Cataloge No. Error

Hello Experts..
We are using BP Catalog No. in our marketing forms and also using approval procedure.
Purchase orders first send for approval and after Manager's approval P.O's add.
But very often after approval error occures and block adding that particular P.O. :-
[Purchase Order - Rows - Customer/Vendor Cat. No.][line: 1] , 'Linked value 250-856 does not exist'  [Message 3504-5]
And after this msg every time we have to make new P.O.
what is the reason behind that?
Plz help.
Regards,
Ravi

Hi Rahul..
Thanks for reply.
Yes,  may be there some bp cat no. has been deleted which has already used in some transactions.
What is the solution for that?

Ravi

  • ATG catalog export error in startSQLRepository

    Hi,
    I want to export the catalog data from atg production. I followed the steps as below.
    1. create FakeXADatasource.properties file in C:\ATG\ATG10.1.1\home\localconfig\atg\dynamo\service\jdbc. (There is mysql user named atguser with password atg123$)
    $class=atg.service.jdbc.FakeXADataSource
    URL=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/prod_lo
    user=atguser
    password=atg123$
    driver=com.mysql.jdbc.Driver
    2. change JTDataSource.properties as below.
    $class=atg.service.jdbc.MonitoredDataSource
    dataSource=/atg/dynamo/service/jdbc/FakeXADataSource
    transactionManager=/atg/dynamo/transaction/TransactionManager
    loggingSQLInfo=false
    min=10
    maxFree=-1
    loggingSQLError=false
    blocking=true
    loggingSQLWarning=false
    max=10
    loggingSQLDebug=false
    3. then run the "startSQLRepository.bat -m Store.Storefront -export all catalogExport.xml -repository /atg/commerce/catalog/ProductCatalog" command.
    but while it processing it gives below error. Anyone know the reason or how to do a complete catalog export? (I have remove the last part of the error log because it exceeds the maximum length of 30000 characters. )
    ./startSQLRepository -m Store.Storefront -export all catalogExport.xml -repository /atg/commerce/catalog/ProductCatalog
    ARGS: args = -m Store.Storefront -export all catalogExport.xml -repository /atg/commerce/catalog/ProductCatalog

  • SRM MDM Catalog (Subscreen Error)

    Hi,
    I am facing an issue with the SRM MDM catalog.
    We are currently implementing SRM-MDM catalog 1.0 SP1 Patch01 HF1.
    Our MDM server version is MDM 5.5 SP5 Patch02 HF1.
    The steps while creating a Shopping Cart are as follows:
    -     Log into SRM Shopping Screen.
    -     Select the SRM MDM Catalog
    -     Inside the SRM MDM catalog select an item and click on the shopping basket to add the item to the shopping cart.
    -     Once I click on the shopping basket we are getting the below error
    <b>Error when processing your request</b>
    What has happened?
    The URL http://mb1es1001.idcsap.com:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpsc01/ was not called due to an error.
    Note
    The following error text was processed in the system <b>SR6 : Subscreen not found</b>
    The error occurred on the application server MB1ES1001_SR6_00 and in the work process 1 .
    The termination type was: ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE
    The ABAP call stack was:

    What can I do?
    If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system SR6 in transaction ST22.
    If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server MB1ES1001_SR6_00 in transaction SM21.
    If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 1 in transaction ST11 on the application server MB1ES1001_SR6_00 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.
    If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

    Hi
    <b>Check the SAP Note 967088 and download the configuration guide from SAP official website (SAP Marketplace - OSS Login required). Did you raised any message with SAP as well on this yet. If not, please do the same for faster processing of your query.</b>
    <u>Please check what all error logs appear in SLG1 and RZ10 and RZ20 transactions in this case.</u>
    Which SRM/CCM/MDM versions, support packs are you using ?
    FYI, Catalog names are case sensitive.

  • Can't Import Catalog - Unknown Error

    Is this still a known bug without a solution?
    I have LR3 on a MacBook Pro Snow Leopard and on a PC Desktiop Win XP Pro SP3.  I exported a catalog from the laptop to an external hard drive and then attempted to import it to the desktop and kept getting the dreaded Can't Import Catalog - Unknown Error message.
    I don't have an issue with LR Beta because i didn't use it; I just upgraded v2.6 installations on both machines to LR3.
    I like LR3 but I've got to be able to get the image files and the LR work I've done on them from my laptop to my desktop and an Unknown Error is not what I need. Am I going to have to wait for the first dot release to be able to do this?
    --Bob

    Well, I just got off the phone with Adobe Technical Support and I am extremely frustrated
    Support: Since you are working cross-platform (from a Mac laptop via an external hard drive and then to a Win XP desktop) we can only say that sometimes it will work and sometimes it will not.
    Me: Huh?  It worked perfectly in LR 2.6.
    Support:  I am sorry.  That is all I can tell you.
    Me: That really ruins my month.  I've got thousands of edited images on my laptop from a 3 week trip to SE Asia and now I can't move the catalog to my desktop?  Give me a break!!
    Support:  You can copy the image files to your desktop.
    Me: Without the accompanying adjustments?
    Support:  Yes.  Sorry.
    Me:  Me too.
    Anyone have a better idea?  I've filed a bug report.....

