Cann't see vlan in my stack

Im trying to get all my vlans to pass thru to my huawei S3700-28TP-EI-AC user level switches, from my 3750 stack.
Each one of my s3700 stack is connected to my 3750 via port channel. Here is my port setup.
I have Vlans 1,210,214,216,220,306,406 on my 3750 stack. I cannot see those vlans on my s3700 stack. Why is that? What am I missing from the config?

VLAN on 3750 Stack

I am in the process of getting a 3750 switch stack installed. The stack will use layer 3 and will replace a 5505 layer 2 switch. The 5505 has all ethernet ports set to vlan 110.
My 3750 stack will also have all fasethernet ports in vlan 110.
I wanted to do as much of the up front installation prior to cutover, but did not to cause any problems in my vtp domain, so for the moment I have shutdown vlan 110 on the 3750 stack
I noticed that as soon as I did it took the following off of every fastethernet interface in the stack:
switchport access vlan 110
switchport mode access
While I sort of understand why..it has caused a little trouble because I have recently added another 3750 to the stack and was planning on configuring the rest of my interfaces using port range.
I assume the commands will be added back as soon as the interface vlan 110 is taken out of shutdown.
I was just taken by surprise that it modified the configuration as such and has made it hard to configure the other fasethernet ports I have added.

1.So you see that switchpot commands for vlan 110 got removed.
2. I have added another 3750-24 POE switch since doing this and wanted to use port range to make my additional set of ports like the ones in the original config.
I can't do that now because the vlan 110 info on the interfaces is gone.
I'm just trying to understand what this thing is doing to me. Hope this helps

I am using a HP NC6120 where the integrated BT/WLAN (latest version from HP) uses WIDCOMM BT stack to work with my N80 (with latest firmware). I have followed Ms steps to prevent Ms BT from loading (even cut and paste the BT files into another folder other than \windows\inf), when I click on PC Suite system info, the below shown:

The saga continues...
Now running Nokia PC Suite 6.85.14.1 and Toshiba BT Stack 5.10.12.
Bell Mobility CDMS 6275i pairs from Toshiba software fine; created dial-up networking connection (works great...after I got round the Bell Mobility issues...see other posts), sending biz cards to the phone works fine from outlook works great...
In other words I am *CERTAIN* it isn't a OS / BT Stack issue...
So with the new version of PC Suite I thought I'd try again :-)
Did the normal uninstall thing...uninstalled everything, ran the cleaner (see earlier entry), rebooted before installing.
This version has fixed the issue with the phone not being automatically connected via cable...but the bluetooth issue remains.
It tells me the phone needs to be authenticated...and then fails to do exactly that with the oh so unhelpful mesages "cannot authenticate the phone". I wish it will give a little more info about why it is failing so we had some clue as to what to do.
I am noticing (as other people have) that sometimes when my machine boots and runs PC Suite at start-up a connection is initiated to the phone - but then it disconnects immediately. Not error is reported on the PC or the phone.
I've seen a few posted saying that the issue is "winsock" related....seemingly with good sucess (but some side effects are noted but not described!)
I've seen a few posted saying you need to delete the pairings on both side which were made from Windows and then remake them from PC Suite. Nervous this will cause we to have to rebuild my dial up networking connection which was a little tricky to get right.
Can anyone confirm if either of these work on the Toshiba BT Stack with a Nokia 6275 and PC Suite?

Application Administrators can't see VLAN configuration on VMs in VMM 2012 R2

Hi, I have the following issue on my VMM 2012 R2 infrastructure.
I have created a cloud with a Hyper-V Cluster in it. Configured a Application Administrator Role (Self Service) and assigned all permissions related to this cloud and Hyper-V Cluster, including a couple of VM Templates and a VM Network.
They users can see the VMs, create VMs but they cannot configure the VLAN inside the VM.
If I go to the VM settings using the full VMM admin, I can do it, select the VM Network and then select the appropiate VLAN, but when I try to do this using the Application Administrator account I configured specifically to this Cloud and Cluster, I can
select the same VM Network but can't see any options related to VLAN configuration.
What am I missing? Is this the default behavior? Do I need an additional permission? Where?

That is correct.
Application Admins 'consume' resources (compute and storage) and have no insight into the physical part. Especially if you are using the cloud abstraction. "Administrators" manage the physical layer of things - that is why you can see
/ set the VLAN ID directly.
I believe that you would need to create your Virtual Networks with the proper VLANs and the application admins can then choose based on the Virtual Network.
The worst case is that you define a Virtual Network per VLAN so that your application admins can select an item that correlates to a specific VLAN configuration.

Access VLAN on 3650 Stack

I've added a stack of two 3650's to my existing network as follows:
Watchguard XTM 510 managing 3 VLANs (1,25,50) with trunked connection to the 3650 stack (switchport mode trunk) on Gi1/0/1-2 and also have DHCP services enabled for each VLAN segment
ESXi server(s) with trunked connection(s) to the 3650 stack (switchport mode trunk, switchport nonegotiate, channel-group # on) on Gi1/0/3-8
Each ESXi server has three vSwitch with appropriate VLAN ID tagging and VMs work as expected (IP address assigned, traffic reaching the firewall, etc.)
However, if I assign Gi1/0/9 to VLAN 25 or VLAN 50 (switchport mode access, switchport access vlan 25/50), an end device (laptop, etc.) are unable to obtain an IP address for the appropriate VLAN segment nor does traffic seem to pass even if an IP address is manually configured for either VLAN segment.
Any idea what I'm missing in my configuration?

