Change of Reconclation Account while simulation of accouting doc in MIRO

Hello ,
Can we change the Recon account while simulating the accounting doc of vendors invoice?
Can we make that G\L Account as open field for only Account type "K"? Is there any User exit available?

Hi
I am not sure why you want to change that, but using MM user exxits you cannot do that.
You can check with Finance user exits, not sure if they work.
Please consult your finance team before going forward with such developemnts

    Problem is that After simulating only 2 line items are picking balance 3 line items and 3 line items of Freight charges are not picking. Balance amount also showing.
    and TAX AMOUNT FIELD also disappearing.
    Please help me out how to resolve this issue.

    As long as you have a form of payment (credit or debit card) with a USA source, and with a billing address in the USA, then you just need to change your payment information on your account to that, change your country in the store settings, and you will then be able to shop in the USA store.
    Your AppleID will work in any country's store, as long as your payment source and billing addres are also specific to that country (and you are in that country as well, as there may be IP filters in place to stop use outside of the country).

  • Vendor & customer invoice posting.....while simulating  -- error ?...

    Dear,
       While posting vendor and customer Invoice----
          When Invoice date and posting date has given as xx.xx.xxxx with fiscal year xx.xx.xxxx while simulating -  the error message saying that  "posting takes place in the previous fiscal year". When i wanted  to overwrite the error message
    it is telling that --in company code number range 19 is missing for the fiscal year. For the customer the number range 21 is missing. I gave the number ranges while creating vendors and customers accounts. As the document types are already given in default. I haven't changed them.
       As such invoice postings is not saved.
    Pls help me out in this regard.

    The error pertains to maintaining accounting doc number ranges.
    Go to T.code FBN1-- Give company codeselect change intervals buttonCreate number ranges14,16 and 18 for customers and 15,17 and 19 and 21 (21 if required) for the fiscal year.
    Save data.
    Post the doc
    Assign points if helpful

  • Lost Admin account while installing Leopard

    While installing Leopard I've somehow lost my only Admin account. Consequently I can no longer install new software. I've attempted to boot backup using the Leopard install DVD and holding down the "C" key but it boots straight back into Leopard without the option to change the password. I've also attempted to boot into single user by holding down the Apple and "S" key but that didn't work ether. Of course attempting to reinstall Tiger doesn't work because I get a pop up that states it can't be installed. At this point I've ran out of options and look forward to any helpful suggestions.

    Here is what I had to do:
    Insert the 10.5 Install CD.
    In the finder go to the 'Go' menu and select 'Go To Folder'
    In the field provided type: /Volumes/Mac OS X Install DVD/Applications/Utilities and hit enter
    Open the Startup Disk application
    Select the install DVD as your start up disk. You must quit the start up disk app, it will not let you restart for it.
    Restart the computer with the DVD in the drive.
    You can now set or reset the password for the Administrator (root) account.
    Set the start up disk as your normal start up disk. Reboot.
    Log in with the id root and the password you set/reset
    Open System Preferences
    Select Accounts
    Set the desired account to an admin accout.
    Log out of root (This is VERY IMPORTANT)
    log in to your admin account.
    You may want to disable your root account at this point but since this issue could reoccur it may be better not to, though this creates certain security issues.

    I m getting the below mentioned error while releasing a billing doc for a accouting.
    I have checked all the settings in vkoa , ob52 and many more and all are set properly, now m not able to track where actually the prob is.
    error is: No account is specified in item 0000001004
    Message no. F5670
    Diagnosis
    No account was specified for account type "S" in item "0000001004" of the FI/CO document.
    System Response
    The Financial Accounting program cannot process the document.
    Procedure
    A system error has probably occurred in the application you called up. Check the data transferred to item "0000001004" of the FI/CO document.

    Hi,
    Have you checked what is the determination account determination log ? You can do this by entering in VF02 and select from the menu Environment -> Account Determination Analisys -> Revenue Accounts.
    In this log you can see what are posting keys determined from the pricing procedure that should be posted in the FI document and determine very easy in which step the account was not determined.
    After that you can maintain the correct account in VKOA transaction.

  • Change GR/IR Account for Special Order PO Type

    I've had a request from our FI department.
    They would like a new PO type for special orders that will post to a different GR/IR Account.
    In our configuration, the GR/IR account is determined based upon valuation class of the article.
    But if they special order the same article using this new PO type, they would like it to post to a different GR/IR account.
    There doesn't seem to be a way to do this through configuration.  (If there is, I would love to know how.)
    I can't find a way to change the GR/IR account in the PO BAdi (ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST).  This BAdI would allow me to set the G/L Account Code, Profit and Cost centers but doesn't seem to have the GR/IR Account.
    Is there any BAdI or User-Exit that will allow me to maintain the GR/IR Account while creating a PO?

    You can do this by a FI substitution rule at item document level. Maybe a FI Consultant can help you.

  • TS4002 Issue for families:  How do I create separate iCloud accounts while retaining a joint iTunes account?

    My family has previously used the same iTunes account.  Now that we all have apple devices, the iCloud feature is mixing our contacts, calendars and messages.  How do I set up individual iCloud accounts while retaining the current joint iTunes account (so that I can manage the payments for iTunes purchases)?  I cannot figure out how to change the current iCloud account (which is the Apple ID I have used for iTunes for years) on either my Mac or my iPhone.  It seems that once you have set your iCloud account, you cannot change it.  Any advice out there?

