That error looks to me like you've already downloaded Spotify.  Is this true?
Either it's an error caused when you try to install Spotify, or it's an error triggered when Spotify is already installed.
Please would you explain and describe the steps you have taken to get this far, so people here have a better idea of how to advise you.
