Change date in po history

how to get on which date document item was change in purchase order?
Rupali

Hi,
If you just want the last change date for a PO item then you can directly use AEDAT field of EKPO table. That will give you the Purchasing document item change date.
But in case you want to track the changes for that item then you have  to use CDHDR and CDPOS tables.
The object class (CDHDR-OBJECTCLAS) has to be passed as EINKBELEG and the object id (CDHDR-OBJECTID) has to be the purchase order number. Using these object ids you can check the item changes in CDPOS.
Thanks.

  • How to change data in decision table using excel file in operating system?

    Hello, BRF Experts
I now brf + for the first time in the current project is being developed.
Now, project has been facing a big problem.
Develop system that was developed in the history of decision table in the operating system can be used to update excel file, etc. I do not know whether.
So, I was tested, but can not change data in decision table.
[ error message : system is not change allowed ].
The operating system itself to the current system setting is immutable and check it
: changes and transports for client-specific object -> no changed allowed
: cross-client object changes -> no changes to repository and cross-client customizing object.
Decision table in the operating system can update the details if I want to know what to do.
Maintenance view can be modified in the operating system as a decision table, I wonder if you can create a view.

    Hi ,
Exchanging data with Microsoft Excel is done with the help of the XML-based file format (file extension .XSLX) introduced with Microsoft Excel 2007. If you are using an older version of Microsoft Office, you can download the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack to upgrade the supported file formats from the Microsoft Download Center ([Exchanging Decision Table Data With Microsoft Excel |http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=941b3470-3ae9-4aee-8f43-c6bb74cd1466]). Once you have downloaded the Compatibility Pack, you have to install it on every workstation that has an older version of Microsoft Office installed.

  • How to get changed data in SAP HR !

    Hi Gurus,
I got a new project of HR and now I am  stuck at one place. Please help me where I can find out the change history of HR master records.I have done all my research and I found CDHDR / CDPOS which didn't maintained these data.I got PCL4 table which is HR cluster table but it also didn't show me the changed data. Is there any specific table / report where I can get old and new records or so.
    Each reply is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Digamber

    Check program RPUAUD00 .
Change pointers log data only on selected infotypes in order not to overload system. PCL4 is also selective in this respect but I am not sure about that, so you need to look for futher info in this regard.

  • Purchasing document item change date

    Hi GUrus,
Could some one please explain me what is purchasing document item change date. while checking item changes for one PO i am getting this. it is showing one old value and one new value. only i wanted to know where is that date in side a PO.
    Thanks
    Sha

    Hello ,
When you go to item level changes , sap shows the change history for that particular line items .
So it will show all the values which is been changed . In terms of date , the old date is the date at which the line item must have been creaated or changed and the new date is the last change date by the user .
For e.g .if the line item is changed multiple times , then it will show with respect to each date the change history . For better viewing and understanding you can sort the changes by date & find out what was the last change details .
    Hope its clear .

  • Time/Date stamp in History panel

It would be useful if Lightroom would show the entries in the history panel along with the date/time they were made. Then, I can see if I recently updated the file or if they are old edits. (yeah, I could look at the mod date on the xmp...)

+1 vote - as an option. It would look mighty busy if date/time was always shown for every little twist, but it would be useful for those times when you gotta wonder when these edits were made. XMP last-mod date is not very helpful since XMP can be is re-written even when nothing changes, and anyway dates don't accompany individual changes. Note: Export history items already include a date-timestamp. Might as well toss this option in for metadata changes too, although less important than for edit changes...

  • Track production order ststes histry (Status change date, time, user)

I want to track a production order status change history. Status change date, user name and status. Appreciate if somebody can give me a T Code, SAP report or a table.

    HI,
You can see the the date, time and user for the status changes by following the menu path given by Mr. Mangalraj.
However if you cant see them, then check the T Code OPL8 (for PP and COR4 for PI), implementation tab. Tick the check boxes for for Status Change Documents as your choice (for header, operations etc).
After checking these boxes you will be able to see the status change details.
    Hope that helps.

  • Table for Function modules - Changed date & Changed by.

    Hi Experts,
Help me to get Function module changed date & changed by.
For programs we can get the mentained information in TABLE : TADIR.

Function Modules change history can be retrieved from table TRDIR.
Function Module stores a program Include in table TRDIR.
The details of the Function Module can be found in Attributes-->general data tab in the Function Module.
You need to pass the Include which correponds the FM.
Hence you can find the Log changes.
    Hope this helps.

  • Project Status Change Date

    Hi!
I wolud like to see the Project Status Changed dates. Which data base table I need to refer?
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,

It is not given in any standard report/ table, you need to develop some report and that also may not be straight forward to get it.  But the same you can get in  any PS structure maintenance T Code say Cj20n  >Open that WBS> Keep cursor on it> Click on bule I Icon which get displyed on right hand pan > click on first left menu here you will get all the change history.
    With regards

  • Last change date and time of Reservation Record

    Hi All,
I have a requirement to find out the last changed date / time of a reservation (table - RESB). I was not able to find any change document object for reservation. Please let me know what I can do for this.

