Chagne in value of Serverice PR

hi,
I want to change the price of service activity in PR but system is not allowing to do so because PO has been made from that PR, what to do to change the price of service PR
Regards
Kalpesh

Hi,
system does not allow to change the price in service pr after u save the pr and make one PO.
U need to change the pr value in two cases.
1- u need to reduce the value in pr. which is not required, as u made the po, the commitment is on account of PO, if u want to make it zero, then make the po value 1 rs in the limit.
2- If u want to need increase the value of pr, for making a new PO, then no need to increase the service pr value,rather increase the budget for that particular wbs element, and try to create the PO against the same pr, system will now accept as it ll chk the budget against the WBS rather the service PR value.
Hope it will help u.

  • BI 7 list of variable values not shown in chagne variable values option.

    Hi,
    In BI7 queries i face a problem like the first time you execute a query it asks for selection options ,then the next time if we want to change the variables we have a option "change variable values" in the menu bar to change it,but unlike BW 3.5 it is not showing the entire list of values it shows only the history or the present values we choose,this restricts from selecting any desired values from the list.
    Is there any way to resolve this problem,your suggestions will be really helpful.
    Thanks,
    G.Monica Roja Flora.

    After you click on the box in the variable selection screen you will get another window "Select Values for XXXX". In the first box you will have a drop down box which will show "History", Favorites", "Single Values" & "Value rabges". Then in the bottom right there is a button "More" when you click on it it will open to show the selections already made.
    Hope this helps.

  • Scrollable cluster arrays as control, writing programmatically at the same time?

    I would like to have a cluster array (just an example, you may suggest better solution), where each row (cluster-element) contains signal selection from combobox, and its value and unit.
    I would like to have a signal list, where in each row, I can select which signal I want to show e.g. "motor speed", "motor torque", "motor power". And when signals are selected, the value of the
    signals are automatically updated elsewhere. So basicly, I want to select which signals I monitor, and then watch them change over time. I use single cluster array because I want it to be scrollable. The problem is:
    * let's say I have one row in the array. Then I add a row by editing the control in the GUI (now the array control has size 2).
    * I have property node (write: array control -> value) to update the values and units in my software.
    * I use array control output as the input in the subVI where I read my selections and write updated signal values.
    * It can happen that I use that array control output when it still has size 1, and while I have added the second element, the software updates the control, and overwrites my new element addition.
    So, I run into writing conflict. Only single user, just this problem. How should I avoid this?
    (e.g. how can I know that user is not interacting with the control, so that I can update its value and unit fields)

    First suggestion is to post the code you have.
    But that being said what you want to do can be done.  I think the problem you are having is a race condition between the user and the software.  Where the user chagnes the value and the software changes it back.  I suggest reading the value of the control and replacing its value but keep the signal names the user entered, then write that back to the control.
    Another suggestion is to have two separate arrays, one that is signal selection, and one is values.  Then you only need to update the values table with the new data and the signal names never get overwritten.  You'll likely want to couple the two arrays so when one index value changes the other changes with it.  This can be done with an independent scrollbar control.

  • Drop down values for table in a view not getting populated dynamically

    Hi Experts,
    The problem which i am facing is as follows
    In an existing web dynpro component , i already have a view and it consists of table which has 3 columns.All the three columns are non editable
    MATERIAL     MAT_DESC     MAT_DEL_FLAG
    ABC
    EFG
    HIJ
    Now i need to add 2 more columns after the MAT_DEL_FLAG.These two PLANt and STORAGE LOCATION columns must have drop down values
    The context refers to a standard Database ZTABLE to which these two fields are added.
    MATERIAL     MAT_DESC     MAT_DEL_FLAG     PLANT     STORAGE_LOCATION
    ABC
    EFG
    HIJ
    The Plant column must have the drop down values based on Material .
    If we select some value for Plant , then based on the value of plant the storage location drop down values must be populated.
    So as per this logic , the drop down values for plant for each row must be different.
    Please let me know how to achieve this.
    This is a normal table and not an ALV table.
    Also please let me know whether the drop down field must be drop down by key or drop down by index.
    This is very urgent.
    Thanks in advance
    Sindhu

