Carry the account info to the related info
Hello expert,
We have field A,B,C on the account edit page (main screen) where A=B-C
Each time user will update the info in either B or C, and the update is automatically logged under Account > Related Info. Related info will have a full history of the ABC being updated.
Originally we thought to use audit trail but realized it doesn't tie to account. Are there any other way we can solve this issue?
I am very new to siebel ondemand...and really appreciate if you can help me with this.

You can display all the records (Activities with type as Audit) for an Account.
1. Create a new report based on Activity Object.
2. Add Account ID as a prompt in the report.
3. Create a new Account Web Applet. Refer the following the thread
Web Applet - Reporting
4. Add the Web Applet to your layout.

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare(or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan. -
I keep trying to purchase something in the iTunes Store but it comes up with "Your account is temporarily unavailable" "Store unable to access my account info" But I have checked my account info and everything is up to date.
I have some money from a card still on my account that I would like to use.This has been an issue with some users for close to 24 hours now. I've been getting the error for the last 5 or so hours myself.
Having problems is understandable, it happens. and if this is related to the iCloud hack reported yesterday it is good to know Apple is trying to fix the issue.
But it sure would be nice if there was an official statement from Apple concerning this. -
What are the options "alert" and "passes" under my account info?

Passes will list any season passes you have purchased and still have some left to get.
Alerts is to notify you of new music from artists you select.
Go to the artist page in iTunes and scroll to the bottom and click on *Alert me*. -
why is my billing information not being review correctly...like it sayes my apple id has not yet been used in the itune store and it tells me to review my account info but for some reason it doesnt work

I had a MobileMe account before... after upgrading to iOS 5, should I keep my account info under iCloud (settings) AND under mail, contacts and calendars (in Settings as well) or only keep the info under the new iCloud setting section?
That's not the correct port. It should be 993 for incoming.
If you signed into iCloud from the System Preferences, it should automatically create the iCloud account for you in Mail. Sounds like it is an account you already had set up for MMe in Mail.
Open Mail preferences, open the Accounts tab, disable that account in the advanced pane.
Open Sys Prefs, open the iCloud tab, and sign out of iCloud. Then sign back in and see if a new iCloud account is automatically created. -
I am trying to set up a family sharing with a new iMac and other Mac pro computer and other apple products. When I click to manage account and the add a member, I am told to verify the user by entering the security code from the credit card. The card listed is an old one and has since been changed. I updated the info on my apple account, but it is not getting to the iCloud for the family sharing. The number shown is the old card. When I enter a code it says invalid. How long does it take for the info to udate to all systems?

Happy Holidays! The resource below explains how to edit the credit card information for the Apple ID account that you want to use for Family Sharing. Once you've made the changes, I would suggest you sign out of your iTunes Store on all of your devices, and then restart them. The changes should take place quickly. Click to open your account in iTunes. (You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.)
Alternatively, you can:
Open iTunes.
Click iTunes Store.
Click Sign In and enter your Apple ID.
Click your Apple ID and select Account Info.
From the Account Information page, click Edit to the right of Payment Type.
You can see the payment methods that the iTunes Store accepts in the Payment Type section. If you want to remove the payment method, select None in the Payment Type section. See what to do if None isn't showing or you can't select it.
Change your information and click Done.
After you change your payment information, the iTunes Store places an authorization hold on your credit card.
Family Sharing
If you’re using Family Sharing, and you're the family organizer, you can’t set your payment information to None. You need to use a credit card or debit card. Only the Family Organizer can edit payment information for a family group. If you're not the organizer, you'll see this message: "The payment method for your Family is managed by [Apple ID]."

If you change your payment method, make sure your account information matches the credit card information on file with your financial institution.
If you use an AOL screen name to sign in to the iTunes Store, editing your information on the Account Information page won't update your AOL account. If you need to update your AOL account information, contact AOL.
If your previous payment wasn't accepted, you might need to change your payment information.

You want to uise the newer account with the iPad?
Settings > Store.
Tap account, sign out then sign in with the account you want. -

I transferred a movie from a digital copy to iTunes and tapped Hide by mistake in the Downloads. How do I unhide the movie? It said to do this in account info, how do I do this on the iPhone or computer?
The movie is from iTunes. You would think that a download from iTunes to a MacBook could be watched on an HDTV using Apple TV without any headaches bit this does not appear to be the case.

How do I make Mail remove junk/deleted messages from the server? The only option tht works for me now is the "Remove from server" button at Account Info > Messages on server. What am I doing wrong?
Mail > Preferences… > Accounts > Advanced > Remove copy from server after retrieving a message

When I try to access Mail I get the following message "Cannot Get Mail. The mail server is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail Settings". I have entered the correct account details and even deleted them and re-entered them but to no avail, Help.
Try deleting the email account and readding it in the "other" tab instead of Yahoo/gmail, etc

My sister has given me an old iPod touch 2 I think it is and after resetting the account info to mine the content was wiped and can not load any games now as it runs 3.1.3 and there all saying they need iOS 5 how can I update it to this
I suspect you have the original, 1G iPod touch. Those can only go as high as iOS 3.1.3,
If y ohave a 2G those can go as high as 4.2.1

Write formula on custom object the related info fields
Hello,
We have a custom object attached to service request as related info. We don't use fields appear under the related info, which are quick search 1, 2. Would it be possible we write a syntax to their default value so they will copy from other fields of the same custom object?
for example, i tried to wrote the default value of quick search 1 as
" [<Type>] ", but it didn't work. :P

You don't need any account info to buy roaming data when you are abroad, simply turn on data roaming and start browsing the net as normal. You will automatically be directed to the EE data roaming add-on page.
EE automatically detects your mobile number and account info and charges your account accordingly.
Do be aware that if you are in pay monthly, you don't see data roaming add-on charges until your next bill is issued.
