Capture the First Changed Date In actions Infotype In PA30

Hi experts,
I want to find out the date on which the actions record was created. Where can i find this ?.
For ex if i am creating a record on 01.07.2011 with start date 25.06.2011 the change date would be 01.07.2011 in pa0000.
If i change it on 10.07.2011, the change date would be 10.07.2011. I want to capture the date when i actually created it(01.07.2011). I tried the T.code S_AHR_61016380 . But it contains the log of the changes done from the second time.
Can anyone plese help me?
With thanks in advance,
Syed Ibrahim .G

hi prabhu,
thanks for the reply. I tried the function modules and these function modules also return the logs of the data changed .
But i need to get the log of the record when it was created first.
For ex : for actions info type i created a record with start date as 20.09.2011 .When i tried the function module it did not return any values. Then, i changed the record i created for actions info type . now i executed the Fm , now i was getting the log for the data changed and not for created. Can some one throw light on this.
With thanks in advance,
Syed Ibrahim .G

  • How to capture the user change in an input field on a selection screen?

I am coding a selection screen in which there are two input fields. The first field takes a Unix directory from the user input. Based on the input value, the second field will be populated with a the name of a file under the corresponding directory.
My question is how I can make the program capture the user input without having to make the user press ENTER after they enter the value in the first field?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Venkat,
Actually you led me to the real solution! It's the function module DYNP_VALUES_READ that does the trick for me. This function enables the program to capture dynamic user changes without recourse to PAI. Please refer to the code below:

  • Event Structure Freezes Vi After Capturing The First Event

My Event structure catches the first instance of my button press but then it freezes my Vi.  The reason is because of the while loop but I need the while loop to constantly read from a serial port and send data to a serial port. The vi included is stripped down to be just a while loop that does nothing.  I have also tryed putting the event structure in the while loop, but the same thing is happening.
    Any ideas?

Also, put the button inside the event structure where it is acted upon, from LV help (suggest you read the entire events section of help):

You must read the terminal inside the event case for the mechanical action to work correctly. Thanks for the information. But I am unable to see any documents in the table T77CDOC_CUST even though I made some changes to the OM data for a particular object. I see that there is a SWITCH in the above table which needs to be activated..I think in my system it is not active..So could you please let me know how can I activate this?

  • Capturing the DML changes on the source and writing to a temporary table

Am trying to set up a change data capture where both the source and target would be the same database.
like in my case i would like to capture changes from a table schema.xyz in a orcl database and write it to a temp table within the same database. My concern here is , the table schema.xyz is already replicating to a different database on a different server.
Any ideas on how this can be achieved?
I thought of setting up a different extract process and capture the changes and write to the temp table , but not sure if this is manageable.
    Thanks,
    Venky.

Just tap into the existing trail if the change data is already there. There's no need to have a second extract in that case. So ADD REPLICAT and specify the EXTTRAIL the same as the EXTTRAIL for the redo log extract.
OGG won't pick up truncates by default. If the row is gone before the update arrives at the target table then you can use INSERTMISSINGUPDATES. When using this parameter make sure that you add supplemental logging (ADD TRANDATA) for columns that you need but that may not be updated (e.g. target columns with NOT NULL or FK constraints).
    Good luck,
    -joe

  • Query to retrieve data from action infotype based on particular actiontype

    Hi folks,
I need some help in retrieving data from infotype 0000.
The records for a certain employee id (10035532) for action infotype are as follows.. I trying to retireve the LOA action records
       BEGDA-ENDDA-MASSN-MASSG
    1. 04/01/2008 - 12/31/9999 - Z7(RLOA) - 02(FMLA).
    2. 03/01/2008 - 03/31/2008 - ZB - 03.
    3. 02/10/2008 - 02/29/2008 - Z2 - 05
    4. 01/20/2008 - 02/09/2008  - ZB - 07
    5  01/05/2008 - 01/19/2008  - Z5(Paid LOA) - 05(FMLA)
I have to retrieve the Z5 record for this employee. For every Z7 there is a corresponding Z5 record that links to the LOA records, in most cases the Z5 is immediately followed by Z7 record. I am able to retrieve such records successfully. However for few employees like one here the Z5 record is the fourth or fifth record down from the Z7. How can i retrieve the record in such a case?
Also in some cases the date ranges are missing in between, in such cases can we retirieve data succesfully? For ex:
    1. 04/01/2008 - 12/31/9999 - Z7(RLOA) - 02(FMLA).
    2. 03/01/2008 - 03/31/2008 - ZB - 03.
    3. 02/10/2008 -                   - Z2 - 05
    4. 01/20/2008 -                   - ZB - 07
    5  *01/05/2008 - 01/19/2008  - Z5(Paid LOA) - 05(FMLA)
Need some inputs on the query here.
    Thanks in advance,

  • Switch: delay during the first change of children

    Hello,
in my scene graph I use a Switch. This Switch has three children, whereof always one is visible. Depending on the viewing direction, I change the active Child. It works very well, but
there is still alittle problem, when the change between the children is done for the first time. I mean, when i start the program the first child is active. During changing the
viewing direction the second child will become active, in this moment there is a little delay. The same when the third child is activated for the first time. After that the change of
    the children works fluently.
I think in the beginning, the other children have to be loaded in the buffer. How can I do this, before showing my canvas?!
Perhaps you can give me some methods, which I should use, that would it make easier.
    With kind regards
    Gunnar Schroeder

    Hi,
I'm sorry I can't answer your question, but do I understand that you are using the SwitchInterpolator to change the View object of your View graph?
I'm looking to do something like that in my game: top view vs. first person view.
Was it difficult, it is just a matter of adding a SwitchGroup to your View graph?
    Thanks!

Are you going to create a Z table for this ???? ... Is there nobody to advice you in your firm ???
    Hello Keshav,
A couple of years ago i would have recommended using the INDX table, but it has got it's demerits.
Maintenance of Z-table is easier than the INDX table. Say there is some error in the program & you want to override the flag. Will it be easier to do so in the INDX table or via SM30 for the Z-Table?
As a matter-of-fact i will recommend using the solution provided by Florian the TVARVC technique.
    1. Create a parameter(specific to your program) & transport it.(See the trxn STVARV)
    2. In your program check the value of this param & set it accordingly.
Using TVARVC you will 2 birds with one stone:
    1. You don't have to create a custom table.
    2. Easy maintenance via STVARV trxn.
    Hope you get the point!
    Cheers,
    Suhas
PS: In our system we have a Z-table designed specifically for this particular purpose. All the programs having this kind of requirement refer to this table.

    Hi Suresh,
The reason why you are getting this result is because the system is interpreting the DESCENDING only for AEZEIT not for both. Change it to
SORT I_VIAUFKST BY AEDAT DESCENDING AEZEIT DESCENDING