Try force quitting Mail: double-tap the home button, locate mail in the list of apps at the bottom, tap and hold it until it wiggles, tap to close it, tap the home button. Re-open mail and see if it works now.

Federated portal's, cann't see the roles and portal content from producer

We are configuring a Federated Portal, with a Producer EP7.0 SP13 and a Consumer EP7.0 SP13. The connection test is successful.
I can see the producer on the consumer and the consumer on the producer.
The problem is that I can not see the portal content of the producer in the portal content of the consumer. The producer roles are also not available on the consumer. I have selected the producer as the data source in the consumer UME,
then enter * in the role name field, then select "go", but nothing comes up.
Can anybody help me?

Following might be the reason:
1. User should exist in both user store of Consumer and Producer portal otherwise it wont work.
2. Incase if the registration is successful then there might be some problem with your servers (Consumer & Producer) clock timings.
3. Remote Role Assignment may get fail perhaps because user to whom remote role assignment is done doesnt have End User role assigned to him/her at Producer Portal. End-user permission enables business users to run content at runtime. Just as end users require end-user permission to run local content on your portal, they also need end-user permission for local content originating from a remote producer.
4. You should have Owner permission in the objects to which you want to assign permissions otherwise Remote Role Assignment wont work.
5. In the portal content studio, open the producer under 'NetWeaver content producers'. If it does not contain folders in it, the registration is considered to be unsuccessful even though it stated it was successful while registration.
6. During the process of Registering (Adding) Producer Portal, while entering the connection parameters of the NetWeaver producer portal use appropriate Host name against Host Name input field instead of IP address. Perhaps this might create some problem during execution in later stage.
e.g. Host Name: use sapProducerportal02 instead of 172.19.144.155

A Balloon window pops up before Minefield opens. I have to "X" it of "OK" it 3-4 times then Minefield opens.

That is a known problem, it will require add-ons to be updated. I believe they are planning on moving the error message to the error console rather than having the dialog pop up.

Not able to see stack trace in JBoss IDE for eclipse2.0

hello im using JBoss IDE for eclipse2.0 version for developing application. but the problem is im not able to see the errors/ error stack trace coming on console.i configured console but im not abloe to see any error. actualy earlier i was using eclipse3.0 but there i could not use the jsp file.i was not able to create a jsp page in my aleady developed application and also syntax is not highlighting in java file. so i switched to JBoss IDE for eclipse2.0 its using jdk1.3 version.
can anyone help me..n can also tel me which version of eclipse i should use. and how to configure eclipse so that i can see the properly highlighted syntax of java code.

I would advise against reverting to very old versions just because you can't get the new versions to work. Try to read the installation instructions and manuals of the new versions and try to get those to work.

Why cann't i see the cube that i create with owb ??

and export the metadata to eex file, and import eex file into discoverer administrator ,when create workbook i can see the cube created with owb;
then i selected ORACLE BI DISCOVERER option to connect target_schema,so i can see my cube and dimension;
but when i selected ORACLE BI DISCOVERER FOR OLAP option to connect target_schema, login in successful , but when i create my workbook ,cann't see my cube and demension
why for this,and how to do it,so i can see them?

There are three ways to deploy a multi-dimensional model and the final model selection depends on the database options you have purchased and they tools you have at your displosal:
relational access - You can define relational cubes and dimensions within OWB and deploy these to your target schema. The dimensions are implemented as query re-write objects and can be viewed within the view USER_DIMENSIONS. The data relating to the dimension is stored within a simple relational table, either as a snowflake or star schema format. The cube object does not really exist as such but is implemented as fact table. Typically, access to this type of implementation is via Discoverer and you need to create a Discoverer EUL to view the deployed tables. Within Discoverer you will not see the dimension or cubes listed but you will see tables and/or views relating to your deployed schema.
The Discoverer Bridge will create the eex/EUL file to install the schema within Discoverer Administrator. However, you must use Discoverer Plus/Viewer with the relational connection details.
As an FYI the management of Discoverer EULs is integrated within OWB 10gR2.
OLAP models - OWB also supports the deployment a schema as either a relational OLAP model or within an analytic workspace (this creates a MOLAP model). The OLAP deployment can be viewed only using Discoverer OLAP, however, management of the schema does not require an EUL and the administration is managed by Discoverer Administrator. All the administration is managed by OWB. To access a multi-dimensional model using Discoverer OLAP you must first run the OLAP bridge from within OWB. This will deploy all the required metadata for Discoverer OLAP to connect to your schema.
However, I would recommend you urgently upgrade to OWB10gR2 as this provides additional tuning options for the OLAP data model that are not present in your current version of OWB 10.1.0.4. Unfortunately, with your current OWB version building an OLAP model is a two stage process, a form of data staging. You need to create a relational target schema first and then replicate that target schema within an OLAP model. OWB10gR2 allows you to map data from a source object directly to a multi-dimensional object with no need to stage the data.
If you cannot upgrade at this point my suggestion would be to use OWB to design the target relational schema and then use Analytic Workspace Manager (AWM) to design your OLAP schema for Discoverer OLAP access. AWM will provide you with all the tools for tuning and managing your OLAP model within a 10gR2 database schema.
Once you have upgraded to OWB10gR2 you can stop using AWM as all the tuning features are within OWB.

Machine Authentication On One Vlan, User authentication on another

I am trying to have my wireless users authenticate the machines on one vlan and then based upon the user id from AD switch to another vlan if required. I have it working just fine except when the user logs on and ACS forces the new vlan, the IP stack goes to "Limited Access" because the ip address hasn't released and renewed. Because of this until they turn off and turn the wireless card back on they go no where and log on routines such as scripts and user group policies don't execute. Any help would be appreciated.
