Classpath error in compiling
Hi,
I am trying to compile a very simple program. Here is the problem I am having.
I have a package called realtime.core. In there is a class called Queue. When I try to compile, the compile complains saying Found class Queue in realtime_class.realtime.core rather than package realtime.core
If i remove the path to the folder containing realtime/core, the error just says cannot find realtime.core. When I put back the path to realtime/core, the above error comes back.
i cannot understand where the realtime_class comes from. At some point I tried to use eclipse to reference to the folder as realtime_class, but I deleted tha project. I even changed the location of the entire jar, but it still references to it as realtime_class. I really appreciate any input.
BTW, I reinstalled the JAVA jdk but it did not help at all.
Thank you!
Take a look at where eclipse is putting the source and see what is going on. Maybe there is a class in the root with the same name?
It sounds like a configuration problem of some sort but hard to tell what.

Classpath error while building the web dynpro project
Hi
I have created an application in which on clicking the button on one view , next view opens and data is displayed in the tables. This data i am giving as static, and for that i have created a java file. this java file is located in the subfolder i have created in the package path i have given. While building the application, i get these two errors :
1) The project was not built due to classpath errors (incomplete or involved in cycle).
2) Missing required source folder 'BPOutageTable/BPOT'
BPOutageTable is the application name, and BPOT is the subfolder in which java file is present.
This application is similar to "The Master/Detail Viewer Application" example in the tutorials.
Can anybody please help in this?
Thanks & regards,
AnupreetHi,
You have give your classpath in your "lib" folder of the Dynpro application.
check your lib folder shows exact class path or not.
if you wish to add any jar files import it to your lib folder so you will not have compilation problem.
Hope it helps. If it is then close this thread.

set the JDK path of the current project to point to

error of "Undefinedclassloader" with long StatckTrace.
I don't know anything about JBuilder either. If you use the command prompt and enter the full path to the 1.5 javac.exe then that will prove whether the issue is using an older javac or not. For example "c:\j2sdk1.5.0_01\bin\javac HelloWorld.java" -

Any thoughts ?

Thank you.It looks to me that, you have manually changed something in the BPEL process code.
A process designed via Jdev/designer can only have one variable in inputHeaderVariable syntax.
While Bpel standard supports calling inputHeaderVariable with two variables, if the generated file was tinkered with to add an extra variable, then this is not Jdev bug and you need to use the latest JDev 10.1.3.4.
If you are not manually modifying or tinkering the process, then let me know what are the errors you get out of compiling that new BPEL project in JDeveloper 10.1.3.4 ?
Hope this helps!

Errors when compiling the web service (SAP Web Service Design Tool)
After downloading and installing the SAP de Web Service Design Tool (for Crystal Reports Server) I created a connection, a simple query and was able to deploy a web services. I tested the web service with an Xcelsius dashboard within InfoView. Thereafter I created a second connection (other name but same ODBC connection / server) and created another simple query with two date(range) parameters and a group by year and month function in order to do a select count(). It executes fine, but when I try to publish the web service I get an error.
There are errors when compiling the web service.
Is does not say whatu2019s wrong or how I can solve this problem.
Who can help me?
Some notes:
1) Within expert mode I used a MONTH() SQL function which does not show in the normal mode.
2) It seams that the u2018administrationu2019 of Web Service Design Tool got u2018corruptedu2019 after only creating the two connections, queries and services mentioned above. I believe so because I could select one of two queries when I created the second service, but within the current connection I had only one query.
Thanks for any help,
Ron
ADDITIONAL INFO: The parameters seam to be the problem. After removing the parameters I can publish the service. But without parameters it is NO SOLOTION.
Edited by: RonKoudijs on Aug 26, 2010 6:28 PMHello Taylan,
I think the error that you received was due to packaging issues.I placed the
UtilClass.java file under a directory called data which was present under
the project directory.
When you want to access a java class, you can either place the compiled
class file in the WEB-INF/classes folder or you can place the java file
under the project directory.
I have attached the sample project that I created with your files.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

