Classification by role sales org (prospect, customer, competitor).URGENT!!
Hi All,
Could someone please help me in customizing the Classification by
Classification customizing:
- Role by sales organization (prospect, customer, competitor)
- Ranking by country (gold, silver, normal, problematic)
This can be done in the IMG>Master Data>BP--> define classification.
The criteria should be role as Sales Org and ranking as Country with their respective attributes as mentioned above.

Hi Chin,
You need to maintain the sales organization field in transaction code O7F1. Then, this field is available for open item selection on incoming payment.
In the same screen, you can rearrange and bring this field on the first few fields of selection.
Also, you can update the same field on O7F3, this will be useful for making search for selection of open items.

The free goods determination is working fine when i use the first access Seq - . Customer/Material and when i use the 2nd access seq - Sales org/DistCh/Customer / Material free goods determination is not happening for both inclusive and exclusive .
Can any one help me on this issue , as i am not able to identify the issue .

Departure country population in Customer Master based on Sales Org/dist chn
Hi Experts,
When I am creating sales view for a customer, under the Billing Documents tab under Taxes I see the Departure country (country from which the goods are sent) is populated by SAP automatically and only Tax classification for customer
field is open for input.
For different sales org / distribution channel combination some times there are two Departure country populated and some times it is three and some times it is five.
Can you please help me to find out based on which configuration in SAP , the Departure country is populated for each sales org/ distribution channel combination.

As per my knowladge it is not possible to make custm fields based on sales org.better u convence your client and go with customer account group.

In VK11 we have a key combination radio button called Country/ Destination Ctr./Plant/TaxClCust/TaxClMat.
I think it might be a custom key combination (so you might have to create a siliar one for yourself), but basically all I had to enter there was Country = GB, Destination Coutry = GB, plant SORG1 (it's called the same as the sales org and is linked 1-1), tax classification on Customer = 2 (because I want the central setting on the customer to be 2 = ICO, no tax), tax classification on material 1 = full tax goods and enter relevat tax code.

I have verified but No issues in PIDE, looks everything is fine.
Account Groups 0001 to 0005 were asssigned to Classification B.
But initially when I started replicating customers all the roles were created as Sold-to-Party in CRM irrespective of their role in R/3. We have applied Note: 914437. Since then the issue got resolved.
Pls suggest me in this regard.

I think, for you Organization related table CRMM_BUT_LNK0141 would be useful.
From this table you will get Sales Org, Division, Distribution Channel.
And in order to get Sales Office of BP, you will get it from table CRMM_BUT_SET0140 where you can put set_guid fetched from CRMM_BUT_LNK0141

Creating Custom fields which are sales org dependent in Accounts Master
Hello Experts,
I want to create new custom fields in Accounts Master for sales and shipping.The component being used is BP_SALES.However when I try to create custom fields through AET, the new fields are added in the BUILHEADER context node.The problem with this is, its making the fields Sales Org independent.
I want to add the fields which are sales org dependent( i.e. want to add the fields for the context nodes BUILSHIPPINGTERMS and BUILSALESARRANGEMENT).

in general extension fields for Business Partner are only supported for the header fields (Table BUT000). Therefore the AET does not offer this.
Table extension for BP sales data is supported by the AET beginning from CRM 7.0 eHP1. If you have this you can just create a 1:1 table enhancements and should be happy. If not I'm afraid that you would have to implement this manually.
Using the Easy Enhancement Workbench (EEW) it would only be possible to create table extensions for the header and for relation ship but not for sales data.

u2022 Set up a new output type as a copy of your standard output type. Assign an access sequence containing customer.
u2022 Add the new type to your active output determination procedure and assign an appropriate requirements routine (if any).
u2022 Assign a layout set (smartform, sapscript, adobe, etc.) that meets your customeru2019s requirements.
u2022 Maintain the condition record.

Account Group of Customer representing Ordering Sales Org. in Intercmp Bill
Hello everyone
As a standard process, we are implementing Intercompany Billing cycle.
1) Sales Org 1 orders goods which are shipped by plant of a different company code.
2) Thus in the end when Delivering Plant raises an Intercompany Invoice to the Sales Org1, the Payer on the Invoice is the Customer Number tied to the Sales Org1 in IMG config.
Now my questions is regarding the account group of that customer.
Should that customer be of account group = 0001 (Sold to party) ...or something else ?
Also can customer of account group ICBF be used ?
Please share your thoughts.

