Cannot log in on my Android Phone

Question

Tried to log on using Skype ID and Microsoft Account, but no avail.  Skype would not allow me to log on at all using my phone today.  I even reset my password thinking that might have been the problem.  
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4
Version: 5.3.0.65524 of Skype on my phone.

These may be fraudulent e-mails which are discussed on the Community's My Account: Security-Privacy-Trust & Safety message board.  Voice mail messages can be listened to in the client software - not via zip files or e-mail links.  Please see the section of the article from the FAQ that I highlighted in orange type.

To listen to your voice messages
If someone has recently left you a message, you will see a notification badge on the Skype icon in the dock and in the Recent section in the sidebar.

In the sidebar, go to the Recentsection and click the contact's name.

In the conversation window, click the Play button next to the message.  
If you can’t hear the message, try turning up the speaker volume on your computer.
After you have listened to a voice message, it is stored locally on your computer (as a .DAT file in ~/Library/Application Support/Skype/<username>/voicemail). This means that you won’t be able to listen to it again if you sign in to Skype on a different computer. To delete a voice message, you will need to delete the .DAT file.