    No: @icloud.com is an Apple email address. To create a new Apple ID you need to start with an address other than @icloud.com, from any other service. Then you go to http://appleid.apple.com and follow the procedure to create a new ID: then you can sign into System Preferences or Settings>iCloud with it. When you enable Mail in the checklist you will be asked to create a new @icloud.com address. You can't transfer an @icloud.com address from one account to another.

    I need to change my iCloud account on both my iPhone and iPad (used to be a joint account and not in use anymore) but I cant remember the password to delete the iCloud account on either device OR the rescue email to reset password!!!  While I can ask to reset the password I have no idea where the reset email is going!

    If your current account ID is an updated version of this older ID, try the steps in this article in order to delete the existing account: If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud.  The last one (change your ID temporarily) will usually work.
    If your current account ID is an entirely new ID that was never previously associated with the old email address, contact the Apple account security team for assistance changing the password for the old ID: Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security.

    I recently changed my Apple ID while my phone was out being repaired. I've just got it back and restored it from the backup on my computer. Now it won't let me change my Apple ID. It's being ******** and won't let me change the iCloud Account to my new email address and just keeps the old one. Whenever I enter the password for this account it tells me it's wrong.     it might be better to completely restore the phone. hold down both the home and power buttons at the same time as soon as the screen shuts off let go of the power button but continue to hold the home button and in a few seconds you will get the connect iphone to itunes logo connect the phone to the computer while itunes is open you will get a popup on the computer screen saying that itunes has detected a phone in recovery mode follow the prompts on the screen and you will have a fully factory restored iPhone 4

    One of the cleint required alternative Reconcialtion accoutn while doign the MIRO. Scenario like this there is one Vendor 'A' used supplies Raw material and Serives to company. Business is not intrested to create new vendor. But they needs different reco accounts for one vendor master.
    I did mentioned customization in SPRO :-
    1. Maintain the Alternative Reco accounts
    2. Select the ready for input check box of Recon accounts.
    But still system is not accepting to change reco account while doing the MIRO. Change happens while doign the FB60

    As you are aware that it is not possible to change the reconciliation
    account in MIRO.In transaction FB60, it is possible to change the field
    value. SAP give us only the permitted account maintained in the
    customizing table THKON.
    In MM, the accounts are automatically determined from the
    customizing in transaction OMWB, or taken from the purchase order
    account assignment data.You can also have a quick look in tr OMRMB,
    you will notice that field INVFO-HKONT is not there to be customized.
    There is no solution available within the SAP standard system for the
    change of the reconciliation account for the vendor.
    According to the information I got from the responsible development
    department I can only inform you that the required functionality will
    not be implemented in SAP standard for MM invoice verification.
    Field in question is hard coded and can not be changed.
    MM invoice verification was developed to finish the external procurement
    process in logistics and check the invoice data sent by the vendors for
    correctness (differences) and to post the corresponding accounting
    document in FI additional.
    Creating manually creditor invoices in FI have no relation to a logistic
    process.
    Therefore not all functions included in FI (FB60) are included in MM
    invoice verification (MIRO) as well.

  • Can't change country for account

    I recently moved from the UK, and though my cards are still attached to banks in there, they now have billing addresses in the US. So, I've dutifully gone off to my iTunes account to change the address details to my US billing address -- but it doesn't work!
    Or it doesn't work all the way .... When I go to change country, selecting the US, I follow the onscreen instructions to change my card billing addresses. But after clicking "Done", I get an error saying my account was changed while I was editing it (errrr, yeah ....) and my details could not be saved (wha ...?).
    Except some of the account details are saved: I've now got a US street address and phone number, but the town, post code, and (all importantly) country are still the old UK info. This is very interesting, but not very helpful. Nevertheless, no matter what I do, I can't seem to get the account details finally switched over to my US address.
    Any thoughts? Is this some bizarre insoluble problem caused by having a UK card with a US billing address? (That would also be interesting, but very annoying!)

    A couple things I'd like to mention since last posting.
    First off, I called Apple again about my issue to see if they were getting close to fixing it. During the conversation the rep i spoke to suggested a work around. Basically, she pointed me to go back to the myinfo site and at the bottom where it says "Don't have an Apple ID?" link to click that and create a new one. So i did and set it all up as US (instead of Canada which it wasn't letting me change from). I went to iTunes and logged into the US store with my new ID and it of course pops up a window saying to verify the info and such and enter your form of payment(or select none). By doing this I was able to authenticate my iPhone and get it all up and working.
    Now my initial concern with setting up a new Apple ID was that the music I had previously purchased with my other account while living in Canada would no longer play because I'd have to authenticate the new ID. So I tested it. When you download a song with a different ID and then click play, it does ask you to authenticate but I am still able to play my older songs too. They also all sync up to the iPhone just fine and all play just fine. So right now it's my recommended work around.
    Little problem though. while I was able to make a new ID with a US address that showed up properly in iTunes, it still would not accept my credit card. My credit card is a Canadian card but I have changed it to a US billing address. iTunes, however, knows this and when you enter it in the payment options and click ok, it tells you that you must enter a valid US credit card. So all im doing now is buying iTMS gift cards with my credit card and then adding them to my new Apple ID when want to purchase something.

  • Changing GL Control Account of existing Business Partner

    Hi, We have created and processed against some business partners. However the "Accounts Receivable", under the "Accounting" tab, the wrong GL account was selected. Now it is greyed out because there is postings. Is there anyway to reallocate the transactions to the correct account as well a fixing the "Accounts Receivable" account?

    I don't think so it is possible to change the control account for a BP after transction are done.
    Alternatively put the BP on hold and create a new BP with proper control accout.
