Hi,
As part of integrating FoxT with OIM, I've generated stub classes from FoxT wsdl using wsimport of jax-ws RI. While trying to invoke any webservice method from the process task I am getting below error -

The class file its complaining about AddUserxRolePars exists in FoxTWS.jar (generated from wsimport) in ThirdParty, ext and JavaTasks directory on the server and still it complains for the same.
I tried running the same class from the command prompt on the same server and it's working fine. Thinking this could be classpath issue, I tried updating the classpath (System.setProperty("java.class.path","<jar file path>+<existing classpath>")) from with in the adapter class file and it still does not help.
Any thoughts on how to resolve this ??
Thanks in Advance.
You can use below policy for 2-way SSL
Wssp1.2-Https-ClientCertReq.xml
Two way SSL. The recipient checks for the initiator's public certificate. Note that the client certificate can be used for authentication.

How to limit the response rows while invoking a stored procedure from OSB 10gR3
Dear Experts,
I am trying to limit the response while invoking a stored procedure from OSB via DB adapter.
Here the stored procedure returns cursors as response. I tried using the MaxTransactionSize propertiy (which is used for polling the database option in DB adapter).
We are investigating the ways to protect the application from response containing huge number of rows.
Is there any way to restrict the number of rows returned in each and every cursor while invoking the stored procedure via DB adapter?
Thanks
RamHi James ,
I want to know how to run stored procedure using jca adapter in OSB11g.
I am new to stored prcoedure,will be great if you could share some example on it as above.
Req: Single input xml will be posted on queue ,need to perform 3 DB operation (with same input):
1.Insert operation to insert master table contents.
2.select the primary key column value from master table for the last inserted record.
3.Need to insert primary key column value + other fields frm same xml file to child table.
Pls assist me on how to create a simple stored procedure and to run the same with OSB 11g.I am familiar with creation of DB adapter using Jdeveloper,we have option to perform insert and to call stored procedure here,will it be useful for this scenario?

Error in invoking JAX-WS webservice from a clientgen client from WL9.2
Hi,
I am getting error while trying to invoke a jax-ws webservice client from an application deployed in weblogic9.2. The client was created from clientgen task using ant and weblogic 9.2 jars. I get the error for data binding for a timestamp field. Now i understand that jax-ws is not comaptible with jax-ws but there must be some way to do that. Any pointers would be helpful. I could not get anything useful so please use thsi post for same and guide me.Try this to verify that your process on the SOA Suite is correct:
Use the tool SoapUI (open source) to execute a request based on the WSDL of your web service. If this is correct your process is working fine. SoapUI acts as a client to call your webservice via Soap.
If the call is working, then something on the webservice-client-proxy of the third-party is wrong. Try to find out what they send as soap request.

Marc

TraderBean port = (TraderBean) service.getPort(TraderBeanService.class);
System.out.println("Invoking the sayHello operation on the port.");
TradeResult response = port.buy("INR", 100);
System.out.println(response.getNumberTraded());
} catch(Exception e) {
e.printStackTrace();
}How to solve the stub implementation error?
Edited by: 901007 on 12 Aug, 2012 10:57 AMThat did not work either. There was getPorts() and not getPort() and I used getPorts(). And I am getting the below error,
java.lang.ClassCastException: java.util.HashMap$KeyIterator
But when I try like the below,
@WebServiceRef(wsdlLocation="http://localhost:7001/webservice/services/TraderBean?wsdl")
String url = "http://localhost:7001/webservice/services/TraderBean?wsdl";
QName qname = new QName("http://statelessSession.basic.ejb20.ejb.examples", "TraderBeanService");
TraderBeanServiceLocator service = new TraderBeanServiceLocator();
TraderBean port = (TraderBean) service.getPort(TraderBean.class);
System.out.println("Invoking the sayHello operation on the port.");
TradeResult response = port.buy("INR", 200);
System.out.println(response.getNumberTraded());I am getting the below error,
Invoking the sayHello operation on the port.
AxisFault

faultActor:
faultNode:
faultDetail:
{http://xml.apache.org/axis/}hostname:Gopi_Desktop
java.lang.InstantiationException: examples.ejb.ejb20.basic.statelessSession.TraderBean
As you can see the statement"Invoking the sayHello operation on the port." is getting printed but after that error is thrown.
I tried changing it to, TraderBean port = (TraderBean) service.getPort(qname, TraderBeanServiceLocator.class);
But even this is throwing the same error, java.lang.InstantiationException: examples.ejb.ejb20.basic.statelessSession.TraderBean
I changed my webservice using Axis2 web service runtime and this time when I try to invoke using client, I am getting the following,
[WARN] Weblogic's StAX implementation is unsupported and some Axiom features will not work as expected! Please use Woodstox instead.
Exception in thread "Main Thread" org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamException: Error at line:1 col:217 ':' Already got a ':' in name

If you need more details, I can post the steps I did to build it...
Any help is greately appreciated.

