Check if two selected selected folders are not the same

Hi I want to duplicate a user-selected file to destination folder but I need to be sure that the user choose the destination folder (and create a duplicate in the same folder). Here is my attempt to create a test which doesn't work.

When adding text to an alias, you will need to coerce the alias to text (it is a file reference). Both the Finder and *System Events* can get the container of an object, but I'm not sure what you are wanting to do, since you are already specifying the destination folder. Are you wanting to make sure the source file is not in your destination folder? In that case, you can just get the paths as text and check if the source contains the destination.

I'm using two selection-option variables for the same characteristic in my query:
One is authorization variable and the other is used for restrictions (filter) in a selection screen.
I get an error: SELOPT/Query variable .... does not allow any further selections.
If a selection option-variable is used, no additional selections can be specified for this characteristic in this element.
Is there a way to overcome this problem?

Hi,
I have solved the problem by changing the authorization object (in RSECADMIN) from range to single value and also the variable in BEx from selection single value.
To be more clear:
object in RSECADMIN was: infoobject BT var1 - var5
I have changed it to:
infoobject EQ var1
infoobject EQ var2
infoobject EQ var3
infoobject EQ var4
infoobject EQ var5

Just go to the wireless network preferences and empty out all the stored wireless networks.. then scan and connect to the local wireless.
Select them and tap the - button below it.
Once they are emptied out.. it might be good to reboot the computer with the remember networks unchecked.
Start with a clean slate.

If you want everything the same on both computers you need to be running the same OS X version. You can't because your iMac is a PPC machine, not Intel.
But to see information about your hard drive is the same for both. Simply select the drive icon on the Desktop. Press COMMAND-I to open the Get Info window. Disk information is in the upper panel.

Personal area and EE subgroup of Infotype 01 and 77 are not the same. Help!

I read your thread here and I guess we have a common problem. Can I ask for your help?
I run the program RPURACU0 to update the new race and ethnicity data in infotype 77. But why it changed the Personnel Area and Employee Subgroup. Only the race and ethnicity codes should have been changed and not the Personnel Area and Employee Subgroup.
Please help me what causes these discrepancies in data.
Example:
In PA20, enter personnel number 7600634. Personal area = US81 and EE Subgroup = U0. But when displaying infotype 77 the Personal area = US02 and EE Subgroup = U1.
The personal area and EE subgroup of infotype 01 and 77 should be the same. In this example, they are not the same. Please help me to find out what causes this problem.
Please reply asap because this problem should be solved immediately.

If I am understanding you correctly, it sounds like your daughter may have set up an alias account under iCloud. Your AppleID email address may or may not be the same as you iCloud email address, depending on how it was set up. Purchases are forever tied to the AppleID they were bought with. There is currently no way to consolidate AppleIDs. Sorry.

Hierarchies are not the same as in R/3

Hi experts !
My Hierarchies in BW we are not the same as the source hierarchy in R/3.
They are not time-dependant, and the upload is scheduled every night, and gives no error messages.
Is there any known issues here?
I'm in the 7.0 version, but the upload for the hierarchy is in the old version.
The source hierarchy for account is using intervalls. Is that a problem ?

That the RFC connection secretly gets the Hierarchies from elsewhere...

I've entered the supplying & receiving batch and then error "Batch NO SALEAB. and valuation type 1ST CHOICE are not the same" was encountered, I found out that in table MCHA that the batch & valuation type for this material is not the same thats why its showing the error. Can you please guide me on how to maintain the data in table MCHA? What configuration we need to set?

Hi, I am using Gmail and Mail in OS X lion. When I send a message through Gmail (on Firefox), the message is not in the sent box in Mail. The sent box in Mail keeps messages sent through only Mail. Is there any way to "synchronize" sent boxes in Gmail and Mail? Thanks,

If you have the Gmail account set up in Mail correctly, you will have the Gmail IMAP folder at the bottom of the Mail sidebar. The Inbox will automatically synced with the Inbox folder, so it won't show up in the IMAP mailboxes.
Highlight the sent mailbox under the IMAP folder, go to the main menu in Mail, click on Mailbox, scroll down to the "Use This Mailbox For", and select Sent. Do the same for others you want to see such as Trash.
Also, select to store messages on the server in Mail preferences under Mailbox behaviors and set you delete time to your preferences.
