"
If it counts for anything, I'm currently using Firefox 3.6.13.