    Hi Mitrajit,
You can find the change history for any Data element from CDHDR and CDPOS, if for that data element Change Document is enables.
If you check SBTER in SE11 unser tab Further Characteristics, there is one chekc box 'Chnage Document'.
If you tich this checkbox, a change entry will be populate in CDHDR and CDPOS Table.
Check Table DBTABLOG if its maintan the chnage entry for SBTER.
    Thanks

  • Data from the History tab in Service Manager

  • BOM change dates

    Hello!
I'm writing a function that is searching for parts of a model in the BOM. I'm saving the result to buffer table, so I need to find all dates of BOM changes (at all levels). For example:
    <i>01.06.2006</i> -> BOM created
    <i>07.06.2006</i> -> material A added at level 4
    <i>14.06.2006</i> -> material added at level 3
    <i>26.07.2006</i> -> material deleted at level 1
    <i>30.01.2007</i> -> material A replaced by B at level 4
We are using change numbers to keep the history...
I don't need to know what happend, I want to find out the dates of changes.
Is it possible to find out these dates quickly, without exploding the whole BOM?
    ThanX!
    (SAP 4.6B)

I finished that function. The main logic is this recursively called form. You should call this form by importing the highest level material:
    CONSTANTS:
               c_stlan TYPE mast-stlan VALUE '1',    " BOM for production
               c_stlal TYPE mast-stlal VALUE '01',   " Default alternative
               c_stlal TYPE mast-stlal VALUE '01'.   " Default alternative
    TYPES: BEGIN OF t_datuv_search,
             datuv LIKE stpo-datuv,
           END OF t_datuv_search.
    TYPES: BEGIN OF t_datma_search,
             matnr LIKE mast-matnr,
             datuv LIKE stpo-datuv,
           END OF t_datma_search.
FORM get_dates USING matnr werks stlal.
DATA: now TYPE t_datma_search OCCURS 20 WITH HEADER LINE.
      SELECT b~idnrk b~datuv
FROM mast AS a JOIN stpo AS b
          ON b~stlnr EQ a~stlnr
        INTO TABLE now
       WHERE a~matnr EQ matnr
         AND a~werks EQ werks
         AND a~stlan EQ c_stlan
         AND a~stlal EQ stlal
         AND b~stlty EQ c_stlty.
      LOOP AT now.
        MOVE: now-datuv TO datuv_search-datuv.
        COLLECT datuv_search.
        PERFORM get_dates USING now-matnr werks c_stlal.
      ENDLOOP.
    ENDFORM.
This form will fill the <b>datuv_search</b> table. This table will contain all change dates...

    how to get changed data?
Edited by: Ki-Joon Seo on Dec 27, 2007 6:04 AM

    Hi,
To get only the changed data in the ALV grid of a WD, you need to capture the "ON_DATA_CHECK" of the ALV grid.
To this please do the following in the ALV initialization of the ALV table settings :
        lr_table_settings->set_data_check(
                IF_SALV_WD_C_TABLE_SETTINGS=>DATA_CHECK_ON_CELL_EVENT ).
    You may also do this:
        lr_table_settings->set_data_check(            IF_SALV_WD_C_TABLE_SETTINGS=>DATA_CHECK_ON_CHECK_EVENT)
The above two ways would depend on when do you need to check for the changed data. If you want to check the data as soon as it is entered, then use the first method. Else, use the second method.
You need to register an EVENT HANDLER for this event.(You may do this in your VIEW or Component Controller).
In this Event handler, you would find an importing parameter R_PARAM which is a ref type of      IF_SALV_WD_TABLE_DATA_CHECK.
The attribute T_MODIFIED_CELLS of this interface IF_SALV_WD_TABLE_DATA_CHECK will contain the modified cells of the ALV with the old & new values.

  • Can not change data in Input Ready Query

    All,
I have created an input ready query on an aggreagation level which has one transactional cube underlying it however, after run the query I am unable to change data in the cells even though I get a warning message saying query is ready for input
    Note:
    1. The underlying realtime cube is in "Planning Mode:Loading not allowed" state in rsa1
    2. I tried including all characteristics so that the record can be uniquely identified at that aggregation level).
    3. I am not using any characteristic restrictions
    4. I have not set any data slices
    5. I have set the property for Planning "Start query in Change Mode"
    6. I have set the 'Key Figure' Planning Properties to "Can be changed Manually or via Planning Functions" for the key figures
    7. I do not have currency/unit in row/column.
    8. There are any locks occurring
    Any pointers welcome.
    Thanks,
    Milind

    Hi Milind,
Was wondering how was your problem solved. I get the same message when I run the query in web from query designer and in bex analyzer the cells are not updated with the changes that I make.
I am hitting my head against the wall to figure what could be the problem as my plan query is simply based on aggregation level created directlty upon the real time info cube.
Have cross checked all the points that you mentioned in this post but I cells do not change.
There should be some way around to solve this problem.
    Thanks

  • Can't view changed data in journal data

    Hi,
I have implemented JKM Oracle 10g Consistent Logminer on Oracle 10g with the following option.
    - Asynchronous_mode : yes
    - Auto_configuration : yes
    1. Change Data Capture -> Add to CDC, 2.Subscriber->subscribe (sunopsis),
    3. Start Journal
The journal has been started correctly wothout errors. The journalized table has always the symbol "green clock". All is gook working.
And then i inserted 1 record in source table, but i can't view changed data in journal data. I can't understand why journal data was generated.
    There are no errors.
    Help me !!!

Did your designer was on the good context ?
Look the list box at the top right of the Designer interface.
You must have the same as the one where you define your journalization.