JAXB Bindings - error while compiling Schema(s)
Hello, I want to create Java classes from a XML Schema by using JAXB Binding. However, when I do that a message error appears: "Error while compiling Schema" and then it says:
"C:\...\NetBeansProjects\myproject\build.xml:12: Problem: failed to create task or type import
Cause: The name is undefined.
Action: Check the spelling.
Action: Check that any custom tasks/types have been declared.
Action: Check that any <presetdef>/<macrodef> declarations have taken place."
Does anybody know what it's happening? It could be that there is a .jar missing?
Thank you very muchThe document build.xml at line 12 says <import file="nbproject/build-impl.xml"/>. The file nbproject / build-impl.xml exists. If you want I could send it to you.You could post it here (the build-impl.xml, I mean).
I have a working example, we could compare.
I have included all the .jar you mentioned (excep the jaxb1-imp.jar).?
If you added this JAXB compiling target via NB's wizard, as you describe below, you shouldn't have to "include" whatever jars wich are already in the JDK. That is, if you're using JDK6 - JAXB was not (or not so much) included in the JDK prior to 1.6.
If the JDK is 1.5, I have no idea where you have to add these jars, possibly you're not add them in the correct classpath. Presumably Ant itself would need them in its classpath to be able to define the task.
And I have not touched anythingThey all say that... :o)
the only thing I did was to add other .jars (for other purposes).See?
Is it possible that you removed one of the important jars when doing back-and-forth tries?
But anyway I went back to remove this new .jars and the JAXB Binding still doesn't work .
Should I uninstall the IDE and re-install? I do not know what else to do ...Do you have any reason to believe you did corrupt the JDK or NetBeans's installation? For example, when you write about adding/removing the mentioned jars, did you do that somewhere in the JDK or NB installation?
Other than that, I don't see what reinstalling NB would do.
Without going to such extremes, have you tried simply to remove the JAXBBinding, and add it again in the NetBeans project, using the wizard? -

I created a java applet and saved in C\STCard, and I use windows command to compile, the command is:
c:\java_card_kit-2_2_2-windows\java_card_kit-2_2_2\samples>javac -g -classpath c:\STCard;..\lib\api.jar;..lib\installer.jar c:\STCard\*.java
but the error is: "cannot access javacard.framework.APDU"
What am I wrong?

Error when compiling the Java file
Hi I have created a jsp program that uses the java files. i have jboss installed. when i compile the java file it gives compilation error saying that javax.servlet.jsp.tagext.TagSupport not found.
Although when i installed the Tomcat seperately i did not get any compilation error. can anyone tell me how to get out of this problem when Tomcat is not installed seperately.
Thanks,
RakeshHi
I think these errors are due to incorrect classpath settings. While compiling HelloHome ..Helloremote must be in classpath. Also if u have packaged them u must be in the package root during compilation ie if uor remote & home interface is in a package called "ejbserver"
then while compiling u must be in the folder above ejbserver & compile command is
javac .\ejbserver\*.java
If uor home & remote interface is in different folder check wheather u have imported the remote interface inside home interface file. -
Hi All,
When I open /dyn/admin a "Error getting compiled page" happens:
Unable to execute the command 'javac -target 1.5 -classpath... (all classpath)... Make sure that you have the 'bin' directory for your JDK in your PATH variable before starting Dynamo and that you have enough swap space.
The detailed exception is: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "javac": CreateProcess error=87, Incorrect parameter
I am able to hit http://localhost:7001/dyn/admin/nucleus but not http://localhost:7001/dyn/admin.
I have increased the swap space also. Mr Shaik has already given a suggesntion to resolve it. But i tried. it did not work for me. Pls Help.I certainly do not think it has anything to do with javaw.exe. javaw.exe is the nothing but Windows specific wrapper over the java application launcher or in other words java interpreter (java.exe). You would not find javaw executable with non-Windows JDK/JRE. You may be encountering the problem because of some environment issue which got have corrected after reinstalling JDK. dyn/admin home page is a jhtml page which needs javac to be available in system path for its compilation to servlet similar to JSP processing.

What is wrong with the way it is coded? The error message tells you what's wrong: You're trying to reference a non-static variable from a static context.
If you don't know what that means, then click the link I provided and look at the results from that google search. You might have to go through a few before you find a satisfactory explanation. And after you've done that, if you have specific questions about things you didn't understand there, please post again. -
Error while compiling model in Visual Composer 7.1.
Hi,
I am getting a error while compiling model in Visual Composer 7.1.
An exception occurred at the server while running the build process, reason: Extension with id com.sap.vc.runtimeproviders.null not found. For more details please refer to the log file.
Can any one please tell me what the error is?Hello
This problem usually indicates the model Runtime provider is not set properly
Please goto configure pane and check the RT provider that is et for the model or any other model in the same DC
Also services usages require this property to be set accordingly
To make sure the services are set properly please look into the configuration pane when the respective service usage is selected (and check the same)
Please let me know if this helped or not
