Change Shipping from Radio List to Dropdown?
I have USPS shipping setup. It list quite a few options as radio buttons. Is it possible to change this to a dropdown list vs radio list?

You could hide the USPS radio options, create your own drop down menu with the same values and option ids named as the usps radio checks, so a script can match the users selection with the USPS ones upon submission.

You can use this user exit to control whether an address that was entered manually and has already been used in other documents (referenced), should be referenced again if it changes or whether a new address should be created (duplicated).

Is there a way that iTunes can act as a Radio Alarm Clock?
I have found the radio station I enjoy listening to in the iTunes Radio List. Is there anyway iTunes (and my Mac) can be set to come-on from Sleep mode and start playing that Radio Station at specific times of the day?
Any App or plug-in that does that?

1. In iTunes create a playlist that contains just the radio station you want to wake up to.
2. Export the playlist (as .m3u works well). Get Info on your playlist file and look at the Open With entry to make sure it points to iTunes, VLC or some other app that will stream your station.
3. In iCal create an event entry at the time you want to wake up.
4. Right (or Control) click on your wakeup event and select Get Info.
5. For "alarm" select Open File.
6. Now under Open File there will be a place to add the file to open. It will probably be some default entry (like iCal). Click on it will allow you to select "other." Then use the file dialog to select your playlist file.
Your Mac will wake you up at the appointed time. You don't need to keep iCal running. If you want to put you Mac to sleep for the night then there is one more thing you need to do. Open System Preferences to Energy Saver and click on the Schedule button. Check Start up or wake and set the wake up time to slightly before your iCal alarm time.

How to extract data from xml field to dropdown list?
Hi,
I have designed a form and connected to a SQL server database using a web service. The XML data retrieved from wsdl connection is currently hold in a text field called 'XMLfield'. I need to extract the data such as 'PersonnelName' from XMLfield into a dropdown list. I used the following code and I do not get any error, but nothing come up and all my fields in the forms become bank when i click the dropdown list.
I would appreciate it if anyone can help me with this issue.

I think the loadXML will override your form data, so blanking out your fields. You could try loading the xml data at the xfa.datasets level (that is xfa.datasets.loadXML(form1.XMLfield.rawValue,0,1);) or using E4X to process the XML.
Another option though might be more rework is to use the Acrobat SOAP api which will return you a JavaScript object so you wont have to do any XML work.

I want to listen to internet radio as I used to do. The selection "Radio" has gone from my list under "Music". How do I get it back again?
I don't know if this is what you really want, but I created a Playlist for Radio, and add some of the stations I like from websites. (If you click on the web-links they load into iTunes in the Sidebar). And you can also add individual Radio stations from the top right,(under Apple) to a Playlist. That's the only way I know to have them in the Sidebar.
Z_ZS-B, You also helped me to find the old Radio list! I didn't even know it was up on the right, under Apple. I haven't liked this version of iTunes so I hadn't even bothered to try and figure it out until now, but because I just bought a my first iPod Shuffle I'm determined to bend this version to my will. ;-) -
When song list is printed from play list in Itunes for inserting into CD jewel case, the song list is compressed and is indecipherable. Did not have this problem prior to latest software change.How can I fix this ?

Tab pages not changed when selecting from TAB LIST

I have a form which has 15 tabs, 1st 10 Tabs are dynamic (enabled at new form instance, depending on configuration) and 11 to 15 are Static tabs visible for all.
My problem is when i am clicking on tabs iam able to switch tabs, but when I select tab from Tab List I am not going to the selected TAB.
Ex: when I am in TAB 1 and Select TAB15 from Tab list My form Still Stays in TAB1 and not moving to TAB 15

I want to change my shipping location from Canada to Japan. I do not see the "edit shipping" option on my screen. How do I change shipping locations?
Be aware that you can only ship to Japan if you order the book with a credit card with a Japanese billing address.

Trying to change Shipping and Delivery address for one in the US, from Canada, and can't do it. State and zip code appears in red but no change in country name. Using French (Canada) iPhoto app.
Larry's right, You can still use your credit card, you just need to change the "billing address" to the recievers address. It gets billed to your CC and delivered to the US

CHANGE OVER FROM TAXINJ TO TAXINN
HI ALL ,
TAXINJ and TAXINN cannot co exist in the same system.
If you are talking about technical Upgrade, then I don't think this would be feasible since old Txn would have got posted with TAXINJ procedure with rates as defined in Tax codes and now after migration to TAXINN in same box, the system would pick value from Condition records.
Just check this basic point of feasibility before we go ahead and look for changes.
In SuN the change is for existing implementation, here at present they have R/3 4.7, and are now in the process of technical upgrade to ECC 6.00; TAXINN is required to be implemented in the upgraded version.
At present they are using around 129 pricing procedures, 25 sales org,220 tax codes in TAXINJ. Suzlon has 21 company codes, 219 plants and 1300 end users the whole nature of group activities results in use of all possible types of indirect taxes in India like VAT, CST, Excise, Service Tax etc...
i have tried to search on sap help, service market place and others but could not come across any document for the change over. However i will try again.

