Classification of WT in Report

Hi,
We are building Report , where we have to clasify WT's according to Deductions and earnings, and under deductions,
Pre tax and post tax. 
We can check WT attributes for deduction check but how do i can clasify pre tax and post tax after reading RT results?

    I’m trying to understand the Line Classification (LC) functionality and reporting in Project Server 2010 having not used this before. 
    I have added a new LC titled ‘Billable’ to the system and then added a task to my timesheet with the new Billable LC and then logged time to both the Standard and Billable LCs of the same task (not sure why MS have decided to call this Billing Category
    – rather confusing).  I was expecting that when the timesheet was approved the hours in both the Standard and Billable LCs would be combined and the total show-up on the task in the MS Project Professional plan but this appears not to be
    the case, only the hours logged to the Standard LC show in the project plan. 
    Is this correct or am I missing a step to get the new LC hours into reporting?

    Hi Jane,
    I'll try to be more explicit. Hours logged against other LC than standard will NOT be lost, they will simply not be pushed to the project plan. Only those against standard LC will be pushed as actual work after PM approval.
    That being said, ALL actuals regardless of the LC will be in the Reporting DB and OLAP cubes for example. Meaning that using for example one of the 3 timehseet OLAP cubes, you'll be able to report actual hours against LC, periods, projects, resources, managers...

  • Diaplay classification changes - S_ALR_87012289

    Hello experts,
    I have a question on the report S_ALR_87012289. The requirement is display the changes to the classification in the vendor master. Though the change documents exist in the vendor master for the classification  but when this report is executed for the vendor (With the check box "General data" checked) the changes to the classification are still not being shown.
    is there a way that this can be achived in this report? if not what's the the alternative?
    Any feedback will be highly appreciated.

  • State Change causing tree item to loss selected item highlight

    I'm looking for some guidance on a situation i'm encountering. I've an application with a tree component which will be used as a report selector in all view states. The parent nodes are not selectable but the children are. Each child has a for a lack of a better term parameter classification. When a report item is selected in the tree then a state change occurs and displays the appropriate parameter selection view.
    My issue is this. Upon clicking an item and displaying the new state for the first time, the selected item in the tree losses the visual representation or highlight around the selected item. But within the debugger it still shows which item is the selectedItem.  Once the state has been displayed at least once...i.e. I select other items and then eventually back to initial tree item when the state changes it does not loss the highlight on the selected tree item.
    Couple things I've tried to see if i'm in the right neck of the woods is use the currentStateChange and currentStateChanging handlers to do a bit of tracing and found that the tree item remains selected all the way through both currentStateChanging and then even in the currentStateChange...the redraw occurs just after which is when the tree item losses its highlight.
    Does anyone have any ideas or even encounter this?

    Good question. Well you're right in asking. Just using a spark Label to show me the label of the selectedItem, upon the first time I click on the selection nothing populates the label's text BUT the state changes as its suppose to. Took me clicking on it a second time to get the item to be highlighted and the label to show me what had been selected.
    My question here is...is there another event which is occurring after the changeState?

  • Conditon defined in Query.

    Hi,
    I built a query in which I selected:
    Row Level: A hierarchy 'Program Position'.
    Column Level:  Key figures - 'Amount' and 'Percent Classification'.
    Condition: Percent Classification > 0
    Now the report is showing only those pgm. position for which the values > 0 (a/c to condition).
    The upper level node of hierarchy is showing the summation of all the the Amount figure. But those Amounts are also displaying for which the Amount with Percent Classification is null and hence the sum is coming incorrect.
    If I deactivate the condition I could see the summation of upper level node = all the below level nodes which is correct.
    Please suggest while summation why this is considering the Amount for which condition is not defined and Is there any solution for these?

    In WAD check in the General Properties whether you have unchecked the Force Variable Screen On Checkbox
    Other thing to check is whether you have personalized the selection screen??? After Executing the Report go to selection screen by clicking on the Variable Screen option. To the left side of each variable you can see the personalization icon. right click on that and select delete personalization.

    I dont know a transaction that shows it directly.
    I would execute CL30N to get a list of all vendor that have a class assignment.
    then I would download all vendor numbers from table LFA1
    And then I would compare both e.g. in MS ACCESS  or in Excel with VLOOKUP to see which vendor is without classification.
    If recurring requirement, then a small ABAP report would do the job.

  • Report s_alr_87012178 :customer open items  - Customer classification

    Hi all. The problem concerns the report  s_alr_87012178 which is used to display customer open items.I am selecting  'Customer classification' from the dynamic selections and filling it with a value e.g C.
    I have assigned risk class A for my customer in XD02 : Marketing tab. When i am running the report, it is displaying the customer even though i have filled in a different customer classification value.

  • Changing classifications of material master data and reporting

    Hello experts,
    I have to update long list of material's classifications, I know about the transaction CL24N but in this
    one, I have to assign a material to the class and then for each material update the value of the wanted
    parameter.
    My questions are :
    1. Is there any better way to do this massive update ?
    2. Is there any standart report on classifications values for all materials ?

    Hi Amit,
    You can look for the Report RCCLBI03 (this Report loads the File). This is the fastest way to load classifications.
    You can also use BAPI  'BAPI_OBJCL_CREATE' or write a batch input program, but my advice would be go to for Standard Report if this does not solve your problem then use BAPI and the third option would be to use Batch Input program.

    You create the Query in SQVI by joining the tables --MARC, MVKE,MLAN.
    So include the selection fields with Plant, Sales organization, Dist channel, Country, etc..
    Out put fields you can include as per your requirements from all these tables .

    the Standard reports in SAP such as MB51, ME2M  will give you the out put for any kind of materail, it may be classified or not.
    But you will not get the charecteristic value in the report.

    I have solved it myself by adding few lines in stored procedure. Would like to share the solution, so that it will be helpful for others.
    Open the stored procedure which we are using for the default "List of Incidents" reports.
    Add the below under SELECT
    SupportGroup = ISNULL(TierQueuesDS.DisplayName, TierQueuesEnum.IncidentTierQueuesValue),
    TierQueuesEnum.IncidentTierQueuesId AS TierQueuesId,
    Classification = ISNULL(ClassificationDS.DisplayName, ClassificationEnum.IncidentClassificationValue),
    ClassificationEnum.IncidentClassificationId AS ClassificationId,
    Add the below under FROM
     LEFT OUTER JOIN
     dbo.IncidentTierQueuesvw AS TierQueuesEnum
     ON TierQueuesEnum.IncidentTierQueuesId = I.TierQueue_IncidentTierQueuesId 
     LEFT OUTER JOIN
     dbo.DisplayStringDimvw TierQueuesDS

    Then open the report from Report Builder and add new column in the design. Add Support Group and Classification as a column in the report.

    We are planning to user 'Property Propagation' tool present at Content Management->Classification->Report.
    We have added the report iView to custom role. When user access the rerport he is getting following message:
    "No reports are available in this folder. Choose another folder"
    I know this is related to User Authorization to the report and KM Content.
    But dont know where in the  portal I need o authorize the user.

  • Material Classification loaded data not in report???

    Hello!
    I'm loading classification data with usual procedure (ctbw...). First with InfoPackage in PSA and then with DTP to infoobject.
    This classification is defined in PUR01 infocube as navigational attribute.
    I load data and then I can see data was succesfuly (I got values) loaded when I look directly with maintain data on Material infoobject.
    But in report this navigational attribute is always Not assigned. How is this possible?