Customer account group = 0001 (Sold to party) only we have to extend the inter company customer to ordering company sales area and we have to assign this inter company customer to ordering sales organization

Restrict SaTy for 1 Customer in a Sales Org

I have a scenario where a specific sales document type is to be restricted for 1 customer. All other customers for the particular Sales Org / Dist Channel / Division are to use this sales document type except for this customer, and my user would like a hard stop to be enforced (i.e. stop message) when attempting to enter an order in this specific sales document type for this customer. If a different sales document type is specified prior to sales order entry, the order should be created for the customer.
Is there any master data or standard configuration that could allow this scenario to work?hi andy;
you have three options here:
1. create a Z table for the same the same with fields SALES ORGN/DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL/DIVISION/CUSTOMER NUMBER & SALES DOCUMENT TYPE which you want to restrict - this re usable any number of times because you will maintain in MAINTAINCE view inside Z table.
2. HARD CODE these SALES ORGN/DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL/DIVISION/CUSTOMER NUMBER & SALES DOCUMENT TYPE which you want to restrict & this is permanent setup but when ever you want to change it you need to go to the program MV45AFZZ : USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE will trigger to throw an E - ERROR message.
functionally :
3. block the customer with respect to the sales area in Go To T-code XD02-->
Extras-->bloc the customer or you can use XD05 for the same. but here blocing will not happen basing on the sales document.
please choose for which one you want to go with.

I have job user roles one side and sales orgs on otherside. We are trying to find out which sales orgs are using what sales document types.
All i am trying to achieve is connect those two and make a report. it needs to be done by SE16
First step is :
PFCG- Enter Role u2013Click glasses-Authorizations-Display Authorization data
you need to identify the authorization objects for each T-code and then assign the appropriate values for each authorization object. these authorization objects assigned to a Role and then, allowed T-codes are assigned to Role and
My Basis Person to Create one AUTHORIZATION OBJECT V_VBAK_AAT Sales Document: Authorization for Sales Document Types and assign your required transaction codes to that authorization and assign them to the users.
User IDs which can use this Role (set of authorizations) can be assigned to this role.
Second step is achieved through SE16 ;

There is no one-shot for this However there is a way out for this outside SAP.
You can download AGR_1251 and AGR_1252 for the selected roles and use MS Excel or Access to do this compare for you. Its a bit more tricky than said, however once you get a hang of it, I think its a good way of reducing the efforts of making use of individual compare reports.
Any one knows how to do this i am kind of lost here. Could you help me to organize this process / steps.

: Colon in Sales Org Field. ECC6
Dear experts,
I am updating some of our roles with correct org levels. I noticed in the sales org field of one of them there is a : in place. Can you tell me if there is a reason for this? I understand the ' ' but I have never come across a colon before that wasn't related to BI queries.
I would like to remove it if its not supposed to be there so I have clean roles so to speak!

Is this really an authorization object or a role name?
I suspect that what the BW folks might have done is to tap into the ECC roles to reuse authorization data for their reporting authorizations. If they wantes to achieve this for all org fields from ECC and also provide the aggregation values as required (because the users and possibly re-usable roles already exist) then they might be maintaining this authorization (which appears to be useless) in the ECC system so that their extractors can extract the role data as well!!
I would go to the BW folks and check on that side first before changing anything.
There are several advantages from this approach, but it does create a dependency between the ERP system and the BW system which is not easily "visible" on the ECC side.
If they are not available, then I will show you some tricks to some of the hints you can find yourself (if this is the case). Let me know.
Actually, I am feeling lucky today so I will bet my hat on it that it is a BW extraction...

I would need your help to confirm the following is true or clarify some doubts:
1. I understand that Sales Org (SOrg) is assigned to Plant , thus : Sorg := Plant
2. Does this also Implies : SOrg + Distr Channel := Plant? Not necessary right? For this case, its not true / an invalid assignment right?
3. Plant is assigned to Sales Org + Distr Channel. Is it implicit that the Reverse is true? Is it implicit that Always the reverse is true, in general, for Any other organizational unit assignment relationships?
I believe that Sales Org := Plant and Plant := Sales org + Distr Channel and the reverse of each of both relationships are not true. Please confirm.
4. Sales Org is Assigned to Plant but Plant is not Assigned to Sales Org right? Plant is also higher level in the organizational structure than Sales Org right?

Authorisations based on Sales Orgs in crm 2007 Web Client
I have a requirement to restrict the visibility of data (both masterdata and transactional data) based on a specific sales org. For a specific business role i need to restrict visibility for our account managers utilising the web client application to business partners from a specific sales org and also fortransactionsal data from the sames sales org.
I have been using the following authorisation objects to effect this but with limited success:
CRM_ORD_OP
CRM_ORD_LP
CRM_ORD_PR
CRM_ORD_OE
Whilst i can restrict users from viewing some of the specific data 9based on sales org), the transactional data and indeed customer master data still appears on the web client searches. What needs to happen to ensure that the data does not even appear in the relevant searches. The same requirement for searches of customers should also be
