CAT2 Profile for putting limit in time update

Hi all
I was asked for a requirement in CAT2 which said "User can only update time data in CAT2 for last two weeks from current date beyond that they should not be allowed to update " to accomplish this do i need to ask abper to write code or i can achive this by SPRO setting.

Hi Subrat,
In CAC1 T.code select your data entry profile under time settings you can see two options i.e. Lower limit relative and Upper limit relative there you can specify number. As per your requirement you have to maintain 2 in both the places. So that employee cannot go back not more then 2 weeks.
But you have some limitation here-
In CAT2 initial screen if employee select one month back data and click on time sheet entry then system will allow to book time sheet. So to aviod that situation you have to implement some user exit.
Logic for user exit should be like this -
Select employee payroll area and check the current payroll period, if the time sheet entry date is older then two weeks of control record date then through error else proceed. Better you to discuss with developer for best results.

Apple has just released an Over the Air update for the iPhone 5. It seems to only provide an updated audio profile for the speaker phone. Nothing else listed in the change log.
I would assume that there will be an iTunes downloadable update available shortly.

It obviously is because you didnt understand. The iphone 4's last update to IOS 6.1.3 in some cases caused the phones speakers to not work (in which this happened to mine and a few people I know) which some people got rid of their phones. HENCE the AUDIO UPDATE that they recently posted but only iPhone 5 can download the update. That is my problem. I have alot of apple products diesel vdub and have had apple for a long time but I can't seem to understand why they would do this and I posted this in hopes to find more people that have had this issue and if they did anything to help fix it this issue. Thank you for your concern though.

Follow this steps without back end config may be your issue may resolve partially?
Step 1: Use transaction code CAC1 to create the Data entry profile
Step 2: To Control the time sheet entry screen with Data entry profile use transaction code CAC2 .
Step 3: Posting time sheet document with transaction code CAT2
Step 4: Transfer working hours cost to Internal order with transaction code CATA

Capturing change code/Reason code in CAT2 transaction for time change

Wanted your suggestion and expertise in a solution where in CAT2 if a user changes the time/wbs element/tax area/work type he should be forced to put the reason code for change. The change event would populate/capture the change code, reason for change at cell level in CAT2

The following enhancements are required to achieve the new pop up window functionality:
1.     A new customer field should be added to the CATS time entry screen in the CATSDB.
2.     A new check table should be created in CATSDB containing the allowable drop down entries for the new field.
Customer fields are inserted into the CI_CATSDB structure. This structure is contained in the database table for the Time Sheet (CATSDB).
Steps:
1. Create a customer project using the SAP enhancement CATS0005.
2. On the initial project administration screen, select the Enhancement components field and choose Change.
3. Select the entry CI_CATSDB and choose Edit -> Components.
4. Create the structure CI_CATSDB.
5. Insert the new field to the Time Sheet database table into the structure.
    Select the data dictionary type CHAR
6. Check and save the structure.
7. Activate the structure.
8. In the Cross Application > Time sheet section of the IMG Choose Make field assignment.
9. Assign the new field to the view.
10. Assign a number from 1 - 10 specify the name of the field, u201CChange Reasonu201D.

Because you can only synce with one iTunes library and you are switching libries by using the new computer. To nake this yyour syncing computer:
- Move all the media(apps, music, synced video and photos etc) to the new computer.
- Connect the iPofd yo the computer and bake a backup fo the iPod by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup.
Note that the backup that iTunes makes doe not include media.

You can not change the date of birth on the account. Apple makes that clear up front when the account is created.
The only way to "fix" this is going to be for him to create a new account with the correct information. Any apps purchased with the old one will need to be re-purchased with the new account. They can not be transferred.

Looking for the block CD Generate Time Profiles for MPC simulation.vi

Hello everyone!!! I am trying to implement MPC in LabVIEW. I have downloaded certain codes which shows the implementation. My question is in those codes i see a block named as CD Generate Time Profiles for MPC simulation.vi. I tried finding a lot for that block but i could not... Can anyone help me out with the problem (exactly under which section will i get that block) or can anyone tell me how do i give the set point profile for the MPC simulation problem???

Time updation for Support desk message and business calender working hours

Hi Experts,
I would like to know how to set the time updation of Support desk message in CRM_DNO_MONITOR. After i receive a new message in it, I can see the from timing and to timing (even after changing the status of message) as 00:00:00. Is there any standard job to automatically update the timing of message?
Also i would like to know, how to set the working hours for various days. Lets say i want to set my business hours for Monday from 10am to 6pm and for Tuesday as 9am to 5pm.
Suitable points will be rewarded.

Hi,
The reason is "created by me" selects the role "Creator" of a message/notification.
There are three roles "Creator", "Contact" or "Reporter" and "Responsible" or "Processor".
The creator is identified by his user name and the others by their BP-ID.
Therefore using the report "created by me" does not work if your users are defined for BPgen only.
That it works you have additionally to define in BP the role "BUP003 - Employee".
You find in the transaction BP for "BUP003 - Employee" in the tab "identfication" a field "User Name".
If you enter the User-ID the user has in the Solution Manager then it works.

ISE: time profile for authenticated usergroup access

I would like to setup a session condition like what ACS can do. This is using for the user after authentication, then they were authorize with the time allotment profile for them to accessing the resources on the network.
Can i do this over ISE, beside guest manamgent > sponsor group's time profile?
What if current ISE not ready for this, how's the high level design would be for time profile for usergroup access look like?
Example
a. trusted full time employee, accessbile 24x7x365
b. not confirm, internship employee, with only accessbile right of 8x5 per day

Thanks for the reply, but I'm really seeking the feature of prevent multiple self registration for the same user, and I don't think that it is available right now.
The only working idea here is blocking the MAC address for the machine doing the registration because everytime the user will be able to register with new email address or mobile phone.
Also one feature can be interested here, that the user can do self registration with Phone mandatory so the ISE will send SMS to the user with the credentails to use.

Everytime I open Itunes, I have to I have to put in a password for my podcast every time to download it? This started with the last iTunes and has continued. Does anyone know a work around?

Hi Lawrence. I'll go through the process. I click on SMTP under outgoing mail server. My primary server, smpt.aol.com is on. The next screen says server, which is on, then underneath that is the outgoing mail server. Everything under that heading is greyed out, which includes the host name, my user name, password (which says optional), user ssl (which is on), authentication, then server port 587. I need to change my password where it says optional, but it is all greyed out and won't allow me to do so. Thanks very much for your help!
