Cannot get fla to display my flv

trying to get video to load externally from xml
but it Is not working for me.

Hello I am trying to get videos to play from XML.
here is the XML:
<site>
<links>
<link name="nickatkinson.net" url="
http://nickatkinson.net"
detail="web/mygifs/topper.flv"/>
</links>
</site>
and on a roll over I want tthe video to start playing and
then stop on the rollout...so heres what i have so far but I can't
figure out how to use the "ns.play()" and target the video in the
xml..can you help? Here is the code below:
