Client Proxy(WSDL file) via Se80
Hello
We have a client proxy created against a WSDL file (http/url) in SE80 and we are using it currently it.
Now the WSDL file is going to change a little. I want to use the same client proxy and only change the WSDL file with the new WSDL file? How can i acheive this?
I can create a new client proxy and associate WSDL file but i need to change a lot of place in code where we create instances of this abap proxy class.Hence i want to reuse the same client proxy while changing the WSDL file alone.
Any guidance or pointers will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Stuart,
Cool. This solves my issue. If I choose the "regenerate" button(see attached image) then I am prompted to enter a new WSDL URL or file.

4) Table type (ZSTRING_TAB).

see first create the data type,msg type, msg interface and go to R3 instance of Xi and use SPROXY transaction , locate your SWCV,namespace, intreface ( outbound) and create the proxy , later give the name starts with z, later in ABAP program create the internal table of type of the Structure for the message type in ABAP Data Dictionary (ZBLOGEMP_PROFILE_MSG )
so follow the code and explained about each ob, structure of Msg ..

Client proxy to file(xml) scenario configuration
I have done client proxy to file (xml) ,while executing abap code there is no error, but xml msg is not received in particular target directory. so i want to know about 1. What are the configuration required for client proxy to pi(with T.Code).
2.how to monitor client proxy in ecc and pi.

Hi,
I am having a Client proxy to File Scenario. Here I am getting data from Z table and sending it to 3rd part system in FILE format.
The proxy code is scheduled to run 5 times a day in BACKGROUND mode, I see that some of the jobs gets failed necause of Error in proxy call, it raises exception CX_AI_SYSTEM_FAULT.
This exception comes only at sometimes, when I then go manually and run the program, it results in success.
Please advice.

Create Client Using WSDL files
Hi All,
I've completed the following -
1. Created the scenario SOAP => XI => RFC
2. Using XI configuration , generated WSDL specifying the Message Interface which triggers the scenario in XI.
http://<serverhost>:<port>/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?channel=<party>:<ServiceName>:<Channel Name>
3. Transported this WSDL to local directory
now when i retrive wsdl from XIServer to Create Client
it gives exception
and i didn't retrive WSDL files
so please help, i have WSDL file how to Create Client using WSDL file.

but it gives Error Like :

Initial settings to create client proxy on CRM in SE80
Hi Experts,
I tried to create a client proxy on the CRM system for a web service URL (where the WSDL exists), in the transaction SE80.
When I tried creating this, the proxy creation halted at a point, stating that the HTTP not found. When I checked the info, it stated that the initial settings in the transaction SICF must be done.
Please let me know what are all the settings that needs to be done in this regard.

Kris.I worked with my basis team, seems it is not because of internet proxy or firewall issue, might be a bug with abap proxy generation program.
I tested with wsdl referencing to local xsd, and seems it worked fine, unfortunately, my xsd files are in a complicated structure, at this point my only option probably is to download all xsd files to local and modify them.

Webservice client : different wsdl file for test/production environment
In an ADF application, I need call a web service in model project
In my company, we have 2 environments : test and production.
This webservice is deploye in test server and production server.
So there are 2 different wsdl file for test/production.
I want to make my ADF Application portable cross the 2 environments.
An environment variable can indicate in which environment the ADF application run.
According to this variable, application choose which wsdl/endpoint to call.
If I use "web service Data control" wizard, how can I achieve this?
If I use "webservice proxy" wizard, how can I achieve this?

I have a model project with ws proxy client and on this proxy I added an adf ws connection called CustomerExperience
then I can do this.

On runtime the ws connection is not dectected by the webapp so need to copy this ws conn to the connections of the webapp. This works
but can I change it from wlst instead of EM , is this possible?
I don't see the WS connection in wlst (oracle common) adf_listURLConnection('CE_Portal')

Async Client proxy -PI - File scenario- Pipeline steps missing in SXMB_MONI
Hi
I made a scenario where an ABAP client proxy(in a BW system) pulls data from a BW table and push it to PI.
In PI a Mapping is done to write an XML file and sump it to a desired location.
It is working fine in the development environment(request send to PI and mapped into an xml file)..so i migrated it to the quality/test environment where it started failing(It is only visible till SXMB_MONI of Client system and not reaching PI in case of quality/test environment).
I checked SLDCHECK in the Client environments (say DWC for development and DWA for quality) and it looks fine.
All I could see is:
In SXMB_MONI of development system DWC--> Steps that are followed are
Inbound Message
Call Integration Server
Response
In SXMB_MONI of quality/test system DWA-->The only step is
Inbound Message
Could this be an Integration Server issue ??

ABAP Client Proxy to File (File is not getting generated)
Hi All,
I'm trying out a scenario ABAP proxy --> XI --> FILE.
I have followed the given blog to create ABAP client proxy.

While executing the ABAP client proxy, the values are properly sent to XI and in the SXMB_MONI the message shows as successful. But the correspoding file is not created.
It seems everything is fine in the receiver adpater(Monitoring) and in the SXMB_MONI also the msg shows successful(receiver side).
The directory path and the corresping file creation parameters also looks fine.
Couldn't figure out what went wrong. Please help me on this.

Abap client proxy to xi - no data found
Hi experts
I m working on abap client proxy to file scenario where in I m sending data from R/3 system to legacy system via xi , but after doing all the configurations and running the abap program for triggering client proxy , i dont find any data on the receiver side ,
I have activated client proxy as per Vijay Kumaris Blog
I checked sxmb_moni on the R/3 system but shows no data selected , so no question of data being found on xi server ,
i m really sutcked up ....dont know hwat to do , pl help

Hello guys : just to check will the sending business system for receiver det step in ,client proxy to file ,will be the name of R/3 Business system (where the client proxy is configured) ?

Sender Business Service/System in ABAP proxy->XI->File scenario is Application system(R/3) where proxy has been generated/created.

Client Proxy Error in UAT System
Hi,
I am having a Client Proxy - PI - File Scenario.
The Client proxy is working perfect in Development and Test system, but its raising exception "CX_AI_SYSTEM_FAULT" in UAT system.
Please advice. Is there any setting/configuration missing.

I has new in this forum, and i have a problem when trie to create a client proxy from external WSDL, using https URL, system returns me a 110 http code. For others externs WSDL called via http don´t have any problem, and create client proxy perfect

If I test de URL via WebService navigation option, this work correctly, but if I put this URL thats begins with https, in se80--> create client proxy -->insert URL and then system returns the message HTTP error (return code 110, message "")
What it´s happen?.

We have a web service that we used to generated a WSDL file. We then used clientgen
to try and create the client proxy classes from the WSDL. This failed. Doesn't
it seem reasonable that if WebLogic creates a WSDL that WebLogic should also be
able to consume that WSDL?Can you please post the wsdl?
