Cannot get pass Terms/Condition when create new user

I have clean installed the Mountain Lion on my 2011 Later MBP and the installing process finished successfully. However when I try to login with my Apple ID, it give me Terms and Condition agreement of iCloud service and cannot get pass. I have clicked the "Agree" button more than 10 times but still nothing happen. Then I have to click the "Back" button to repeat the step but without luck. It made me crazy that I cannot use my new system. At last, I have to create a local account without Apple ID so no iCloud service agreement block my way. If I create a new user account and try to login it with Apple ID, I still meet the same problem. Does anyone have any idea of it?

When I try to create a new user in the User Management (UME), I get a very generic error message: "An error occurred; contact your system administrator". However, if I create the new user in the ABAP - backend first then he/she will show up in the UME and I can add Java roles to the user in the UME and he/she can work without issues. Therefore: do you always have to create GRC administrator users in the backend first or should it work when first creating in the UME as well?

Hi,
Is your system a dual stack (ABAP+JAVA)? In that case the ABAP stack will be the master. You can check if it's an ABAP data source if you go to UME >> Configuration >> Data Sources

Persistence error when creating New User

Hi All,
I just installed NW2004s SP7, both the J2EE as well as the ABAP stack, with user management configured such that the users in the ABAP stack.
When I log into the portal and try to create a new user, or change existing users, I get the following error on the screen "An error occurred in the persistence; contact your system administrator".
I looked in the logs and I have the following error.

Unique username generation when creating new user via FIM Portal?

Hi,
Is it possible to create a new user using the FIM Portal, and have FIM create the unique username upon submission of the request in the Portal?
So effectively, when you create a new user in the Portal, the 'accountName' attribute would not be a mandatory field and therefore removed from the GUI using RCDC , and instead be generated based upon the unique AD username rules.

Just my 2 cents worth ... make sure you identify and test the "edge cases" for whatever solution you end up implementing, and don't just assume a solution that works for someone else will automatically work for you in 100% of cases (this is most likely why
this feature is not OOTB, even though most people would want something like this from the get-go).
To be specific, I have implemented option #2 myself with success, after initially implementing option #3 and running into grief with a particular use case (education environment end-of-school year roll-over involving large numbers of concurrent leavers/joiners
in the same import/sync cycle). To be specific, when implementing a workflow-based solution to do this there is a small but nonetheless realistic chance that 2 user requests being processed in parallel calculate exactly the same AccountName value, and
of course one will succeed and the other will fail ... and of course by default this will fail the entire request.
I solved the problem in my case by adoption option #2 using an approach where I reserved a unique accountName in the MV (downside is that in some cases the user may never end up being provisioned to AD if this is in advance of the actual hire date), thereby
avoiding clashes by getting the FIM Sync Service to control integrity rather than the FIM Service where parallelism is a design feature :).
So just make sure you understand the pros and cons of each approach when deciding what is best for you. Note that this discussion has come up many times before on previous posts on this forum, and it will be worth looking through these if you are still
in the early stages of formulating your approach.

Error when creating new users

My OBIEE enviroment is working fine except for the user and group creation process.
I create a new user by going into the WebLogic Server Administration Console > Security Realms > myrealm
I then click the Users and Groups tab, then Users tab.
The URL starts like this: http://[2002:888e:6097:0:0:0:888e:6097]:7001/console
I type in the new user info into the form and click 'Ok'.
I am then redirected to another page but I get this error:
Server not found
Firefox can't find the server at [2002.
And I noticed that the URL is now: http://[2002:7001/console
I tried restarting the server, but I still get this error.
Is there anyway to fix?

Moving itunes content when creating new user account

Recently added two iphones to our rapidly growing apple family of devices. Our imac was originally set up with just one main user account the whole family shared. The problem I have is with sharing, syncing, merging with my iphone all family shared information. For example, the contact list on the shared family mac is huge and includes many "x-mas card only people" that I will never need to call. Same with shared calendar. If make some quick notes or reminders on my calendar just for me, it replicates on to everyones device. The guy at the apple store suggested I should have my own account. I have done that and am now seeing the limitations OSX puts on different accounts as it seeks to protect each account. An example here is trying to share and use our iphoto library. My goal is to have itunes in my new , separate account that syncs to my own contact list (won't change back to the full family list every time I sync), has just the apps I want (not my daughters 300 apps that seem to keep re-appearing on my phone), still be able to sync to the family calendar but maybe have one of my own as well, have my own playlists from itunes 9I was able to find a way to access the big family music library in my account) and be able to build iphoto albums to sync.
I think problems stem from a lack of understanding the basics of what separate "accounts" really can and can't do as it relates to different applications and devices.

Log in to the new user account and copy \Users\Shared\iTunes to \Music\iTunes.

