Change HTML page title in Oracle Waveset 8.1.1

Hi,
Does anyone know which file/page to override if I want to change the HTML page title for Oracle Waveset?
After the upgrade the title on every page is: "Waveset".
This is what I would like to do:
- Set the title to "Identity Manager Administration" on all pages under /idm (Admin pages)
- Set the title to "Identity Manager User Pages" on all pages under /idm/user/

It seems like the title change is only visible when the user is logged in.
To override the title always, you can override this file and set the your title:
WSHOME/includes/setStyleSheetsAndTitle.jsp

"one place or option for changing" does not exist imho ( may be i'm wrong )
so you can change places for your needs but not sure what it's adequate

You can't change the canvas at runtime. But you can put the scrollbar on a stacked canvas and then show or hide that stacked canvas on different canvases.

Welcome to the Aperture discussion forum. Congratulations. You just hijacked a thread. That's bad form for 2 reasons. First, you added a message to a thread called "How to change main window view" which makes it look like you had information to add that thread, and you did not. Second, people who can help you are more likely to read a message that has your problem in the subject than they are to read this message. I.e., you won't get what you want if you ask for something else.
That being said, when you repost your query in a new thread, you'll have to be more specific. A "Frame" is not in the regular Aperture terminology.

Change the Page title of Default.aspx in SharePoint Hosted App using ECMA Script

Basically i want to change page title dynamically. the thing is default.aspx page is present in the below location
Folders/Pages/Default.aspx ( Verified using
SharePoint Manager 2013 Online )
Could any one let me know how to iterate through the folders and then go to pages and change title of Default.aspx page?

I want to change dynamically using ECMA script. the point i found here is if you use the below code you will get an error saying list "Pages" does not exists in the SharePoint site.

Can i change the page titles in iWeb easily? for example i want to change the "My Movie" title to My Music and put some music on there i am listening too? when i use the same page twice it just calls it "my movie2"
i would also like differnt pages such as My Gossip etc.

There are two ways to change page names. (1) Double-click on the name in the Site Organizer and type in your change. (2) Select the page, then type the new name in the Page Name box in the Page Inspector.

Muse crashing when changing multiple page titles

I have a rather large site (about 80 pages) and went in to change the page titles across the site to help improve seo. After changing about three page titles Muse would crash. I began saving the site after each change and that was a bit better, but it still crashed about every 8-10 pages. I am finished with the project, but I wanted you to know what was happening. I am running version 2014.0.1.30

Please try to enable same as page title and then try to change name from plan layout.
If you still get same error, try to remove master page from that specific page and then enable same as page title and make changes.

Html Page Title

Dear all,
I am using Forms 10g and in the formsweb file i am using the current line
separateFrame=TRUE
so whever the form opens, it will open a java applet.
how i can change the title for the java applet which is"Oracle developer forms runtime - web'?
note i am using pageTitle=Test my application
and this is for the html page only.
so any idea?

You can set the title of the separate frame using set_window_property built in when-new-form-instance.

Changing default page title

I'm getting ready to create a site with more than a few pages and was wondering if there's anyway I can change the default "Evan's World" page title to the one for my site? I obviously can do it manually, but that's gonna get old reeealllll quick...

Well, as far as I know that is the only way in which to do it.
If you duplicate the pages after the first one is done then you don't need to recreate anything apart from changing what text and photos etc that you want. Everything else stays the same, eg. page banner, navigation bars and footers or copyright. Do it this way and everything else is there. The only thing you change is the text.
That is the way I did mine and nothing was left out on any page of my website.

How to you change a page title in iWeb?

Not the page name, the title that appears at the top of the page when loaded.
It seams to grab random text to use as the page title
Example: the page title here is "Apple - Support - Discussions - Post Message: Thread"
The page name could be Joe for all we know.

I believe if you put some text in the page heading box on your page then that will be used as the title that appears at the top of your browser window. Whenever you start a new page you'll notice that as well as default pictures and body text boxes there is a page heading.

Change the page titles in New Tab

When I drag a new page into the New Tab window the title of the tab becomes the title that is on the page, which is not always meaningful. For example, Home Depot uses a slogan on the title, the company name does not appear there at all. So, when I look at the tab page I can't tell which one is Home Depot. The images are always empty.

The point from ''madperson'' is that you first bookmark a web page (URL), possibly on the Bookmarks Toolbar.<br />
Then you can edit the title of that bookmark via the properties or by clicking the star on the location bar to change the name to what you want to appear as title on the about:newtab page and subsequently drag the modified bookmark in a slot on the about:newtab page to pin that URL.

I have a database being built that will require replacing
some of my existing web pages with ASP pages. My questions are -
1 - will template updates propogate to these ASP pages, and 2
- will the P7 menu also update okay?

Hi M Walter,
Assuming you are using Web Dynpro Java, you can change the title of the Web Page for Web Dynpro App by adding the title to the main window of your app.
Go to Windows and open the properties. There will be a field called 'title'. Give the title you want, save, build, DC->Build and deploy.
The title you gave to this Window will be displayed as the title of your Web page.