    Refreshing things again for you -
    1. As I have already pointed, create 2 context attributes for VALUESETS for both plant and St.loc.
    2. Create dropdown by indexes for both of them, assign valusets to respective attributes using node information.
    3. Go to the plant dropdown and create the action for it ONSELECT event - when you chagne the dropdown of plant then populate the respective storage loc.
    4.Now, As you are selecting a row (leadselect) you have populated the plant and loc details....write the code for lead selection event of the table
    You will get the lead selection index right using node interface (IF_WD_CONTEXT_NODE)
    LOOP AT ITAB INTO WA_ITAB.
    if sy-tabix eq lv_lead_index.
    clear wa_valuset.
    wa_valueset-key = 'X'.   "plant
    wa_valueset-value = 'X'.
    append wa_valueset to it_valueset1.
    * popultae the storage location valuset based on the plant selected (bydefault it is 1 right in dropdown)
    clear wa_valuset.
    wa_valueset-key = 'XX'.   "storage loc
    wa_valueset-value = 'XY'.
    append wa_valueset to it_valueset2.
    else.
    * Fill the valusets for all other rows as different or as per your requirement.
    endif.
    wa_itab-valuset1 = lt_valueset1.
    wa_itab-valuset2 = lt_valueset2.
    modify itab from wa_itab transporting valuset1 valuset2.
    clear wa_itab.
    ENDLOOP.
    lo_node->bind_table ( it_tab).
    Now for that Row, if a plant value is changed, respective storgae loc has to be filled right...then in that ONSELECT of plnat drodpwon again you need to write a piece of code...using the same code with a little modifications.
    Hope this is clear.
    Check this article on the same - but here ALV is used...the concept is same  use it for your table -
    http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/d0cbdde3-fe58-2c10-fcbc-8db18e693877?QuickLink=index&overridelayout=true
    the above code you hvae pasted  - i think it fills only for the 1st time....

  • Get all values from request.getParameter

    In ASP, I can do something like that...
    For each item in Request.Form
    Response.write "Name is:" & item & " value is:" & Request(item)
    Next
    How about in JSP? How do i get the names and values of the form using a loop?

    You can use request.getParameterNames() which will return an enumeration, then you can iterate through the enumeration and use request.getParameterValue(String paramName) method to get the values.

    Change:
    resB=`grep '3 fields found: CLUSTER_CD, PRODUCT_DESC, TEAM_CD,' BCVP_Main_Loader.qvw.log | awk '{print $10}'`
    to this:
    resB=`grep '3 fields found: CLUSTER_CD, PRODUCT_DESC, TEAM_CD,' BCVP_Main_Loader.qvw.log | awk '{print $10}' | tr -d ,`
    to drop the comma. Or you could do it in awk(1):
    resB=`grep '3 fields found: CLUSTER_CD, PRODUCT_DESC, TEAM_CD,' BCVP_Main_Loader.qvw.log | awk '{ gsub( /,/, "", $10 ); print $10}'`
    Or you could to it all in awk(1):
    resB=`awk '
    /3 fields found: CLUSTER_CD, PRODUCT_DESC, TEAM_CD/ {
    gsub( /,/, "", $10 )
    print $10
    ' BCVP_Main_Loader.qvw.log`
    (This example was not tested, it's just for a model.)
    Someone more of an SQL guru than I can probably tell you how to change your numeric locale to avoid presenting those commas in the first place and avoid the problem.

  • Issue in Creation of new Value Field in CO-PA

    Hi,
    I have a query in CO-PA Value Field Linking.
    In my Development Client,
    1. Created a New Value Field (No Transport Request Generated)
    2. Linked to the above to new Conditon type created in SD. (Tranport request was generated) i.e. in Flow of Actual Values->Transfer of Billing Documents->Assign Value Fields
    However then i try creating a new Value Field in my Production Client it throws a message 'You have no authorization to change Fields".
    Is this an issue with authorization or i need to transport the Value field too from Development to Production client.
    Please Advise.
    Thanks in Advance,

    Thanks Phaneendra for the response.
    The creation of Value field did not create any tranportation request. Will this too be transported if i transport the Operating Concern.

    Hi Team
    I want the SQl query to get the data for the following comparison : -

    WHERE   ord_dtl.submit_dt  >= TRUNC (SYSDATE) - (6 / 24)
    AND     ord_dtl.submit_dt  <  TRUNC (SYSDATE) + (8 / 24)
    So can i use the below format : -
    ord_dtl.submit_dt BETWEEN trunc(sysdate)-(6/24) and trunc(sysdate)+(7.59/24) . Please suggest . .59 hours is .59 * 60 * 60 = 2124 seconds (or .59 * 60 = 35.4 minutes), so the last time included in the range above is 07:35:24, not 07:59:59.
    If you really, really want to use BETWEEN (which includes both end points), then you could do it with date arithmentic:
    WHERE   ord_dtl.submit_dt  BETWEEN  TRUNC (SYSDATE) - (6 / 24)
                      AND         TRUNC (SYSDATE) + (8 / 24)
                                               - (1 / (24 * 60 * 60))but it would be simpler and less error prone to use INTERVALs, as Karthick suggested earlier:
    WHERE   ord_dtl.submit_dt  BETWEEN  TRUNC (SYSDATE) - INTERVAL '6' HOUR
                      AND         TRUNC (SYSDATE) + INTERVAL '8' HOUR

    This will return the name of the plant.
    .getExtensionField("PLANT").get().getDisplayName(session);
    Check if this returns the product category
    collectionbean.getExtensionField("ITEM_CAT").get().getDisplayName();
    This will Return the Price
    collectionbean.getExtensionField("PRICE").get().getPrice();
    (return type :BigDecimal)
    This will return the currency
    collectionbean.getExtensionField("PRICE").get().getCurrency;
    (Return type:String)
    Similarly to retrieve other fields for which there are no standard functions, use .getExtensionField("Field ID")
    Hope this helps