HT2534 cannot connect to iTunes store when creating new apple id

i am trying to create an apple id not connected to a credit card and when i try to purchase ibooks and create a new apple id i get message "cannot connect to iTunes store" I have reset all ipad settings, forgot all wifi networks, and reconnected but still same message. I am techadmin at a school and 13 other iPads that i configured had no problems creating creditcard-free apple ids.

Also, i can access the iTunes store if i use an existing apple id.

Cannot see data in infotype when creating new Crystal Report

Dear Experts,
I have installed SAP Crystal Report 2011 trial version. After many weeks of trying to install CR2011 and making it work, i finally able to connect to SAP R/3 (ECC5.0).
The problem is after choosing the table (eg. PA0002) and selecting field "employee number", "name", "start date", "end date" and other fields and selecting preview, the report only show "employee number", "start date" and "end date".
The rest of the fields in PA0002 is showing BLANKS. I check in backend R/3 and the data is there.
I also tried choosing "Mandt", the field is also showing blank in report preview.
My basis team has done the following:
1. Performing ABAP imports
2. Grant authorisation for crystal report connection
But still the fields above is not showing.
Any clue?

Its clearly the problem with the version of crystal you are using
you have mentioned that you are using crystal 2011 and the ECC is SAP R/3 5.0
Because crystal 2011 is only compatible with latest ECC client like 6.0 and above ...
Solution are :-
1.) you can upgrade the connectivity driver with the ECC
or
2.) you can use 2008 crystal report tool to connect the table , so can find the missing feilds
Please try this and let me know you are able to fix this

Empty Inbox in Mail when created new user.

Comcast made me change the outgoing mail server port to 587. I could not get it to work by just changing my mail account settings. I had to delete the mail account in the preferences pane and recreate the account. Now I can receive mail. However, deleting the user account has resulted in my recreated user having an empty inbox. I was not warned that deleting the original account settings would delete my inbox messages. I have tried importing the messages from my user/library/mail folder but only get the messages from the last week. Where are the messages that are months or more old?
Thanks for your help this is a business account and would cause severe problems if the email can not be recovered.

I have never failed to see a warning message when you remove an account in Mail Preferences/Accounts/Account Information -- are you sure you didn't miss the message?
There should have been no reason to have to create a new account to get Port 587 to work with your Comcast SMTP -- what kept you from simply editing the Outgoing Server settings?
If messages were removed from the POP server when you previously downloaded them, there is no way to recover the messages in the lost Inbox or Sent from the account. If message remained on the server they should have again been downloaded. Btw, emails archived in On My Mac mailboxes you create are not lost when an account is removed.

Login page keeps going to "Create new user account" on login

For about 3 weeks, whenever I log in, the next page I get is nearly always the "Create new user account" page. This happens regardless of whether I wait to let AutoFill enter my user name and password or whether I fill in the correct info myself.
When I click the back button on my browser and finally arrive at the page with the forums list, I'm always registered as logged in. But sometimes I just end up back on the login page with a blank entry box.
How do I get to the forums page without having to get out of the "new user account" page first? (While this isn't a huge problem, it's time-wasting and kind of annoying, and it didn't used to happen.)

I have the same problem. I upgraded to iOS7, entered my usual passcode when prompted in setup, and when I tried to access my iPad after installation was finished it denied my passcode. I can't connect to any internet to erase it or anything because the new iOS hasn't yet been configured to a wifi network, so I can't backup from anything either.
When I connect the iPad to iTunes, it tells me that Find My iPad must be disabled on my iPad before backup or restore can continue - and I can't access anything beyond the lock screen of my iPad at all because it refuses to accept my passcode, so I can't get to Find My iPad.

Cannot select name when creating new DC

It seems I encounter this kind of problems over and over again when dealing with NWDI )-:
In this thread Cannot select vendor when creating new DC I couldn't select vendor.
I installed a new NWDI system (version is 7.18), did all the post installation steps including the configuration of a name server on the SLD but I cannot select "name" and the vendor I entered is not shown (even if enter it manually I cannot select name so it doesn't help - see snapshot).

I did name server config on : http://server:port/dtr/system-tools/administration/NameServerConfiguration
Name prefixes are defined under 'Name Reservation -> Development Component Name' - I used <x.y>/* and <x.y>/tst (x.y is namespace like com.omri).
I updated CMS after setting the name server, restart J2EE and did all kind of voodoo without success.
I use local SLD which is part of the J2EE.
I don't get any error messages (from NWDI/SLD/NWDS).
I don't remember this kind of problem with NWDI on 6.40 versions.
Moreover I installed and configured several systems on 7.12 & 7.13 versions without any problems but with 7.14 & 7.18 I've problem with setting the name server...

Solved it on my own by deleting and creating the track again (with the same settings!!!)