Regards,
Suresh KHave got the same problem. Scenario at my end is little different though.
I am trying to invoke a BPEL process from an ESB Service.
I am trying to look into it..
However, would be grateful, if someone can give some insight into this since many are running into this issue without being able to fix.

OIA-OIM Integration, Error while trying to import users from OIM to OIA
Hi Experts,
I have used depreciation method to integrate OIA 11gR1 with OIM 9.1.0.2 BP13.

Regards
KalyanI solved the above error by removing oscache***.jar file and keeping only oscache.jar in lib directory.
However I am getting some other error this time. Let me know if you have any suggestions:

ClassNotFoundException while invoking EL function during render response
I wrote a simple EL function to retrieve the clientId of a UIComponentBase object -- I'm generating some javascript. The first time I load the page (without a submit), the page generates just fine, including the javascript output that successfully invoked my EL function from a h:outputText element.
However, when I submit the form it throws a ClassNotFoundException (for my EL function class) and generally freaks out after that. Now, obviously it should be able to find the class since it managed to find it on the initial rendering of the page.
Am I missing something about using EL functions in a JSF tag? (I'm using JBoss Seam under the covers, but am not sure if this is a Seam issue or a pure-JSF issue.) Thanks for any light you folks can shed on this.The Faces Context is set up by the Faces Servlet, which hasn't run yet in a filter.
I haven't tried it, but [url http://blog.lightwaysoftware.com/2010/10/accessing-facescontext-from-a-servlet-filter/]this may help you.
DOH! That's what you are doing already.
If you're using JDev 11.1.2.x, you could try [url http://ocpsoft.com/java/jsf-java/jsf-20-extension-development-accessing-facescontext-in-a-filter/]this

Replicating the app functionality from OIM 10g to OIM 11gR2
Hi,
I have a resource object with an object form and a process form and approval, provisioning configured in OIM 10g design console. Provisioning is manual provisioning assigned to a particular group based on a task assignment adapter. For replicating the same in OIM 11gR2 i followed the following steps.
1. Created a Resource object in Design console.
2. Created a dummy IT Resource ( Since while creating app instance it is having IT Resource as Mandatory field. * Is there any way to skip this as i do not have any IT resource in my original app as it is going for manual provisioning?)*
3. Created a process form in Design Console with the same fields as present in my 10g app process form.
4. Now i need to Create an app instance and select the created resource object and IT resoource. Also i need to create a form associated with the app instance in which i will add the fields as present in the object form in my 10g app. ( Here i am not understanding how data will flow from object form to process form since there is no data flow mapping here)
5. Other steps like creating the SOA composite with human tasks and deploying it and after that creating approval policies is pretty much clear.
Please clarify whether the steps are correct and also the queries which i have posted in between. Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Durgaprasad
Edited by: Durgaprasad on Jan 17, 2013 3:38 AMThanks Gyanprakash. Wll disconnected resource trigger our custom approval process if we select the resource name properly in scope in operational level approval policy. Have you tried a disconnected resource with your custom approval process. Because i read the following lines in admin guide
Oracle Identity Manager supports provisioning of disconnected resources by using the SOA worklist for manual provisioning of disconnected resources. After the role-based provisioning decision or SOA request approval is complete and the corresponding application instance is determined to be a disconnected application instance, a new SOA workflow is started. This new SOA workflow is assigned to the manual provisioning administrator.
So i thought disconnected app instance will have its own approval process configured during the creation and it will route accordingly. So just wanted to clarify how to make disconnected app instance to trigger our approval. will approval policay take care of it as i am going to select the name of the disconnected app in the scope field. -

ORA-28500: connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this message:
Server and/or port attributes are empty {HY000,NativeErr = 33}Always test ODBC client connectivity on the Oracle server to the remote and foreign database, first. Use the isql ODBC client command line interface (as the oracle or grid o/s user).
If this does not work, then Oracle HSO will also not work.
Once you have confirmed that this is working, then configure the HSO service for Oracle.
If that fails, enables ODBC client tracing for that HSO service (in the init file for that service) to see exactly what ODBC calls Oracle is making and which of these are failing. -
How to invoke a Java Program from Oracle 10g?(uRGENT)
Hello.
I've a query, that i have a program, that basically retreives the records from the
oracle table and then parser this information and then insert the values in corresponding database base tables. I want that, whenever the new program is inserted, a Trigger should fire and pass the most recently entered record to the Parser Program, means
1) Firing a Trigge
2)Storing the most latest data and pass it to the Parser PROGRAM
Can someone tell me how to do this? How to invoke a Java Program from within the database? Please if anyone has examples provide me. Its very urgent and tell me what is the basic mechanism.
Thankyou.
BenWith Java Stored Procedures Java may be caleed from a database.