  • Catalog Service Error

    Hello everybody,
    On our development system a user with normal privilegs get a Fatal Error "Invalid Assignment Target: [SQL_Query.Param.1]" but a user with development rights doesn't get this error.
    I set the rights similar to the productive system where the error doesn't occure.
    In the NetWeaver-Logs I see a "Catalog Service Error" right before a lot of "Invalid Assignment Errors". But I don't know which privilege is missing.
    Can somebody help me, please?
    Note:
    Produktive System: MII 12.0 SP7
    Development System: MII 12.0 SP8
    Thank you.

  • CATALOG UNAVAILABLE ERROR

    Hi all,
    For catalog unavailable error .solution 5 is specified as
    UIU in indexed catalog variant to be set to active . can any one specify the patch.
    Thanks,
    Nagesh

    Hi Nagesh!
    Have you checked before to have correctly created the catalog variant for the sales organization of the User you are trying to access the shop with? basically the user is linked to a sold-to party, on which the sales organization will be determined in order to access the shop (performing the check against the catalog variant settings). If you want to check the catalog indexing status please check the SRMO tcode.

  • Catalog PO errors out

    Hi All,
    After approval of SC which has catalog items,the Purchase order is erroring out in process.
    This is not the case for all Catalog based Shopping carts.Some Catalog  PO's are succesfully created and some catalog PO's are erroring out.
    Checked with RZ20 error log and it was not of much help.
    Have tried debugging FM bbp_pd_sc_transfer and at times encounter a java error:java debugging on backend ***** is waiting for port 8002.
    Kindly advise on how to proceed further and identify the reason behind Catalog PO's erroring out.
    Thanks,
    Supriya

    The rz20 error log for two catalog po's are:
    No instance of object type Purchase order has been created.
    Purchase order still contains faulty items.
    Enter quantity,value or percentage for account assignment.
    Enter g/l account.
    sum of quantities >16 <larger than total quantity
    enter g/l account
    we are using extended classic scenario.
    I have used the same product category,acount assignment and g/l account for regular SC and po got created successfully.
    Please advise.

  • SRM Catalog Transfer Error

    We have just finished installing SRM 7.0 ABAP (AIX/Oracle/NW 7.0 EhP 1) on one server, SRM 7.0 Java (same config) and SRM-MDM (3.0) on another server.
    The servers talk fine. We're using ABAP for UME, we've done all of the configuration in the SRM-MDM catalog config guide and the SRM config guide.
    We have a test user, set up to be able to see the catalog and shop. When logged in as this test user, we go to Employee Self-Service, Shop and click on a catalog to search. The catalog items are displayed on the screen.
    When we try to transfer items to the shopping cart, we receive an error:
    "Unit not transferred and cannot be determined
    Incomplete items in catalog. Only complete items were transferred."
    There is nothing in the J2EE logs, or MDM logs. No short dumps, nothing in the System log on the ABAP side.
    Can anyone think of any place else to look?

    Log into your MDM_SRM_UI_App, check your OCI setting and find out which field in MDM is mapped to you order unit. And check MDM catalog manager to find out whether or not you are sending this value.
    If this check is fine, check the uom has a correct ISO code in SRM and the primary iso code check box is checked. I am sure the first check should solve your problem
    Thanks
    Padhi

  • Catalog mapping error- with large entries

    Hello,
    When the catalog containing around 4000 items was uploaded, I received the error
    The exception occurred (program: /CCM/CL_MAPPING_MANAGER=======CP, include /CCM/CL_MAPPING_MANAGER=======CM00P, line: 465)
    However when the same catalog is getting uploaded when the catalog was split into two and then uploaded. Also the catalog with this large entries is getting uploaded in test system.
    Can anyone help me figure out the problem for mapping exception, and let me know if something can be done?
    Thanks!
    Swetha

    Hi Swetha,
    In my opinion this may be due to a timeout in mapping process. Which CCM SP level are you running?.
    Have you had a look to the SAP Note 926007?.
    I hope this help.
    Best Regards

  • Punch out catalog displays Error screen when template SC is used using item

    Hi,
    We use a punch out catalogs for certain vendors.
    For reordering same types of material our users have created template shopping carts for punch out catalog items. When users are trying to create SC from those template SCs the screen ends up in error in the vendor's catalog screen.
    There are no data related issues involved here. The same material can be ordered from catalogs without using template SCs.
    Is there any configs to be done in SRM side to make it work or the vendor catalog site has to make certain settings at their end ?
    Please advise.

    Hi,
    OCI has following functions.
    + OCI normal transfer - transfer items after user search
    + OCI validation - transfer items in background when catalog items are copied from SC
    + OCI detail - display the specific item detail in catalog when detail icon is selected in SC
    + OCI cross catalog search - background item search