Condition-Based Excise Determination in MM (New)
As of SAP R/3 Enterprise Core 4.70 (SAP_APPL 470), the system can calculate excise duties
and sales tax in Materials Management (MM) using the standard condition technique.
SAP has enhanced the existing tax procedure, TAXINJ, so that it now supports formula-based
and condition-based excise determination. The R/3 System also comes with a new tax procedure,
TAXINN, which only handles condition-based excise determination.
Which Tax Procedure Must I Use?
Existing customers must continue to work using the same tax procedure.
If you switch to a new tax procedure, you cannot display any documents that you have already
posted using the old tax procedure.
If you have worked with formula-based excise determination in previous releases and wish to
continue, you do not have to do anything. However, if you wish to start using the
condition-based excise determination method, proceed as specified below.
We recommend that new customers use the condition-based excise determination and tax
procedure TAXINN.
<b>How Do the New Functions Work?</b>
First, customize the system in the activities listed below. Then, for each material, create one
condition record for each form of excise duty and sales tax that applies, and enter the tax code
for purchasing documents (see below) in every condition record.
When you come to create a purchase order, enter the tax code in each line item. The tax code
tells the system whether to look in the condition types for formula-based or condition-based
excise determination

16.2 Condition-Based Tax Calculation (New)

As of SAP R/3 Enterprise Core 4.70 (SAP_APPL 470), a new method for calculating taxes
in Brazil is available, which makes use of the standard condition technique. Tax rates, tax laws,
and special indicators that influence whether tax line items are included in the nota fiscal are all
stored in the system as condition records. An additional tax calculation procedure, TAXBRC, is
delivered for this new method, in addition to the existing one for Brazil, TAXBRJ.

You can continue to calculate taxes using the former method: when the system processes the tax
procedure assigned to the country (TAXBRJ), it calculates the taxes externally by calling
function module J_1BCALCULATE_TAXES. We do, however, recommend that you assign the
new procedure TAXBRC and use the condition-based tax calculation functions, as it enables you
to flexibly adapt the tax calculation logic to cover new legal requirements or special customer
needs.
You will need to migrate your existing tax rate table entries to condition records, which you
can do directly from the Tax Manager's Workplace described below. You can check all tables
and subsequently convert the entries, whereby the system generates condition records. After the
initial migration, each time you create or change a tax rate table entry, the system automatically
generates a condition record as needed.

Access Tax Manager's Workplace, or alternatively by entering transaction J1BTAX. You can
use the Tax Manager's Workplace regardless if you use condition-based tax calculation; it
simply brings all tax activities to a single transaction (only the Migration, Nota-Fiscal Mapping,
and Condition Mapping options under the Condition Setup pulldown menu are relevant only for
condition-based tax calculation).
16.3 Changes to Structures for Country Version India

of the standard system.
SAP has discontinued the Country Version India Implementation Guide (IMG) and has added its
activities have been added to the standard Reference IMG as follows:

Accounting (FI), under Financial Accounting Global Settings -> Withholding Tax.
Activities relating to excise duty and excise invoices are in Customizing for Logistics -

Country Version India for Accounting Interface and Activate Processes) are no longer
relevant and have been removed from the IMG entirely. The activity Execute Country
Installation Program is already included in the standard IMG under the name Localize Sample
Organizational Units. And the other two activities (Activate Country Version India for Specific
Fiscal Years and Activate Business Transaction Events) have been added to the standard IMG.

I am trying to add a radio station to the Radio list in iTunes 6. I went to "Advanced" and added the URL. Nothing is happening.
I'd appreciate any help you can give. The URL I'm trying to add, if it matters, is:

Susan EfratIf you get the station playing using the link TP2GO provides, you still will not be able to add it to the Radio playlist which is really a links page to a remote server. You can play any radio station in iTunes that uses standard MPEG audio streams. Most of them will use an m3u file as in the link in TP2GO's reply. Once you have played the station, you will find it in your Library. You can restart the station from there (unless it is one of the few stations that changes the address on a regular basis). You do not need to save the m3u file to listen to the station again - you can restart it directly from iTunes.
What I have done is to create a smart playlist for radio stations using the condition "Kind is MPEG audio stream". Every radio station I listen to is automatically added to that playlist, making it easier to locate them again than it is going through the Library. -
How do you or can you resume songs from radio adapter?
I have a question and a suggestion all in one. The question is how do I set up the ipod to resume imported music, i.e. songs I loaded from my computer, when I am done with the FM radio adapter. A little background, I like to listen to a radio shows in the mornings at work until 1pm. Then I like to switch to loaded music. Unfortunately, when I do this, I have to scroll through my 3000+ songs to continue where I left off the previous day( I believe this is called bookmarking? ). This becomes more and more time consuming as I get further down the song list. However, when I go from videos to songs it does bookmark where I was and I can just pickup where I left off. This is an odd issue with the ipod as the other mp3 players I have had with the FM option just automatically did this. Switch from radio to music and begin where you left off even in the middle of the song-so that was cool. Cannot do this with ipod that I know off.
Several- all XP Pro Windows XP ProGrey text when you look at the content and lock symbol at the bottom of the screen simply shows that your iPod is set to "automatically update songs and playlists". If you want to access your iPod directly, play it through your iTunes, connect it to a second computer etc. you just need to change the update method to "Manually manage songs and Playlists" in the iPod preferences. The iPod offers three ways to transfer music from your computer. You can select one of the following update modes from the iPod Preferences menu in iTunes (Edit=>Preferences=>'iPod' tab):
1) Automatically update all songs and playlists. This is the default mode, in which your entire music library, including playlists, is automatically synced to your iPod. If the music library on your computer exceeds the iPod storage capacity, you are prompted to select a different update method.
2) Automatically update selected playlists only. With this option, iTunes automatically copies the playlists you have selected to the iPod when you connect it to the computer.
3) Manually manage songs and playlists. You can also choose to transfer music to the iPod manually. This allows you to drag and drop individual songs and playlists from iTunes to the iPod.
